Payoneer is the leader in global money transfer and i would encourage other businesses and individuals to use the company because they will never be disappointed.
Since 3 years i'm using Payoneer Debitcard and their Virtual banking service. Of course their transaction fee and service charges really affordable than any other local banks. But They are taking too much time to respond their customer questions. Better they should appoint more frontline support center officers to resolve this delay issues.
Just in one day, This company managed to get over $20 some from me. I get there are fees but NEVER had a card take this much money! I know the $12 activation fee. Fine, whatever. Then $3 maintenance fee. Transfer fee, Withdrew money out of the bank twice that was a 4.95 fee, both times. Then odd other fees that I'm not even sure why?! All added up to about 26 close to 30$ when looking at my transactions! That's really crazy to me! Even If I go and take all my money out next payday, I'll still be charged the mantience fee, transfer fee plus the 4.95 to take it out of the bank. An god knows what else!

I am supposed to be receiving money from an employer, employer already got a payment processed notification on his end... but idon't receive any on my end. I personally think they use the money for their own benefit first, before any of us, hardworking online workers even get hold of our much-deserved wages.

Most cloud services ask for credit card information before they let you in. It's virtually impossible to get international credit cards in my country. Until a year ago I had no way to create developer accounts for aws, microsoft azure, chrome webstore or google playstore. Limited access to application deployment platforms stood as a roadblock on my way to becoming a professional software engineer. I was using the banks wire-transfer from the last 5 years. This month i have tried payonner for my payment transfer. Payoneer sent me email on 4th Jan that we have received your payment and it will be transfer in your bank account within 3-5 business days. Its almost one month passed they dont know the status of payment. Where it has gone. I am keep on sending emails, live chat and phone calls but no satisfactory reply. I am really worried about my payment. As its more than $ 5000.
I was not really good at English cause its not my native language. But the representative understood the problem and repeated some topic couple of times. I opened a new account and immediately found out many issues. You cannot get paid by individuals. The ACH transfers sometimes require physical address of the bank, which Payoneer doesn't have.

As stated above, i waited 30 mins for a livechat help representative. I then got told after 30 minis my chat had been cancelled with no explanation. Then to add insult to injury i rang their helpline just to wait 20 mins and then be sent to leave a message. As i start leaving a message less than a 20 seconds in, it cuts my dead off!
They claim they need all this info before they can release my funds but we all know well and good that these types of companies are never giving you your money back. All the good ratings on here are done by themselves, dont be fooled.
