I ordered 2 sizes larger than I usually wear as I am a true XL pant and L shirt, but ordered a 3X romper to be safe and baggie (or so I thought)! These items received were incredibly short and won't even cover my breasts. Is this a joke? How in the world is this company selling things for people who must be under 5 feet tall and listing normal people sizes?! The same goes for the other item that I ordered and it's saying isn't returnable. I will never purchase anything from this store again since there don't offer returns if things don't fit. Both of these items were so incredibly short and unwearable without indecent exposure.
My all time favorite boutique! The quality of their clothing and prices can't be beat! Recently I got an email that a certain thing I'd been eyeing was on sale for a certain price, when I added it to my cart it was $8 over what the email said. I went ahead and purchased it (still a great price) but emailed them, so they'd know the prices weren't equaling. Cassie immediately messaged back asking for my order number and refunded the $8. She was so polite! I've never had customer service like that - even from small, small boutiques. SO impressed! Love this store even more now!
I love this boutique! Their clothes are so dang cute and fit true to size! I always get compliments on my clothes and I tell EVERYONE that they're from Pink Lily! All my friends and family are obsessed with Pink Lily now! If I have ever had a problem with something not shipped correctly, they have always fixed it. I love this boutique and seriously all my clothes are from there!
I will never purchase anything from pink lily. I bought a Christmas present, it did not fit, I returned it. Pink lily told me my return was processed and accepted. I was suppose to receive an e-gift card for the return. I contacted them numerous times they kept telling me it was sent. I told them I haven't received it. As of today (2 months later) still have not received it snd now they will not answer me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. How can they accept my return and keep my money. BEWARE they can do it to you.
I love this boutique! I was looking for a few things for an upcoming trip and saw some things that I thought would work. When I got my order, I realized how great the quality was! Nothing is see through or anything like that, and I love the fit of everything!
I accidentally ordered an item twice. I was able to contact customer service through my order confirmation email and request the item be cancelled/refunded. The customer service responded very quickly and processed the refund. I wish more companies were this easy to work with!

I have followed and shopped Pink Lily on Instagram for years -- ever since they were just an online store! I've loved watching them grow into this massive business with their incredible CEO (#girlboss) and love following all of their models and influencers. I would say 75% of my closet is Pink Lily and I recommend it to all of my friends! I recently bought two of the same exact dresses on accident that were final sale. The dresses didn't fit and I was stuck with what to do with them! The Pink Lily customer service team allowed me a one-time courtesy exchange for store credit. I am so thankful for their service and understanding. (Sometimes my aggressive online shopping during a pandemic backfires. ;)) Thank you PL!

I tried to place an order and had an issue with the coupon code, I emailed them and they helped fix the issue right away and were so kind and helpful! I can't wait to get my order and am already planning to order from them in the future! Love buying from businesses that care about their customers and have excellent customer service!
I ordered a bunch of tops; my package did not ship for a week and a half. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. Once I did, they said most of my items were out of stock, and the rest of the ideas would ship in the next day. I wanted to cancel my order because I did not want those items anymore, and this process was already so painful. Since it took so long, i didn't like the things anymore. They told me I could not cancel my order because it was to ship. The package still did not ship for two days. Then they said when i received the package, i could send it back. I sent it back right away did not even open it. It still took them six days to get a refund from when i dropped the package off. They did not even refund my credit and only gave me a gift card. These were mistakes on their end, and this process has been so painful. I hate trashing a small business, but I will never order from them again.

I ordered a few items and when I received one of the sweatshirts it had a hole on the sleeve. I reached out to customer service and heard back within 24 hours. They offerred to send a new sweatshirt or give me store credit, I chose the sweatshirt because I just loved it so much! I was also thankful they didn't make me send back the defective sweatshirt because with an infant at home it's hard to eat a hot meal let alone go to a post office to return something.
I needed help using a store credit, but did not have the code I needed. I sent an email and customer service responded so quickly! I gave me the number I needed and my order is already on the way! A pleasure to do business with!
Great customer service. I accidentally mixed up the shipping and billing addresses. I sent an email with mistake and they were able to get it corrected. They were even able to add a note to wish my sister a Happy Birthday!

This was my 3rd time making a purchase from Pink Lily. This was also my 3rd time having to contact them about a pricing error. This morning I made a purchase at 6 AM and their website stated that they had extended their labor day sale. I was like, wow! Great and additional 30% off. Then I read the disclaimer that stated sale ends 9/6 at 11:59 PM. Who does this! Who advertises something in BOLD on their website, but then leaves it posted. I had to contact them to ask them to honor the price. Not necessarily false advertising as the ad did have the date, but very misleading practice. Get it together! I ordered a set of masks, and when I received it one of the masks was not what was supposed to be included in the set. I contacted customer service and they said they would send out the correct mask to me. I finally got the "corrected" order and it was wrong again! I'm so frustrated.

Love this boutique. Great Customer service and clothing is my favorite> I typically wear a size small in boutique clothing and most of the items fit me with the occasional items that run small (says in descriptions)
I returned A top and a pair of sandals the end of March and it's now the middle of April and still no refund. Every time i email Them they just keep telling me the run around that they will send me the gift card via email as soon as the return is processed but won't give me the time frame. It's way past 7-10 business days.
I bought a gorgeous pullover that had the wrong washing instructions on it. After I washed it my top was ruined! I sent a msg to Pink Lily, I instantly got a response and they sent me a new top. I am a lifetime customer now!
Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
