Since I have opened my account in 2020, I have received countless payments and I find Payoneer helpful as a service.
Never-ending document requests of Payoneer!
A 3-page document was sent and relevant 4 lines marked with green color to be helpful.
But a careless authorized said missing document!
It showed that authorized ones are not checking the documents!
If you do not check them, why do you request many documents yearly?
I was lucky because I met with clever support when I called.
She understood and redirected the issue with a correct explanation to the correct authorized one.
Since last one month i have been uable to make payment on ali baba with my payoneer card. My account has also been blocked with unknown reason. Two step mobile verification code is not working properly in Pakistan. Each time code is sent is not received even the call is received without any code or voice. Voice cannot be listened. The SMS code proceedure for verification may be improved to avoid hassel free functions.
They are very good and solves all problems I face on payoneer
I withdraw 3am my time in Nigeria but haven't gotten the money into my bank account till now. And it's already 11am here. It's taking too much time

Logre desbloquear mi cuenta pero deberia haber otros canales para cambiar la linea del two factor authentication.
Nunca se me avisó que un documento no había sido aprobado y llevan una semana reteniendo mi pago, no es cualquier pago, es mi sueldo, fue mi primer pago por Payoneer y la experiencia ha sido fatal, voy a cambiar mi cuenta de nómina por esto mismo.
