I have ordered several times from Pink Lily and everything is exactly as described & pictured! I had to return something, only once, and the customer service is outstanding!
My items marked as delivered but they were not at my door so I let the Usps know and they informed me that the mailman is fairly new and still doesn't know too much so they gave me my order and sure enough it was perfect I love both the bag and the dress Thank you so much for your wonderful business my items are gorgeous!
I ordered 10 items in XL and they were all SO TINY, not true to size.
Returning them, you can only get an exchange or a store credit, they won't give you your money back. I'll never shop here again.
I follow Rayahope and LOVED her style! I realized she purchased a lot of stuff from PinkLily. I placed 6 ORDERS and have received one since April 26th. The one order I received I was very unhappy with. The quality of the clothing wasn't very good and it definitely doesn't look like the pictures! I won't order anymore from this company.
I won a giveaway and Pink Lily responded quickly and efficiently. I also have ordered with them once. Love the coupons, Pink Perks and giveaways. Will definitely buy from them again. :)

Pink Lily is AWESOME! During their Labor Day Sale I accidentally bought items full price instead of using the discount code like I wanted too. I emailed Pink Lily and they instantly canceled my order so I could use the discount code! I love love love this store!

Horrible company. Horrible very expensive products. It is almost impossible to return any products. Look on Facebook and the reviews on there. There are some TRUTHFUL reviews on there. They certainly don't match with the good ones on here. Also on Facebook, pink Lilly has disabled the options to post issues on their Facebook page. The only way you can see the truth about their products are to look under reviews. Hmmmm does it spark any suspicion when a company won't allow you to post on their Facebook page? They took this option off a few months ago when people were blowing their Facebook page up with complaints. My expensive jeans have literally fallen apart within 5 months. They will post "we care about our customers, please contact us to have your issues resolved" BUT WHAT THEY DONT ADD IS THAT WHEN YOU DO CONTACT THEM., THEY DONT RESPOND?
NOW THEY ARENT EVEN AVAILABLE FOR MESSENGER ON FACEBOOK. JUST SAYING HOW SHADY THEY ARE

Know that if you order something and you don't like the way it looks on you too bad. No refunds. Just store credit. Who does that?

I had trouble locating my package and I had spoken to USPS and they didn't know where my Pink Lily package was, so I contracted Pink Lily and they responded in less than 24 hours and had my package located and rushed my package so I had the dress for a wedding I was attending.

I had a question about weather I was part of a scam or it was actually Pink Lily and I was helped right away within a minute two minutes tops the wonderful person I had to help me was so fast at figuring everything out and helpful and so nice I have never had any issues with pink lily in the past and I have recommended them to family and friends

Purchased a sweatshirt for my wife. Purchase through website was very easy. Sweatshirt came slightly damaged. Contacted customer service and a new item was shipped and received within a couple days.

I had been working in the insurance industry, which came with a bit of traveling. I quickly learned that building relationships in my community and supporting women to achieve their goals was my passion. Fast-forward to 2013, our son was born, and I was home on maternity leave with no income. With bills to pay, I started experimenting with online marketplaces selling various items to help make ends meet.
