If you want your package delivered wrong or not all, this is the company to go with. Sad part.is big companies use them so must be a great discount. Forget quality.
My daughter ordered something and Ontrac was the shipper. The tracking said in transit the entire time and never changed. It didn't show up the day it was supposed to and still no change on tracking. 4 days later it was delivered. I ordered a package and it shipped that day. Ontrac was the shipper for mine also. 3 days later they picked it up from shipper. It said in transit. And the same thing happened to my tracking. It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. It is now the night before the 20th and still nothing. It still says in transit. The customer service is terrible. You can't actually speak to anyone. It's all done through text. That would be ok if it actually resolved the issue or accomplished anything at all. They asked for my email and phone number so they could tell me where my package is and nothing. No call or email. I would never recommend Ontrac to anyone ever. Unless you were purposely trying to loose something.
According to their tracking, my package arrived at their facility on 1/8 at 3:19am. This facility is about 30 minutes from my house. Next entry shows 1/8 6:02pm delayed then 1/9 6:03pm delayed again. On 1/11 I opened an inquiry via their online chat. Then, on Sunday 1/12 they claim the package was delivered at 2:09pm. The package was not received and there is no proof it actually was delivered. After 45 years at this address and hundreds of delivered, I have never had a package stolen and my front door is partially hidden from the street by bushes so it is highly unlikely it was stolen. Their customer service stinks.
I would leave zero stars if I could. Their customer service was the worst. Wait 45 minutes in their chat queue only to have the customer service person put me back at the end of the queue. I waited another 30 minutes and the person said they weren't responsible for delivering the package to the wrong house. I asked for a picture of the package on the front porch and she said they didn't have one. When I asked for a resolution, she ended the chat session. I hope this company goes out of business.
They never ring my bell, they at times throw my package outside at the front door, if I'm fortunate someone will see it and ring my bell otherwise it's stolen. Received notification from them today that my package was delayed and a new delivery date will be made available soon. Shocked to say I got another notification saying delivered but no package! Horrible service!
Was provided a package for delivery...lost the package. Refused to respond to inquires, waited for the "chat" option only for the associate to disconnect the call after 4minutes. Filed a report with the BBB and 2 days later Ontrac marked my package as "delivered". It was not. They refuse to provide a time of the delivery so I can verify with my ring camera and now they are back to ignoring requests. They have no desire to assist the customer, take no responsibility and basically are stealing packages under the disguise as a "courier". I will continue to stay on this company until they are investigated or out of business. If you see a company that uses them, reach out to the company - inform them. Let them re-evaluate their business relationship with this courier. They steal, or they lose OVER 60% of their packages...do you still trust them? They don't care about you/us...that is apparent.
This company has non-existent customer support. The tracking is vague at best and goes from sitting in Orlando for two weeks to all of a sudden delivered! Which it wasn't. Contacted seller that package never received and they resent but that too hasn't been received. I will no longer use a company that uses OnTrac for delivery, it isn't worth it to wait weeks only to realize it isn't happening.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER! The customer service is BS. They said my package was out for delivery more than 5 days in sequence and actually it never happened. Nobody cares, they lie on your face and don't care at all. Honestly I don't know how you can keep open a company like this. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHE!
OnTrac picked up my package from Home Chef, according to their app. Never delivered, even after 5 days. Contacted their customer service through the app three times. Never received a response. Guess they ate my food rather than deliver it. Terrible from top down. They deserve negative stars, if that were a thing.
Friday the 13th turned out to be my worst nightmare thanks to ON TRAC, which claimed they delivered my #20 Barry Sanders special order VAPOR FUSE, ELITE hoodie-jersey to my front porch with NO PROOF OF DELIVERY! No photo. NO nothing, but the run around from a chat bot. I got a refund from the retailer, but I can't continue to play delivery roulette, so unfortunately, I will never order again from the original retailer because I have zero control over which delivery carrier they opt to use. UPS is TOPS! ON TRAC is toxic and isn't squat. I'm turning them in to the Attorney General in California and MIchigan. We should get a class action lawsuit going. I'm distraught because I ordered early, and it was a Christmas Gift! I read allegations that ON TRACs own staff steals customer packages and if true, I bet someone STOLE my #20 Barry Sanders jersey!

