I made a payment on May 17th 2021 and as of June 7 the Payment has not been released to my vendor
I have called over a 12 times to no avail. I was told a supervisor was going to call me back in 24 to 48 hours and that was 144 hours ago. They keep on telling me that a supervisor is going to call me back as well as tell me that the transaction has been under review. As this point I have made other payment arrangements and I would like to get this money back as soon as possible

I have an account with Payoneer from 2013, honestly, they are the best in the market, along with transferwise. Competitive fees, outstanding customer service. I'm grateful for having an account with them.

Recieved good customer service so far. A little hard in the beginning since you can{t really make trasnfers until you reach a certain threshold and for some reason you cannot transfer to certain types of accounts. But overall the card works everywhere and have been using it without a problem.

Generally Some information in Indian Documentation is missing little bit and you should consider in approval.
Your approval is delay... And customer waits and then left your portal. I am waiting also for 3-4 days

This service is the most expensive service I have ever worked with. They have commissions for everything. The exchange rates that they practice are bigger than anything that I paid till now. From a $554 (around 528 euro) they transferred in euro only 511 euro so I lost 17 euro only on this small transfer. Imagine that on a few thousands dollar transfer. Stay away from this service as much as possible

The costumer support of this company is a joke. It takes 8 days to answer a simple question when it states it will only take up to 48 hours. The people answering don't even speak French properly as there's a mistake every 3 words. It can't be serious.
Not only, I haven't been able to get my Payoneer's card as they are not helping, but I have almost been treated as an idiot through email by that very same company. Of course, I didn't answer, but sent the copy of those emails to the company I work for.
The company I work for is a preferred costumer of Payoneer. I hope my case will encourage my company to change of payment method's company.

My experience with my card application was badly handled, I applied for a card with the assistance of Trevo for herbal products. They introduced me to yourselves and l honestly liked the services that you offer. To my surprise l kept requesting for my card that was never shipped and you kept this information for as long as you knew, that Trevo and yourselves had a bad experience and closed their accounts and you included me as if l was one of them. I am just an innocent applicant who required your payoneer card for my future business dealings. I have introduced so many people who are enjoying using your cards. L am very un happy with this. The Payoneer is best to get payment from clients and withdraw it to the local bank right away. Also, their card services are awesome to get a withdrawal from ATM instantly when I get payment loaded on my card.
And more things that must I say that I Always pleasure to get support from Payoneer. They always solved my issues instantly by chat or phone call.

Any freelancer who working worldwide but can't get payment from clients they are can use the Payoneer to get payment for their services from any of the clients from any country.

I don't know what I would do without my Payoneer account. It is the only way that I can obtain funds from my UK based PayPal account. The service is excellent and on the rare occasions that I have a question the customer service team are always totally professional and respond with empathy.

I'm from Nepal and I'm Payoneer Card for most of things like shopping from store, using it for online purchase and for online payment of subscriptions. Its really easy and the customer service is also but a bit slow Live Chat. It's better and faster to resolve the problem through a call. A bit expensive to load money on Card from a country like Nepal. We can't upload money directly through our bank account. Thank you

My overall experience has been negative. There been good agents to help but their policies and procedures suck. And the take way to much time to help and resolve to it's customers. Ignoring that if you create a profile it's to manage payments and invoices.

I have been using payoneer since 2014 and had never faced a major issue. But recently, my card got hacked and the guy stole my money, I contacted payoneer and they created a dispute and returned my money back. Payoneer customer support is simply great!

I signed up and got my card, activated my card and then loaded funds on it after getting paid from over seas for a project I did.
Now I'm trying to access my funds locally and come to find out that the service to get your funds locally is not supported in my country. That is BS! Why wouldn't they tell me this upon signing up, why would they send me a card after seeing where I'm located knowing the service to get my funds locally doesn't apply to me because of my location makes no sense unless you are trying to Rip people off.
I'm hoping I can get some answers and a solution on how to get my funds off my account, even though I'm not getting my hopes up on that:-/.

Hi Stanley, I am sorry to learn you feel misinformed or misled about our services, however a dropdown list of all the countries where banks withdrawals are enabled is available on our website. However, as you already have funds in your account, you still have options to use them online or withdraw cash from ATM.
I've used Payoneer for a year and have received all my payments to time. Paying for items has also been a breeze since I don't have to worry about paying off my card. I've called customer support several times and have received professional, prompt and exceptional service each and every time. I highly recommend Payoneer!
