Of many On Trac unfortunately that I had to have because retailers don't tell the customer in advance, above all was the worst. Chewey, dog prescription for my dogs critical medicine was delivered and left out in the Arizona sun to boil. Even specific instructions were left to place by front door, about 3 steps in.The delivery person ignored instructions, and Chewey had to replace very expensive medicine. Number 2: again instructions were ignored and expensive wet dog food, left out in boiling sun to go bad. Could, would not use, and it was replaced. Multiple complaints are ignored and they still come to my door. I now have a delivery from Walmart, that will be probably left out in 118 degree sun to rot. Hopefully the driver can read instructions and will leave by front door. From this time forward, before I buy, I will ask what carrier they use, and if OnTrac, I will not purchase. I have had too many problems with this company, but none with other carriers.
Is this a joke? If I could give -******* stars I would. They delivered my package worth over $350 to the wrong house and had it signed by someone else. Gave me a runaround for days and then finally said they aren't able to get it back. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This company is an absolute JOKE. I can't believe they have any business with vendors at all because they are legitimately terrible. How irresponsible and subpar can one company get?
If I could give this company -15 stars I would! For starters they claimed that they tried to deliver my package on the 13th of Oct! Never got it! They claimed that they needed an access code for my gate(I don't have a gate). I've tried to contact them numerous amount of times, with no luck. Finally, after 7 days I get in contact with multiple reps, that kept telling me they needed a code for the gate. THERE IS NO GATE! It is currently Oct 21 and still no package! I've emailed them a numerous amount of times with the same response. Saying sorry for your inconvenience. Finally someone calls me after I made such a fuss and they told me my package is lost. Horrible horrible horrible company.
This is ridiculous! I have items I've ordered through Home Depot that I need today. They've been sitting in their distribution facility (30 min away) since 6am yesterday. I've now been waiting for a call back from them for over 25 minutes trying to get the items I need today. They were SUPPOSED to be delivered two days ago!
Every time I see that a package was shipped via on trac I dread it. Their packages are repeatedly late, dont arrive by the promised date and delayed. I dont know why this is an issue year round. When I ship I never choose this company. BAD SERVICE
Last week a package deliver with onTrac was returned to the sender mentioning they tried to deliver and no one was home. We were at home and no one tried to deliver anything.
Today, for the second day in a row I got "Recipient not home, delivery re-attempt required" when we were also at home and got a delivery for another package (another delivery company). This is absurd, and the support team refuses to give an explanation. I already contacted the shop and they changed my profile to not use that company moving forward (small win!).
Says package was delivered to my front door. Package was NOT delivered to my address. I contacted ostracized, sent them pictures of my home and huge 3'x3' white sign at the side of the street with my address on it.
Their response was..."if you haven't found your package within 2 days contact the seller". What kind of company can survive with this type of service?
I have had multiple bad experiences with OnTrac in different locations. Two weeks ago, during a downpour, they left a package on my small front deck in the one exposed area when they could have placed iit two feet to the right under an eave. Ten minutes ago, I watched a driver literally throw a box into my neighbor's garage instead of bending down. Contrast that to an Amazon driver who pulls up to my house, smiles, pets my dog and hands me my package.
I had a rather large delivery through Amazon, and they used OnTrac for delivery. We never received the item, and it was noted that the item was delivered to a NEIGHBOR! (This was to be delivered to a church.) I know for a fact that we did not sign for it. Seriously, who delivers something to a neighbor? OnTrac is taking no responsibility for it. Steer clear of this absolutely horrible delivery company. I will be avoiding them at all costs.
They suck. I ordered ATV tires and they both were stuck at the Denver facility. They delivered the front tires but both front and back were there! Talk about inefficient! How does this POS business stay in business?! Rocky mountain atv needs to use a reliable shipping company. Ontrac isn't it!