Worst company ever. Told me they needed more info and to contact them but neglected to tell me how to contact them or what info they needed. Phone number I was given by Banana Republic to contact Ontrac would ring three times then disconnect. A major company who cannot communicate should not last long. I could have made a better website with no training. One star is too much for them
I have been waiting 5 days beyond the promised date and still no delivery. The customer chat service is always more than 350 people ahead of you. The tracking system is either a lie or a joke. They promise a new deliver date only to be updated that evening to the next day. The date shown for delivery bears no resemblance to reality. If I say it is the worst delivery company is an understatement. I went online only to find out that they're infamous for missing delivery dates, damaged packages and THEFT. I will never but anything from any company that uses OnTrac. As son as it is delivered, if delivered, I intend to return the package to the vendor.
ADVICE: DO NOT USE ONTRAC or you will be railroaded. A terrible company that should not be allowed to operate or be in the business community.
The sender assured me that the package got to them and when contacting them they said they didn't have it, so flat out lied. And now it is over 3 weeks late. Such crap you get paid to do a job and you can't do it. With all the issues you should be shut down and stop waisting people's time.

Take it from someone who worked for an E-Commerce Company and has interacted with third party delivery. This one is the worst from customer service to lost packages. Please don't use!
Request that your product not be sent by this company. Almost certain to be lost. They will tell you lie, tell you to wait, and say they are doing their best. Lies.
After a week they said I needed to confirm my address, which I did, they said it would show up in 2 days, day 4 they said they can't locate my package. Horrible delivery service. Won't order anything from Victoria secrets again
Adding to the list of bad reviews. I didn't choose the delivery company. Columbia Sportwear did. A truck was supposedly "geolocated" in my area which apparently "proves" a package was delivered. They don't care that no delivery is on my camera, that I was home, my dog did not bark, my granddaughters did not freak out when my motion detector should have gone off, and that my son-in-law did not see a package on the porch when he came in within an hour after the delivery. AND the Columbia delivery page shows it was delivered at 5pm, then at 9pm claims there was a problem, then claims it was delivered at 10 AGAIN. Both companies have done multiple levels of investigations, over weeks, which end with emails saying the case is closed. Phone calls start nicely but end with - nothing can be done. I have filed fraud with the police and my bank.
They don't even deserve 1 star, but zero wasn't an option. My latest experience with OnTrac was yesterday, 12/11/2024. My delivery was placed next to the road, below my mailbox. I discovered the box at 11 pm. The box obviously didn't fit in my mailbox, so my question is WHY didn't the driver simply go up the driveway and place the box at the door to my house?
My other experience with OnTrac happened about 3 weeks ago. I received notices from OnTrac that they needed the gate code to make my delivery. I responded to their multiple notifications that they needed to double check the delivery address since my property does NOT require a gate code for entry. My package was a perishable item shipped in dry ice. The package was never received, so I guess they threw it away when it started to stink.
My recommendation is to use a different carrier. OnTrac is NOT worth the shipping cost savings.
Ontrac was supposed to deliver my package in October it's now December but never received it wtf wtf the only reason they give is that it's undeliverable? What does that even mean?
I ordered some items from Columbia and they were shipped via Ontrac. It was the week before Thanksgiving, so I should have known my office was going to be closed around the holiday and shipped to my home. But I also thought people would know how Thanksgiving works and how businesses are usually closed Thursday to Sunday. I watched the package through their tracking and could see it was getting close, so I contacted both Columbia customer service and Ontrac to let them know I could pick it up, they could send it to my house, or hold it over the long holiday weekend and deliver it the Monday after Thanksgiving. Friday came and I saw it was out for delivery. I contacted both Columbia and Ontrac again giving them my cell number and letting them know again about the three options. Same thing Saturday, same thing Sunday. Sunday was their third attempt to deliver so strike 3, I am out. Package was returned to sender. Order canceled. Several items are now sold out. I thought I lived in the age of communications. If you are able to implement a tracking system, why wouldn't you be able to communicate with others in the chain as well? Just horrible. Now the replacement shipment is late. Oh boy...

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
