Ontrac takes forever to ship and consistently loses my packages/ ships it to the incorrect city resulting in weeks of delay and then does nothing about it on customer service.

Worst delivery service ever! I don't know why this company is still in service. They literally lost 10 packages or delivered them elsewhere. There lucky I gave them one star.

Customers are solely the victim of the Ontrac driver delivery, BAD, LAZY DRIVERS.The managers of each area are not overseeing nor addressing there drivers day to day delivery... Come on managers dont just sitting down and sip your coffee and wait for your check with nothing you do in your job... What a shame!
ATTENTION; AREA MANAGER IN BURBANK... WAKE UP DONT JUST WAIT FOR YOUR PAYCHECK WITH A VERY BAD REPUTATION UNLESS YOU REALLY IS NOT INTERESTED OF ADVANCEMENT... MOVE!

If you see them as the Carrier RUN / ABORT do NOT use them. The owner must be a recovering scammer as to why they a carless to all the complaints from here to the BBB about their company and how the drivers mark delivered but never delivered anything. Then they don't make it to where you can call them, they don't have the driver confirm by taking photos so in my opinion they are seeing the packaging say FashionNova, Shein and etc and they get the sticky fingers and get away with it. Ontrac unprofessionally will have you reach out to the sellers within 48hrs for a refund. Like its not always about getting your money back I needed those shoes for my birthday a week away. I hate when good people are done wrong and I want my package,! Also want to know who my delivery driver was since its " under investigation "!

Agree this is the absolute worst delivery company I've ever encountered. I checked tracking at 7:03pm and it showed my package was delivered to my door at 7:01pm but it wasn't at my door so I immediately called hoping they could contact the driver and have him retrieve my package from wherever they mis-delivered it and get it to me. They said they couldn't do that and since it was a perishable item they wouldn't even try. Yes idiots, the item was perishable as in it was my food supply for the week ahead. Now, I don't get it AND I'm out the money until you and the company can try to make amends. Delivery drivers need to understand that sometimes they are delivering something important - not someone's new jockey shorts that you can just say "oops" over. Like other reviewers, I'd give negative stars if I could.

We are guests of the Highest Profiled Navigation Center in Bakersfield. OnTrac has no business, no freight, no workers. There are stand alone trailers that go nowhere. Our plumbing across the street is constantly plugged up and may be connected to OnTrac and XPOLogistics Trucking Co.'s plumbing. There is a Ham Radio TRANSRECEIVER outside at our gate, and horn signals that cause my Jamming Alarm to go off as if Remote Viewing is in progress. They need to file Chapter 11 or 13... but, what for? I have been at this address for 1 & 1/2 months. The only trailers that move over there are Xtra Leasing, that transports unknown cargo to Las Vegas Casinos.

With nearly every ontrac delivery I have to contact the company I ordered from, usually Walmart, and get a refund because ontrac drivers throw my packages down and damage or break my orders. They also refuse to put the package inside my gate. I'm disabled and having wheel out pushing the packages that are in front of the gate at the street makes for a dangerous situation for me. ONTRAC is the WORST DELIVERY COMPANY.

I had a TEMU package delivered from these inept people last week. There is a SIGN on my front porch that says ALL DELIVERIES TO THE BACK DOOR. DOES IT LOOK LIKE WE USE THIS DOOR? And I have my porch ropes off. The delivery driver threw my package on the porch BEHIND the sign and over the rope which smashed one of the items in the package! Unfortunately I have another delivery coming from these people! If I delivered like this my company would fire me!

This company suck's really bad never on time never able to track down your package they say it hadn't been shipped company sending packages sent me all the info that it was shipped and in the US this company says it's still overseas then miraculously packages arrive two days later than promised but wait it only took two days to reach the US AFTER COMPLAINING LOL AND I THOUGHT IT WAS STILL OVERSEAS VERY BAD COMPANY IF YOU ORDER AND THEY SAY THEY USE ON TRACK OR LS SHIPPING DONT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER CANCEL IT DO WHATEVER BUT DO NOT LET THEM SHIP YOUR STUFF VIA LS SHIPPING OR ON TRACK BOTH HAVE BELOW 1 star reviews

I placed an order at Walmart and it did not show up on time so I tracked it and sure enough it was shipped by OnTrac. Message said delayed. I waited a few days and still no delivery. I emailed OnTrac customer service and never received a response. I finally complained to Walmart and they refunded my money and told me to re-order. I received the order in 2 days, delivered by FedEx. Three weeks later the original order showed up. I had the same problem with an Office Depot order. Part of the order was delivered a week later than expected and the rest of the order took them 2 weeks to deliver. I have another order coming that was shipped by them also and it has been "Delayed" for a week at their warehouse. This package contained a Christmas gift that should have been here on time. Our company ordered some monitors from one of our vendors and the shipment was "lost" by OnTrac. A lot of people we know have had the same poor service from them. This company is the worst delivery service I have ever seen. They don't even rate a one star.

Ontrac/Lasership, which I just found out are one in the same company. BOTH ARE HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICES. THEY LIE AND SAY THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. THEY SAID THERE WAS AN ATTEMPT BUT NO ONE WAS HOME. THERE WERE TWO PEOPLE, TWO DOGS AND TWO SEPARATE DOORBELLS. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVER THE PACKAGE TODAY. WHEN IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AFTER 8 HOURS OF WAITING. I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN. THEY REFUSE TO BRING THE PACKAGE BACK. THE DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE.

Fast shipping

I ordered a big order and so the packages were split into two- one package shipped by USPS and one by OnTrac. My OnTrac package came two days ago, and my USPS one is projected to get here 5 days later than that one. Quick service!

Some Packages are wet, gross, & damaged.

They will hire basically anyone

I'm in a wheelchair and I have a sign on my gate that specifically states "please deliver packages to front door" and they still threw it over fence on grass which I'm unable to get to.
