I had trouble with my order, so I messaged the pretty little thing fb account and got a reply within half an hour! Which was very helpful a life saving. Big ups to Heather and Jessica for helping me out!
Run, and do not waste your time shopping at this store. I ordered sweatpants and a shirt and never received the shirt. I tried filing a complaint about not getting the shirt, but they told me they watched the footage and saw both items being packed together. I received the pants and filed the complaint because a week later, I still didn't have the shirt. I was told that customer service was horrible, but against my better judgment, I ordered from them anyway, thinking it couldn't be that bad. It is bad, so stay away because they could care less about your missing item that they didn't ship. They have already been sued for lying about the prices as if you're getting something on sale. I had to learn the hard way and learn about how bad this place was because I did my research after the fact, but you have the chance to run before it happens to you. I gave it a 1STAR, and If I could have, it would have been a 0.

Two out of the four items were lovely, and the other two I sent back for free (due to not suiting me) and got a refund with no issue.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on Memorial Day and had them in my hands less than a day and a half later... I was really shocked with how quickly they arrived, especially since they shipped from the UK! I did pay the 11.99 for expedited shipping but I still wasnt expecting them so fast! And everything I ordered fit great, will definitely shop with them again!

I ordered some cargo pants for an event. I got my package super late then on top of that it was a wrong size. I ordered a size 12, but received a size 16. I tried to reach out to customer service, but on their page they do not have any customer service information, so I reached out to them on IG. When I explain my situation, the customer service representative told me that I was wrong for ordering the wrong size. They're all their clothing comes in UK. I show her a screenshot of my order which clearly says size 12. She didn't offer an apology. She didn't try to make a solution just horrible.

I bought few clothes from PLT 1.5 years ago and returned e everything, it was bad quality. But last December I decided to give another shot! Well … nothing has changed, their quality is the worst. The long sleeve shirt was completely sewn wrong, all crooked. The sweatshirt came with those little balls on it that seemed it was worn for few times. Most of I got you could see through it. So so disappointed! I paid for free shipping, then I had to pay to return BAD QUALITY clothes … it's "funny" that they allow reviews on their website. AVOID PLT, waste of time and money

Customer service is terrible. I received a white dress for my bachelorette with three black spots on it right out of the packaging. I asked about a refund on the defective item and PLT customer service said it needs to be returned and that the return will be at my own cost. Very unhappy with this whole process with PLT!

This is my first time using this website. I ordered 2 of the same dresses for Valentine's Day in 2 different sizes and none of them fit. I actually sized up from a 2 to a 6. I'm a size 2 in the US. This website sells their dresses in super small sizes. The model is misleading to use as an example and now I no longer have a dress for Valentine's Day. I have not received a refund on the first dress yet. I would like to say thank you and I will never use this website again. And I also had to pay twice to send both dresses back. Very sad. False advertisement. Please be aware

I returned items 32 days ago. I provided receipts and everything for proof of delivery. I live in Canada so returns are done at your own expense. I had to open a dispute with PayPal and because PLT told me to cancel it as they've received my return and confirmed the amount, I did. Now they're saying they need to further investigate…like what the hell is this? I order these things back in January for a trip. It's now March and I'm going on another one with no refund…,this company is joke. And surly will go bankrupt! Friggin thieves

I ordered my clothing last summer over $130 worth. That was my first time buying from this company. I bought my regular size but when it came, it was way too big sizing ran large for Canadians. I sent the package back to exchange it for smaller size, they received the package. I lost my tracking number so I emailed them and gave them my order number and all they gave me was the runaround and never refunded my money. I have bought from many retailers online and all I had to do was give them my order number and they would see my order that I ordered but pretty little thing pretended they couldn't see my order and they told me to go back to the post office by then the post office said they only keep it for a month and it's deleted And my order number they never refunded my money they kept it

An item was missing from my delivery. This is the first time after being a loyal customer for years this has happened. I emailed and within an hour ( which I find suspiciously quick)they had allegedly watched footage of the item being put in my parcel. I asked to see the footage as it wasn't there and they refused. I asked to escalate the complaint and the reply was worded as If I was lying saying the item I "claimed " was missing was delivered to me and that is the end of the matter. I am an honest person and offended that they are insinuating I would try to fraudulently claim. Furthermore this was not the most expensive item in the order. I will not be using them again.

This is what pretty Little thing says after I ask for a refund after I told them they had the wrong address " As this is the case, you will be needing to collect it to the address where it has been delivered to or contact someone who can forward it to you.
Please be advised that we are unable to refund or send a replacement on this occasion. Please know that you have 3 opportunities at the checkout to ensure that your address is correct, there is no system issue that causes an address to change to an old address.
To ensure all future parcels are sent to the correct address, you can update your address details in your PLT account;
So I don't recommend you order from their website. In the past they had my new address but some reason the old address was still save and they sent my package yo old address and my package was stolen and they're denying me a refund. They need a zero review.

First time bought there and so disappointed. Two dresses I purchased look different to image on site and too small. I ordered Cardigan in same size and it fits but dresses don't! Also, poor quality and one dress has a hole, threads on both everywhere. Can't reach customer service for some reason, every email says they don't receive emails at the moment. Ive never been so disappointed with online purchase! I will never buy again!

Dress with no seams - the company have refunded me for this.
See though shorts and see through jumpsuit. Both awful quality. Advice from customer service 'dispose' or 'return'. Clearly very little thought given to the environmental consequences. Return not an option as I live outside the UK and they do not have free returns.

They sent me shoes that were clearly worn. I'm talking whoever had them must've worn them for a week. They should've never been accepted as a return, and they certainly should not have been shipped out to a new customer. Their customer service refused to waive the return shipping fee even though I sent them photos of the worn shoes. I've purchased from many "fast fashion" websites. I've NEVER experienced such terrible customer service or product. It was my first and last time purchasing from this company. Avoid at all costs!

I took a risk with ordering from this site because my friend had already told me they were horrible. I order 3 items that came to a total of $44.02 with shipping and all. I looked at my statement and I was charged $55.32! That should never happen. $10 is much but it's something when you are suppose to be running a professional business. I won't be order from here again because overcharging a customer makes me think the company is untrustworthy period.

Worst store ever! I returned my 200$ order at my own cost (because yeah, big company like that doesn't offer free returns), tried to get my refund and 2 months later I'm still waiting to hear from them. I sent 2 emails to get an answer and nothing. Don't waste your time buying there.

I bought a set from pretty little thing. Got it today and there is a huge hole in the pants and the top had makeup all over it. The tag was already cut off. I emailed them but I'm guessing based on reviews they won't issue me a refund. Lesson learned! Never buying from this company again.
I left pictures for reference. You can't see the makeup very well in the photo but I promise you there's foundation all over it. Gross
