Me intenté comunicar por chat o por mensaje, pero al someter la solicitud, inmediatamente aparecia como "resuelta" lo cual no tiene sentido, el chat automático no da solución.
Finalmente pude llamar, eso ya fue otro mundo, la asesoria genial! Pude solucionar mi inquietud. Y espero tener acceso pronto a la plataforma y tener un criterio mas apropiado de su funcionamiento, pero me han recomendado la plataforma. Por eso estoy acá.

A 3-page document was sent and relevant 4 lines marked with green color to be helpful.
But a careless authorized said missing document!
It showed that authorized ones are not checking the documents!
If you do not check them, why do you request many documents yearly?
I was lucky because I met with clever support when I called.
She understood and redirected the issue with a correct explanation to the correct authorized one.
Since last one month i have been uable to make payment on ali baba with my payoneer card. My account has also been blocked with unknown reason. Two step mobile verification code is not working properly in Pakistan. Each time code is sent is not received even the call is received without any code or voice. Voice cannot be listened. The SMS code proceedure for verification may be improved to avoid hassel free functions.
