Obsessed

To read these other bad reviews is confusing to me because I had an awesome experience. My sister buys all of her clothing from Pink Lily and is obsessed. I loved how the clothing was all different and things I do not see at the store. In one of the sweaters I ordered, the knitting started to come undone. I asked them to send me another without my receipt or anything; they were very understanding. My clothes came in quickly and customer service was great. The only downside of this company is how expensive the clothes are. I feel that the prices are unreasonable and unnecessary.

I'm a newer customer to Pink Lily and their clothes fit my style perfectly. I ordered a chenille sweater last week that arrived with a small hole starting in the knitting in the back. I emailed the company and within a matter of minutes, I received a shipping notification for a new sweater! They also advised me to keep or donate the first sweater. They have secured my business permanently now!

I love pink lily company. The clothes are beautiful and very affordable. Their customer service is amazing! They are very responsive, professional and always solve issues with such a grace and in customers' favor.
Many companies can learn from Pink Lily's outstanding customer service.
I'll continue to support them because I love their clothes and customer service.

Amazing company!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Even with the holidays and all the craziness of the pandemic they have been super helpful and absolutely amazing when it comes to helping with shipping and orders! And on top of their awesome customer service their clothes are the best quality and very cute!

Great customer service! Every time I have needed to contact customer service they are helpful and prompt. From processing payments, to the pink perks program, they have been ready to help how they can.
More recently, one of the items I purchased had a slight defect and they immediately offered to resolve it at no extra cost. Very pleased!

Customer service doesn't do much when you contact them. They take days to respond and finally when they do, they suggest the obvious, to track your order using the system tracking.
I have been doing this and my order is beyond days of guaranteed arrival still not yet received.
I had an event to wear my items to this weekend and paid the extra cost for shipping which was not cheap and apparently my items haven't even yet left the city they were coming from yet. Very disappointing, I was not offered any compensation for paying the cost for shipping either.
Unless you have an event months and months away and have excessive time to wait, do not bother ordering from this company. I just hope my stuff fits and all is good with the product because they dont seem to have very good customer service.

All around nope

Drop shipped clothing that's highly up charged but marketed as made in US. Not size inclusive. Awful people to work for in management. Don't even know how to properly pronounce some of the products they sell. "Quay" (key) sunglasses but they say kway. Return policies are shady.

Absolutely love this online boutique! Great variety of styles on top of a great range of sizes to choose from! Quality clothing and accessories at a great price and you can almost always find a coupon code for an even greater deal! Customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any issue you may have!

Last year I could barely afford Pink Lily - now this year all I find myself doing is shopping at Pink Lily because I can and want to! I don't even bother going anywhere else anymore because of how fantastic the team is, the shipping, the sales, selection, colors, etc. I had one hiccup and did not receive an item once, within just a couple of hours they contacted me back and got it all sorted out. That's amazing customer service to me. I will be a loyal customer for a long time! I follow the CEO Tori on social media and she is the absolute best. I feel so informed and it helps me make better decisions about my purchases - not all boutiques have that luxury. Can't wait for the holiday collection to go live tomorrow
