A scammer woman purchased six tickets for a social event party through our small business. She attended it with her guests. Exactly one week later after the event, she contacted PayPal to file a complaint stating that it was an unauthorized charge. We sent PayPal all documentation to prove that the woman had attended the event. PayPal sendt us an email notification today,stating that they were siding with her and refunded her $320 back.
So the low life dirt bag scam woman and five of her guests got a free boat ride cuise plus food. We are done with Scam Pal!
Worst app ever! My account been locked for 2 years and they said it would be unlocked after 6 months. I've never did anything wrong and my money is locked in an account they can't seem to unlock. So I advise u to put your money in a bank, do not use PayPal
Terrible, slow response, the two non-authorized transactions were initially denied, w/o any explanations why. Had to file again as not delivered items and finally after several weeks I received a full refund. If that would be all I would give them 3 stars. However, few days ago I saw again one request (when I logged in my account) for a payment of $699. I immediately stated that the request is not authorized and still am awaiting results of my claim. Luckily that charge was not paid yet from my bank account. I tried to delete my account but was not allowed since I disputed that new request for the payment. Thus onky one star. As soon, hopefully, that request is find a fraudulent I am closing my account with PayPal.
I order an item and PayPal showed I had $39.00 to spear and cash app $29 to spear it split the amount between two cards no problem. Now PayPal is saying that the transaction was decline cause not enough funds in the PayPal. Like really why did it show $39.00 instead of just showing the $0. Call customer service at 6:30am and today at 8:30am saying try calling back, Monday threw Sunday from 6am to 6pm. Duh is Saturday it's pass 6am. Just rip off they should go bankrupt. These people are satan incarnate. Nightmare linking up a bank account to make payments on paypal credit card. Finally linked an account and made a payment like a good consumer, while on the phone with PAYPAL customer support on the 1st of july. Find out later on the 6th of july that my bank is no longer linked to paypal. Why? Called today to work this out and got cold transferred to another person to get told i need to speak to someone else to later get disconnected. So i made a payment. They reversed payment. So now it would look like i never made payment so i would forget to check and be charged late fees. EFFING SNAKES! Having great difficulties getting someone to help. They keep disconnecting my calls and "passing the buck" cold transferring. Had to call back multiple times. I call back and hear background noises like they are slow to take my call.
I would really request not to use this as money transfer as their are lot other company who has good services. They just hold your amount for 21 days even for the digital service. A customer service girl naming "Kalyani" committed that i need to get an email confirmation from my client to get the money in my account and once i get the email and shared with them they will transfer the amount in 48 hour. I have done that to get the amount, once i have shared the same girl said that they will now need 3 - 8 working days to investigate and than release the amount. So they just hold your money for no reason. Their policy also says that anything which is good related it would mostly take 21 days to release the payment but for digital service they will release it in 24 hours which is just like making the customer fool. They even charge a lost as well as they use your money for a month...please never use PayPal.

My friend is being harassed and stalked, through PayPal only now, she's deleted her entire account but still getting emails of money transfers and money requested from the stalker. We've emailed to have something done about it and customer service have gone "oh well" when an account has been deactivated, entirely, all contact should end, no-one should be able to send nor request money as theirs no account to be linked to it.

I made a purchase using my PayPal account and the item that was sent was not as described or pictured. It was garbage. I contacted the company twice for sending the merchandise back and they have ignored me. I opened a case with PayPal they asked me for all kinds of information. I sent them screenshots of that exact same company being called scams and frauds from many many other people with the same exact reason that I had. Not as pictured or described. It was garbage. PayPal is friends and pals with scammers and fraud! The earpods that I got was supposed to be a refurbished iphone.

They limited my account for the reason that for them i was underage even when i send them the ID.And im 25 y/o. Then i call the call center and they say my account is limited permanently but paypal doesnt give the reason for that and its not for my age like they say.

Absolutely the WORST company. I've had a PayPal account for YEARS and never had an issue. Now I'm locked out of my account because for something that happened LAST YEAR... I was NEVER NOTIFIED on any of this... I've even made transactions since then. But last week I tried to log into my account and couldn't. I called and they tell me this... What a joke! Save yourself a head ache, don't bother. Their so called "customer service" is a bloody nightmare. They won't help with anything, won't even let me pay them directly, she told me I had to deal with a third party collection agency... Horrible to the umpteenth power!

I been with PayPal since 2005 I was hacked years ago and they refused to pay my money back. They recently up my limit to 10 grand and refused to lower my limit as I asked. There for being an untrusted company and refusing to lower the amount to 500 as asked I canceled my card. Highly not recommended as a trusted company with your money

Please be aware of this email if you do get them.
PayPal's Resolution Center is spring loaded to believe and support the seller. That's the side Paypal makes its money, not from you or me. Dealing with Paypal's Resolution Center is a real test of endurance. If you get finished entering their required BS successfully, Paypal sends you a dun message several days later telling you to enter your complaint to the Resolution Center... like you were never there before.

I bought an item that was totally wrong, advertised as "handmade, hand quilted, made of brushed Kona cotton", picture was beautiful with wonderful quilting and vibrant colors and I was buying from a company from Texas. I received an item from Texas, not handmade, not hand quilted, not vibrant colors, not brushed cotton and it was just a picture printed on cheap polyester/nylon fabric. Hideous. I paid $99.90. Company first offered to refund $30, nope, still way too expensive for a cheap quilt that I wouldn't even use for my pets. Then said if I return the "quilt" to China at my expense they would refund the money. Cost to return? $70. Paypal agreed with this company, denied my claim and I'm sitting here with something I would feel cheated if I paid $10. Paypal is not the company it once was. Use your credit card as that company will have your back. Looking to see what a better option is than Paypal. 20 year customer and I'm done. I do not think anyone actually reads our messages to Paypal.
