The quality of the 2nd item I received was horrible. It was a chenille that shed everywhere and the sweater fell apart in my hands. I went back just to spend my gift card. They'd disabled it.

I ordered a sweater in my usual size but wanted to exchange it because it was HUGE. They would not process an exchange and when I went to reorder it it was gone. I had to pay for delivery as well as for the return. They would not refund me for the sweater but gave me a store credit instead. When I went to use my store credit, my debit card on record was charged instead. I contacted them immediately via e-mail ( I couldn't reach them by phone) and they said they'd cancel the order but they didn't. The next thing I knew, I had receieved an e-mail stating my order was being shipped. When I emailed again to ask them to use my store credit instead they refused. The quality of the item I received was not great either. I will stick with companies like Amazon and Nordstrom with free shipping and receptive customer service.
Return and exchange policies are deliberately challenging to make you keep items. Customer service is terrible. I'll never order from them again. Poor quality clothing.

Love my Pink Lily clothes... great quality, unique, and so cute! During Black Friday weekend they had 10s of thousands of orders come in (which is definitely stressful). I placed two orders during that weekend sale, and things were getting sold out quick. Nevertheless, my two full orders all went through (about 9 items total). I got confirmation emails that everything "shipped out", but then I got follow up emails later on that said two items were actually out of stock and I would get a refund for them. I was really confused, as they told me previously that everything had shipped. I reached out to customer service and asked to purchase one of the same tops that was suddenly "out of stock" in a different size (which was in stock) for the same price I did on Black Friday, and at first, the representative couldn't do much for me. Once I explained the situation further, she was so helpful and issued me a discount code that covered the shipping charge I would incur and the discount I previously received, making the top the same price as it was when I ordered it. Great customer service! Only docked them a star because the initial situation was super confusing and they shouldn't have said it shipped out if it didn't!

I ORDERED A JACKET AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. I LET THEM KNOW, BUT THEY SEND ME EMAILS (UP TO A WEEK AFTER I SEND MY EMAIL TO THEM) LETTING ME KNOW IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED AND WE WILL LOOK INTO IT. THEN THERE IS SILENCE AGAIN FOR A FEW DAYS. I EMAIL AGAIN, AND SAME CIRCLE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WAS SCAMMED.

I am incredibly disappointed with this store. I ordered an item and immediately wanted to change it to a different item. They told me I was not able to make any changes to the order once it had been placed. Ok, great. I will just send it back once I receive it. I received my item and I can't even get it on my body it's so small. I tried to return it (for store credit) so that I could get something that would fit and was told since I used their "summertime" code, I was unable to return it. So now I am stuck with something I can not wear and am out the money. I have shopped at their store in the past and had planned on buying more. This has changed my mind completely. I will no longer shop with this company. Instead I will shop with a company who cares about the customer. I will also make sure all my friends who blog about their store including on instagram know how terrible of a business model this store has. This is not a way to run a business! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If anyone has ever bought from the online Pink Lily Boutique...STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY HAVE STOLEN ITEMS FROM ME. I accidentally sent them back some clothes that I was sending back to another boutique. That was my fault! Pink Lily sent me an email on 10/17/2023 stating that they received my return and it would be processed in 3 business days and a store credit issued. So around a week later, the other boutique contacted me and said that the items they received are not from their store. That's the first alert that I got. So I messaged Pink Lily. Got a reply that they would reach out to their returns department and let me know what they say. I had to be the one to keep in touch and ask if they've heard from the returns department yet, because they wouldn't get back to me otherwise. Remember, I had already received an email from them about a week earlier stating that they received my return package. Also, the tracking number confirmed that it was delivered to them. And every time, she would say "I've reached out to our returns department. They will let me know if they can find the items and then they will ship them back to you." This went on for a over a week. Almost 2 weeks since I got their email stating that they received my package. I messaged them yesterday again to check to see if they've gotten any answers. She tells me that they said they are unable to located the items and for my inconvenience, they are giving me a $30 store credit. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!?! They had the items in their possession on October 17,2023, because they emailed me and said so (as well as the tracking number confirming that it was delivered). Now that it's discovered that I accidentally sent the wrong items back to them, they can't find them?!?!?! Bull! Someone took them! They don't just disappear! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY! The other boutique that got Pink Lily's items contacted me IMMEDIATELY notifying me that they received someone else's items. They shipped them to Pink Lily within a day of talking. Pink Lily will steal your items if they get the chance! So sick to my stomach over this! I've reported them to the BBB

Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
