I received a package and there was a problem with the item. I emailed the company and their response was almost immediate and they solved the problem promptly. The item is comfortable and looks great!
I returned a dress and got a credit to use which I bought a pair of shorts and a pair of white sneakers- the shorts were not great but didn't want to return them to get another store credit that I couldn't use. Never got the sneakers- it has been 2 months now. I contacted them via email 3 times to let them know I haven't received all of my order. No acknowledgement, no response- no phone number to call.
I ordered 2 women graphic tees. I only received one. I emailed and they assured me they would send the missing item. I received the missing order, but it was the completely wrong item. I emailed again and after going back and fourth because they wanted a picture of the wrong item, even though I sent them a screenshot. I demanded a refund. The worst customer service I've ever received. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I don't even want to give them 1 star. Material is cheap - afraid to wash the 3 items I kept. Had to return 2 shirts, one was torn and other not functional. I watched the videos on size and ordered based on size recommendations. I normally wear small shirts but these are huge and wear small pants but they are extremely small. Worst part is wasn't aware of no refund policy and between not wanting to buy other items and I have to pay to ship the returns, I am out $150!

I ordered 2 pair of boots and ordered black and white bc wasn't sure which color I would like best. It turns out they are very cheap looking and decided to return. I started the process and read the policy and was very upset when I found out about the in-store credit. It's wrong to not return consumers money. I would like a refund back to my debit card not in-store credit. I will file a complaint with your state, your scammers.
I read reply, I only want my money back. I don't think it's right to force customers to purchase from you website.

I made a typo on my shipping address which I didn't realize until the day of delivery, USPS ended up sending my order back to Pink Lily and after contacting them and speaking with Ashley, they quickly resent my order with my corrected address. They were kind and courteous and fast with their response time. I will definitely be ordering again and letting my friends and family know how great Pink Lily is!

When checking out with ApplePay, I didn't have the option to select express shipping prior to confirming the order. I reached out hoping to upgrade my shipping speed and they expedited it free of charge! Went above and beyond my expectations.

Before i ordered from pink lily i actually read the reviews on this website (mostly bad). I thought i would give them a shot anyways because their dresses and rompers just looked adorable. The shipping was fast, i received my products within a week. The maxi dress i ordered is even better then I pictured. The fabric is clearly high quality and it flows nicely. The romper i ordered is just as gorgeous although i will say that the coloring was a tad darker then the picture. That doesnt change my opinion of the product though. I do think that this boutiques clothing is marketed towards more slender women so maybe keep that in mind when purchasing. I also wanted to that i emailed them after i purchased to get a time frame for delivery and they emailed back within the hour. So my overall rating is 5/5! Hope this information helps!
I bought a sweater that I saw on Instagram, while I loved the quality and style, I get many compliments. It ran alittle large so when I asked for a return the company replied immediately and handled it with free return shipping. I'll be a return customer!
I had ordered on a day that they were offering a free product. When I got my order, the free hat wasn't with my order. I sent an email to their customer service email. I heard back from them within a very short time and had a hat being processed that same day.
I've been shopping on Pink Lily for probably 2-3 years at this point & have found soooo many cute stylish finds on their site. It something hasn't worked for me they have an easy return process & customer service is always helpful. I ALWAYS get the most compliments on my Pink Lily outfits!

Hi guys I want to say how impressed I am with the customer service I received. I ordered a hoodie in a medium, on Black Friday! When I picked the color I wanted, I must have not picked my size again. So The next morning I saw that I had ordered it in a small. I emailed them and they corrected it within 12hrs without needing anymore information from me! My hoodie is on its way In the correct size! && I have no worries about it! Thanks Pink Lily! I'm so excited to get my hoodie!
I've been buying clothes from Pink Lily for a year now, this boutique is very addictive, I've spent lots of money on a regular basis, the afterpay is a great thing. I never have issues with my orders, I get them relatively quick except around Christmas time which is understandable. I accidentally put one of my sweaters in the dryer and tore it up badly and it was sold out but Pink Lily gave me store credit for it when they didnt have to with it being my mess up. The customer service team was very prompt, kind and professional. I will never stop buying from this Boutique, you rock Pink Lily and Thank you for the cute clothes that I am always getting complimented on. I always tell people where I get my cute clothes from because people always ask.
Ashley was super helpful. I wasn't sure if it was too late to change my order, so I emailed the next day after placing it. She was able to change my order the same day. Took 1 email and it was done! Impressed!

I thought the stuff got her fast and it was what I ordered, only thing wrong was my tumbler I got was cracked a bit at the bottom but overall pretty good service, I like the boutique overall, will purchase again.

I have been a customer for many years, but as of recently I have decided to take my money elsewhere. I received a sweatshirt that had a cup ring on the fabric, I washed it, it didn't come out so I asked for a replacement. The second one had a permeant discoloration on the fabric around the decal, after a third try the decal was not centered and it had the similar discoloration stain. I decided to call it quits and asked for store credit because of returning it I got charged a shipping fee when I originally didn't pay a shipping fee because of the amount of money I spent. I contacted the owner and she acted apologetic but did absolutely nothing about it.

When USPS lost my package in early November I tried contacting USPS and they were basically not going to be able to help me find it or replace it. A few days ago I felt defeated but then when I contacted Pink Lily and sent them a copy of my conversation and case number with the USPS they offered to reship my items immediately. Since my items were all now out of stock they issued me a gift card in the amount of my previous purchase. I am very happy with the way this was handled.

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
