Abrí una cuenta sin saber que tenia otra creada por parte de Fiverr. Eso generó inconvenientes al momento de poder utilizar la plataforma. Me intenté comunicar por chat o por mensaje, pero al someter la solicitud, inmediatamente aparecia como "resuelta" lo cual no tiene sentido, el chat automático no da solución.
Finalmente pude llamar, eso ya fue otro mundo, la asesoria genial! Pude solucionar mi inquietud. Y espero tener acceso pronto a la plataforma y tener un criterio mas apropiado de su funcionamiento, pero me han recomendado la plataforma. Por eso estoy acá.