A subscription box that I have been receiving for a year has decided to use Ontrac. The first box was listed as attempted 3 times with 'business closed' in the line. Every time, we were there. It was finally listed as delivered WHEN WE WERE THERE. It wasn't. The company sent another box. This one has been 'attempted, business closed' 4 times. I have confirmed and reconfirmed the delivery addess. Support is either not monitored at all or the messages go straight to trash with the packages. We are on a main street in a major metro area. Their customer support systems need a major upgrade, as they cant' even tell you when they are not taking text messages. This is simply automated by nearly every other company that operates on line. I may be cancelling my subscription just to avoid this hassle going forward. Do not trust your packages to this sham of a company.
The address on package was the post office along with my box # driver at 6:30pm p.o. Is closed but the area w/ the boxes is still open so they go in this lobby area and proceed to leave my package somewhere in there. Somebody picked it up and it wasn't me, just how incompetent are there drivers, he/she must have known odds of me getting my package were slim to none. Thanks on trac you suck!
I received a notice that my package was delivered at 6:22 PM. My business closes at 6. Ontarc stated that they left it at the front door. It was not there. The front door to my business opens onto the sidewalk. That would mean that they left it on the sidewalk. A busy sidewalk.
What kind of legit shipper does that? I get dozens of packages each month. USPS is the best. They come back the next day. UPS & FedEx sometimes leave it with another business or come back the next day. No one has ever left a package on the sidewalk.
Ontrac's customer service is non-existent. I called. I got a recording and, after going through some prompts, was told I should contact the vendor who sent the package. Huh? They sent it. It was Ontrac's job to get it to me.
I will now ask any vendor I deal with what shipping service they use. If it's Ontrac and they can't or won't ship it any other way, I will cancel the order.
Placed an order with Sephora and paid for 2 day delivery. They said my packed would arrive on the 12/13 the 2to 3 day period. I didn't get any notification. I finally got a something saying it's on its way and will arrive on 12/16... another one saying it will arrive 12/18 today it is 12/18 and I now have a message sayings it's going to arrive 12/19. I called 2 times only to be placed on a 45 min hold! And the lady said your package is on its way. Horrible service I hope they will no longer be operating soon.
They are horrible. They hire people who could never work anywhere else for a good reason, and they have a reputation for stealing packages and showing up in the middle of the night to throw the packages the driver didn't want out the window as they race by.
I have had three orders with Walmart at 2 different addresses and all three did not arrive due to delivery issues "Unable to Access Residence". I work at home and was home for all three deliveries. OnTrac just chooses to not deliver. No more Walmart for me until they use another delivery service!
Too bad I really couldn't choose no stars as an option!
My package keeps getting delayed. I am incredibly tired of being told that it will arrive in 2 days and if it doesn't I should contact the seller. I ordered things off of Temu and when I reached out to them about the undelivered package they told me that intrac was the one that could help. However ontrac directed me back to asking Temu. They obviously don't care about customer service and my order is weeks past it's due date. It's also shown that it's there. It's in the ontrac building, just not getting delivered. I hope whoever is responsible for this absolutely irresponsible act is rightfully punished. I still haven't received my order and I'm afraid I never will.
They delivered my first package to the wrong address so I had to request a replacement. They were contacted not to leave the package after business hours but they proceeded to dump it over the fence and the dog ate it. Would never use them to deliver anything.
They claim they deliver the package took a picture of it and then pick it back up basically stole my package. Don't even know who this company is I would never use them. I would not use them even if they paid me. And next time I buy something from a vendor if I see they're using them I'm canceling my order I'd rather go back to the post office
We placed an order Via Bestbuy. They said the shipment was delayed, it continued to be delayed for 2 weeks and then randomly in the middle of the tracking they put " Delivered" but the next 1 week it continued to show Delayed. *******@bestbuy works or gives business to such a horrible company I don't know. When I contacted them they said the package would ship in 2 days, followed up after 2 days and they said " it is too far gone to be able to locate. I am convinced they stole the package knowing it was from Bestbuy. They wouldn't help me track it, they said it's now Bestbuys problem. You cannot get through to their phone number so chat was the only option. They don't care about their clients. I really don't understand how they are in business. I never take time to write a review but this was a horrible situation. We bought 2 Nintendo Switches for xmas and now I have to find a new gift last min for my family. SHAME ON YOU.

Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
