Mi experiencia con paypal es que cuida los intereses de los vendedores. O sea si compras es muy dificil que logres que tu reclamo sea oido. Le podes presentar mil pruebas pero jamas vas a tener razon. Si encuentran otra forma de pagar, haganlo. Ademas de las comisiones que nos cobra no estamos protegidos como supuestamente informan.
O Paypal é uma ferramenta muito prática para enviar e receber pagamentos internacionais. A agilidade é impressionante, sem contar que é muito fácil criar uma conta. O que pesa um pouco são as taxas e tarifas envolvidas nas transações, no mais é muito bom e vale a pena usar sempre!
Pague un producto a una compañía falsa que de taladros lo que envío fue gafas de sol me contacté con PayPal y dijeron averiguarían el caso lo cerraron porque había número de seguimiento y entrega. Y fue así pero no el producto que compré
Haces la transaccion con Paypal esperando que seas proteguido y haces una compra de un artriculo y te envian otro y luego te envian una direccion en chino para que devuelvas el paquete. Te piden tracking number y USPS no tiene ese servicio y pagas y al final pierdes el dinero de la transaccion y el que pagas por el envio. Paypal nunca contesta las llamadas. Es la segunda vez que pasa y ya no los usare mas.

2 au 3 juin: communication avec fashion nova qui m informe que ma commande est retournee a leur siege, qu ils ne peuvent la rembourser et me paieront sur une carte cadeau. DHL affichait depuis le 14 mai commande annulé. Commande faite le 1er avril qui etait censee arrivee apres 7 jours mais FN sont des escros.
3 juin: Appel paypal pour me plaindre de ma commande fashion nova qui netais jamais arrivée et qui ne voulais pas me rendre mon argent mais plutot une carte cadeau de la meme valeur
7 juin: Appel de ce numero, une femme tres rassurante qui veut connaitre mes impressions et s assurer que j ai compris la procedure. J etais septique mais on ne m a pri aucune info personnelle
13 juin, sur le sitede paypal, litige clos en ma faveur. Et reception d une carte cadeau fashion nova (probablement fausse vu les avis internet)
14 juin, paypal m a remboursé la totalité du montant sur ma carte :)

Es un puro scam si mando todos los documentos que piden y siempree dicen otra cosa scam puro llevo mas de 8 meses llamando y no resuelven ni nada ni me dejan acceder ala cuenta

They associate with scammers because they are scammers themselves!
I tried integrating them as a payment processor and after just 10 orders — all fulfilled, with no complaints or disputes — they blocked my account and froze the funds, telling me they'll let me know after 180 days how I can try to recover the money.
Be very careful if you don't want to end up sending out orders for free.
Let me explain briefly how this scam works:
They don't just refuse to refund customers — they also refuse to pay sellers, pocketing the money on both sides.
The financial advantage they gain is completely fraudulent.
This company is nothing but a disgrace and a scam operation.
I signed up for a $1 item at a website, gave them my billing info, and then wound up on another page of the website where I accidentally clicked somewhere and found myself being billed for $50. I immediately contacted PayPal, who made it impossible for me to file a claim for a reason of accidental purchase. (This way, they can justify denying your claim while taking a cut of the scammer website's spoils. Very crafty.) I guess they think that most people will just give up...? They'll rue the day that they messed with me. I'm going to harass them on the phone, on chat, and via email until they reverse their decision. I don't care what it takes. They should've chosen someone else to scam. My parents are both lawyers. I know how to strong-arm people who try to scam me. They won't see me coming.
I encountered a website one night called usenet.nl, which claimed to have my book (that I wrote) available for free (bootleg) download. I joined the site for a free trial through my PayPal account. Twenty minutes later, I ascertained that usenet.nl did not have my book, nor anyone else's. I canceled my free membership (which was for seven days).
Since then, I have received threatening letters from usenet.nl's collections squad, saying they have the authority to extort money from me and that I did not pay them for the services provided and that I had better send them money right away. Let me be clear--I not only received emails, I also received snail mails. PayPal must have given them my home address.
I contacted PayPal about the issue, and they were obtuse. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about, and asked if I was reporting an unauthorized charge. But according to the other reviews on here (particularly for usenet.nl), PayPal is not as stupid as all that.
Their loss.
