I have sent multiple address change requests and never heard anything back. It has been over a week now. And I called Payoneer US telephone number yesterday, and waited for 15-20 min and the answer was: "There is no English speaking customer care rep at this point" and hung up on me. I called Payoneer in their business hours as shown as on their website. Monday-Saturday 2 am - 2 am EST. Then I had to request a phone call back, and never heard anything either. Finally I called them again and had a chance to speak with someone and they said they have got my proofs of residency documents and didn't take action? I'd like to hear about the reason about why they did not take an action. I am an Istock contributor and having issues with my payment through Payoneer just because my address is changed. Please solve my issue this time. Thank you.

They have a pathetic customer support, their representatives keep hanging up on the client. They won't pay attention to our concerns. Payoneer keeps asking for verification and documents. We've don't have all the time in the world to keep submitting these things over and over again. We've got to do our business too, I'd rather spend my time investing in my business than submitting unnecessary verifications and etc. They also kept approaching my clients, what in the hell gives them any right to do that. They bother our clients too! They keep declining our payments! Overall the worst experience so far. I've shifted my business to PayPal and transferwise now and things are very smooth now. It took me 10 days almost to update my address verification - such a waste! For god sake, we don't deal in drugs or uranium for which you'd need an extensive & unnecessary verification! I wish I could give the stars in MINUS. They don't deserve a single star even.

Payoneer has been great to get my payments going, been able to withdraw money from ATM and online shopping is awesome.
Bad part is that they restrict payments from regular US banks with the excuse that they only do bussiness accounts, in my experience they really don't, my boss sent me some payments from his business account and were rejected all the time, that's how I discovered Uphold.
Also doesn't let you expend money on gambling sites :(.
But for everything else has been a great option for me.

The webSite is full of errors, as a computer science I am so surprised how bad everything works, they should fire the web programmer. I ordered my prepaid card a month back. It was supposed to be arrived on 22nd August as it was the last day they estimated. But I have not got any sound from them pertaining this. I called their customer service. Though it took a lot of my bucks via phone call as I am from outside US. Trying to be funny lol! :D But its actually worth calling them. For a withdraw to bank account fee that high, I'd expect the transaction to be faster than it is currently. And please include more currencies like Ghana Cedis because I had to create a dollar account in order to receive my payment. It's a lot of stress

The shipper says they never received our payment and Payoneer said they sent it. I asked to get my money back as someone is not telling the truth! This is fraud company, never use. I have asked for refund of my money as the shipper claims they never got money so my items never shipped. Payoneer contacted me and said for me to contact the shipper. Then why use a payment processor if they are not going to protect you? If i wanted this service i would have paid supplier directly. They don't reply any messages. Our mastercard said never to use them again as apparently they have heard of many problems from this company. Horrible stay away.

I called and wanted to change the banking information for payments thru VRBO. Nov 22 2018. I did not hear back it is now Dec 07 2018. I sent the info in PDF, and they said it was not clear. I did not receive an email and they did not try to contact me to let me know. They have my phone number and did not bother to call.
I called again today, Dec 07 2018 I was told they have many other cases before mine and that it was Friday. The person whom I spoke too, was politely rude. Anyhow she promise it will be solved by Tuesday Dec 11 th 2018. Thank you, I hope we can get this done.

We totally understand the inconvenience this matter has caused you. Please be advised that delays like the one you experienced can happen for one of the following reasons:

- an issue with the receiving bank
- an issue with the intermediary bank
- the weekend delay: if the transfer was made on Friday/ Saturday, it might take it 1-2 business days for payments to be processed.

You go through all this trouble to register and activate your account (as I don't live in my home country anymore, I had to send I don't know what papers to get my address approved, eventually I send it to my parents home so at least I could pick up the card next time I went home) just to get a payment from the US. (tax return). Once you have the money, they make it nearly impossible to take it out, and for every failed withdrawal from an ATM machine, they even charge you 1$. Just spend an hour waiting to get chat support.
