OnTrac received my package and "failed to deliver" it for several days. When it finally was delivered, it was left on the side of the road in my apartment complex rather than at my door where anyone could have easily taken it.

These people will say your package is out fir delivery, unfortunately that means days. I have never dealt with such a slow carrier. Other companies need to use UPS,etc. But not this carrier. Anytime, I see that they are delivering, I get mad. If the package is out for delivery, state that on the day it will be delivered, not days before. Not to mention that don't follow delivery instructions either. They will place your package in an unsafe place, so don't bother with asking them to leave it where you want it to go in order to be safe. You guys need to go out of business.

Worst ever
November 30, 2018

Delayed and without any customer support. You just don't know what happened. Shipper said the package is already there for days, but there website said no package, email, phone no answer. It should be received days before, but now still no where.

Awful

Honestly they are the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have decided to stop shopping at two of my favorite online stores because I can NEVER get my package smoothly delivered (if it's delivered at all) because they use Lasership. It's a hassle, and there has been multiple occurrences where they don't deliver my package on time and I have to throw something together for an event I have last minute. They're a garbage company and a waste of your money and time.

On track is the worst delivery service very unreliable hav had packages delivered by them before never know when you will get it or if you will had food delivered had to throw away because they took to long to deliver and they don't care there delivery driver are unprofessional also they don't care either

This place should be shut down! They have incompetent ppl that are working and nothing is on time ever. When you call customer service they sound like they are a bit slow in the head. Fashionnova needs a different company to ship their stuff. Because this is just a bunch of idiots working there, or should I say not working because they can't do their job. And the excuse of not having enough ppl working, oh that's a you problem not a me problem. How about fix it you morons.

Over the last year, while other companies successfully deliver my purchases to me using FedEx, UPS or Prime, these clowns repeatedly are late, deliver only part of the order, claim it was lost or claim it was delivered when it wasn't. Contacting customer service does no good, because it's just some idiot answering the phone who always says, "It's on its way."
I'm convinced it's run by an organized crime ring and they steal anything of value.

This company is stealing packages. After almost 2 weeks of them saying that the shipment is delayed, they said it was delivered but it never was. I filed BBB complaint and I am about to file small claims court complaint.

If you are getting anything delivered from this company, you can count it as a gift to their delivery team. I have never had any problems with anything being delivered until I had to deal with OnTrac. The do not have any type of proof that they delivery was made besides word of mouth. No pictures... nothing. So if they are delivering expect it to never show up. They do not even deserve one star but I had to put one

Failure to deliver
December 8, 2023

Amazon has always been on time with deliveries, but this time the delivery was handled by Ontrac. On the evening of the scheduled delivery day, the delivery date changed to the next day. However, the next day came and still no delivery. The reason given was that they couldn't find the address - which is quite amusing, to say the least. You're in the delivery business, you have GPS. Amazon has NEVER had an issue finding us. Plus, there's a doorman at the reception who always accepts the packages. Let me emphasize that in 3 years there's never been a single issue, but these guys managed to surprise, and not in a good way.

If there was a way to opt out of any company using OnTrac I would do it. I would love to have the option to not have anything ever delivered again by this company. The drivers do not give a rip about your packages. They toss them on the yard, the steps, put them right out where everyone can see them and steal them. All delivery instructions request the packages are placed in the package container so they can not be stolen. This is THE ONLY delivery service that can not and will not do it. My ring camera caught yesterdays delivery being tossed towards my house. LAZY delivery people.

This company was supposed to deliver a package from Bath and Body Works but it was never delivered. The driver had the audacity to mark it as delivered when he/she never did. I have cameras in my home and never did anyone stop by. I was also on my stopp at the time they claimed my package was delivered and didn't see anyone. I contacted customer care and told them that I suspected that the driver stole my package and they said that based on their investigation (which took like 1 min) they could not located my package and that I needed to contact the seller. Everyone in this company knows what is happening and all are playing a role in this fraud! I hope they face consequences for this!

Dishonest Company
November 12, 2019

While staying in front of my drive way I received a notification that my package was delivered to my front door. I honestly thought it was a joke that I would receive this message and I'm standing outside and no one delivered my package and I didn't have it either. I contact customer service and was told they would have to do a two day investigation but couldn't explain the consequences for driver will face for stealing my package. I think this is the most distasteful, dishonest and inconsiderate company I have ever seen in my life.

I have ordered 4 packages in 2 weeks. Ontrac delivered 2 and usps delivered the other two. Ontrac delivered on time and even before expected arrival time. I have read bad reviews and was worried.
They came too my door. Knocked and even waited till I answered. Even though they have the right too leave package on step without notifying the resident. Completely happy with there service. Delivery guy even made me laugh with a joke (:

Ontrac it positively the worst delivery company on Earth! I have no totally lost 3 packages in the last 2 years, totaling about $400 of merchandise. They say they delivered it, but they did not. I HAVE CAMERAS! No deliveries to my 'Front Door', nobody driving down my 150 foot long driveway... nothing!

OnTrac is a terrible delivery service. They delivered the item on the estimated date, but they certainly didn't take much care with it. The driver threw the package on the driveway and drove off. Luckily it was an item of clothing, so it wasn't damaged. But I have a security gate at my front door. The package could have easily been placed through the bars so that it was safe from being stolen. But the driver didn't even bring it to the door. From the front of my driveway to the front door is approx. 50 feet. If you look at the photo you can see that the package was thrown about 10 feet up the driveway and left in plain site for anyone to see it and potentially steal it. Just wanted to make it clear that this is some really poor, reckless delivery service. I would, personally, never use Ontrac.

Terrible
August 15, 2020

After 3 days of my delivery being late, I decided to call customer service. Customer service told me we cant find your package. I had to call them to learn this. The online tracking is a joke. Why even put it their if your not going to update it? I should have just picked it up myself! It would have be faster and easyer!

Delayed for Weeks
September 22, 2023

Placed an order on 9/1/23, received expected delivery date of 9/8/23. Notified on 9/8/23 that package is in delivery city of Charlotte but delayed. Package has been delayed for two weeks now. The package is in Charlotte and I live in Charlotte. No reason for the package to be delayed. I've emailed OnTrac three times and they have failed to respond.

Rotten company

I had one order from Bath and Body which was received in Denver on 12-3-19. It was supposedly was delivered to my house 12-20-19 which was 17 days after reaching Denver. Tracking would say "shipment delayed; delivery date updated". I cannot find the package and my neighbors did not get it.
Also I had the same experience with 5 Walmart packages which got to Denver 12-4-19. I got all but one. Ontrac tells me to contact the sender and the sender tells me to contact Ontrac about the last package.

Unacceptable Delay!
October 27, 2021

2 day delivery of fresh food from Tovala now going on 7 days. It will all have to be discarded. Tovala provided full credit, but I am physically challenged and needed the food delivery to have meals. My home is close to, and easily accessible from, both warehouses. This is utterly unacceptable. I would not be surprised to learn that the package was lost and that they simply have not informed us yet.
