Horrible Service

OnTrac delivery has not delivered my package and has said they need a gate code to get into my apartment complex. Mind you, there is no gate code needed, you just walk in through the gate. This has happened more than once with this incompetent company. I order through Walmart.com and have told them not to use this company when shipping to me, they stopped for awhile but yet again, here I sit, waiting for something that will most likely be returned because OnTrac states "they need a code" to get in my complex. Fed Ex NEVER has this problem, ever!

OnTrac is AWFUL
There is no customer service. You can not talk to a human being. You have an option to file a claim. But, nobody reaches out to you.
I have a package just sitting in a local facility. It never gets delivered. The delivery date just changes every day. I spent a good $150.00.

WHERE THE $#*! IS MY ORDER?

So The Northface uses these useless POS apparently. I got an email from Ontrac stating my order was delivered Tuesday October 17. Now I work from home and my package from Northface was left at my door. Today is Thursday October 19th, still no package. Now here's the best part their info says it was received in a town A HALF HOUR AWAY FROM ME, at 2:47am. THAT'S RIGHT 30 WHOLE MINUTES AWAY. Now it doesn't take 5-6 days to travel a half hour across Long Island. Today I track it again and it says package COULD NOT BE DELIEVERED. WHERE THE HELL IS MY PACKAGE? This is $600 dollar item. Now these lying $#*!s are saying the issue was resolved and the case was resolved or they are blaming Northface. I will be contacting the attorney general and have charges brought against them for theft of services.

Absolutely the worst delivery company. You deserve a -10. How does a package get stuck in a location for a week with no updates? Now i'm forced to check with vendors to make sure they do not do business with OnTrac coz I will never do business with a vendor that works with OnTrac!

They STEAL

I ordered from Victoria secrets, package had no movement once it reached my city. After about 10 days I reached out only to receive a generic response which I wasn't satisfied with so I told them I wanted to know exactly where my package was. They said they did an investigation and it was lost. So VS gave me a replacement, lo and behold once that one reached my city, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. I work at the biggest UPS plant in the country and it's actually insanely hard to "lose" a package. Someone is stealing and they just don't care because companies continue to use this company. There are several articles online about drivers being found with thousands of stolen packages. I plan on riding out there this weekend and filing a formal complaint, to steal someone's mail is a federal offense even if it's not a federally regulated company. This company needs to be shut down, it's like a 50/50 shot whether you're going to get your stuff or not and that's completely unacceptable. First picture is from the first order, second one is from the replacement!

Literally been waiting on my SHEIN package for days now and they tell me some excuse everytime that there are no numbers on the door they needed a gate code etc. all bull $#*! considering each apartment is labeled and there is no gate. It's like they didn't even actually try to deliver the package or even get out of their delivery Vehicle to look for apartment numbers. Almost like they're trying to steal my package. This company is very sketchy and their employees are rude with attitudes. Stating they tried to contact me but it's my fault because I didn't answer the phone when I work an actual job and cannot answer the phone during my shift. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and think SHEIN needs to stop doing business with this company ASAP!

A package that I had was claimed to be delivered on the 12th of October and till this day it still hasn't been delivered. I had multiple inquiries that were either closed or never responded too. I have screenshots of the multiple emails I've sent and the "inquiries" with no responses.

I tried to get a refund for the order, however they told Temu they delivered it even while they were in the middle of conducting an investigation about my package, so they openly lied to the company so not only did I not get my package I also didn't get my refund.

I do plan on sueing the company because I know they are either holding my package or the driver stole it. That morning they claimed it was delivered to my front door, but my father was sitting on the porch and the only truck that came was a mail truck that delivered my ear piercings from usps.

Undelivered packages

I have had four packages lost by OnTrac in the past 3 months. Sometimes I get notified they need more information, which I provide, and other times it is returned to seller with no notification. My building gets daily deliveries from multiple carriers and no one else has these issues. There is a call box at my apartment and a driver from OnTrac has never attempted to use it for deliveries even with clear directions. Their customer service is not helpful.

Worst carrier ever!

They are so unorganized, it was difficult to find an actual number that would allow me to talk someone at the facility about my package that was delayed. After already taking forever to deliver my package they sent it to the wrong facility, making my package more delayed. Absolutely the worse carrier. Be bettter Ontrac.

OnTrac received my package and "failed to deliver" it for several days. When it finally was delivered, it was left on the side of the road in my apartment complex rather than at my door where anyone could have easily taken it.

Sellers will east the cost shipping with these companies. Packages never arrived the faked a signature and made up a name Cameras show everything they never came any part of the time of that day 1.52 tuesday no show. This is theft.

THIS IS THE SLOWEST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. IVE BEEN WAITING FROM OCTOBER 1ST AND THE PACKAGE STILL HASNT CAME! I CONTACTED ONTRAC AND THEY SAID TO WAIT MORE! THEY KEEP DELAYING THE PACKAGE AND I HATE THEM! DONT EVER PARTNER WITH ONTRAC! USPS OR UPS IS WAY BETTER

Only 1/2 of my packages was delievered when they was both out for delivery the SAME DAY. I waited 3 business days then I inquired about the rest of my shipment in which they told me that they couldnt provide a update! An hour later I received a update saying that my package was delivered. That In fact was NOT TRUE I have ring cameras all around my house and the only thing that was detected was Deer! Just a complete LIE! My package was never delivered it was over $300 in that package Im soooooo PISSED! I will not be using any company that uses ON TRAC/LASERSHIP. Ive never had this happen before.

Poor Service and Untrustworthy Delivery Workers

Purchased a high-value product from Best Buy who leveraged OnTrac to do its deliveries. I waited all day at home and no one came. In the evening, it was updated that the package was delivered in the afternoon. NO ONE RANG THE DOOR BELL.

Seems like a very common issue with this company (you can google all the theft and failed deliveries posted by others).

Surprised Best Buy would leverage this company.

Reached out to Customer Service and was told they "couldn't track the package, reach out to the vendor... goodbye." Awful service. Im sure they must get a lot of these so have become numb to the issues ongoing in their company and responses are poor.

Don't Ship With OnTrac

The reason LazerShip changed their name to OnTrac is because the reviews and service were so bad they had no choice. Instead of changing the name they should have overhauled the entire company. If you don't care when, or even if your packages arrive go ahead and waste time and money. They are NOT faster than national carriers.
OnCrack is more like it! They are extremely good at making up excuses why your packages aren't arriving. UPS, FedEx, even USPS are only pennies more and they ARE 100% more reliable.

As usual, I'm waiting for a package thats late. When I placed my recent order and saw it said its being shipped by Lasership, I thought, oh s**t, its probably going to be late. I was right. Despite the business being 4 hour drive away, and an initial shipping time of 2 DAYS, they changed the ship time to the following day. Wonder why they changed their name from Lasership to OnTrac? Because they sucked just as bad as Lasership, had horrible reviews so the name changed. Too bad they didnt change anything else because they still suck. And again terrible rating. If as a business you have a 1 star rating you should just pack it up and close your doors!

I don't even leave reviews but this is NECESSARY. First off the fact that their website says "401 Forbidden" every time you click to check the tracking or speak to a rep is BEYOND ME! Secondly, the fact that my package has been delayed since OCTOBER 2nd & it is the 8th is wild af! AND THEN the location it is said to be at is Romulus, MI I'm in DETROIT, MI which is less than an HOUR AWAY. You can pick up packages, you can't speak to a real or live person. Then they gone tell me today "we're sorry for the inconvenience please contact the seller" NO ILL BE AT YALL LOCATION IN ROMULUS TOMORROW AFTERNOON cause where is my PACKAGE?
