I do like most of the items I receive but Watch out ordering too many items at once. They don't include all your items. I contact them and they still don't mail all the items they missed or refund me. They claim that they seen the items packaged and delivered on security camera which is either a lie or something weird and fraudulent is happening in their factory. Either my package was lost somewhere during delivery or their employees have a sneaky way of stealing. Also found it weird they do not mail everything at once. Orders come split up… sometimes it's only one item at a time. Will not be ordering from here again!
I contacted them after 2 items were missing from my order and they refuse to refund/ credit/ or send the items. They have sent me 6+ emails fighting with me saying that I am lying about the missing items. I've never been so upset with a purchase in my life. Also nothing looks the way it does online. Horrible horrible experience, with the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Tried to cancel the order as it was still in processing and would be late for my event. Customer service said could not cancel once placed even on same day. Received items and they are the poorest quality of online items. Cocktail dresses are paper thin and look nothing like the photo on the site.
I ordered a dress, not the cheapest one either, and paid for the express shipping to get it for an event. It's completely sewn wrong. There's some parts where the seams unraveled (was like that when I opened it) and the lace front under the bust is sewn completely crooked.
I've asked for a full refund but im waiting to hear back from them. I will not pay an extra cent to return the items, this is disgusting.
I ordered the bright blue clogs and they were a mess. They are not even the same color. They look like bedroom slippers my grandmother used to wear when I was little. I will never order shoes from them again.
The customer service is horrible. I placed an order via PayPal, PayPal confirm the shipping address and I submitted the order. Pretty little thing sent a confirmation with an old address that my order is being shipped to. I think it's horrible customer service that a customer can't modify the shipping address within five minutes after an order is placed. That is highway robbery.
I tried to give them another chance after they did this $#*! to me the first time and my items arrived in all different sizes. But they all were label a size small.
Should've known not to trust y'all. Out here robbing people.
PrettyLittleThing has the worst quality clothes! No FREE returns, which means if you place a big order you will have to do 3-4 separate orders and pay $4 for each shipment. The items always look so cute and great in the photos and then when you get it in the mail, its just disappointment after disappointment. Clothes either fit wrong or just are not in the right size at all. Dont buy shoes expecting to fit you in the size, I recommend sizing up if you have to. Size 10 shoes, dont waste your time or money here please!
Ordered advent calendar for my kid as a Christmas present. Was supposed to arrive early December. Never arrived. Never received any communication regarding my order after they took my money and sent a tracking number. It's a scam and should be shut down.
Staff leave there own good reviews to make it look good. Joke avoid. Still waiting refund since October. Run by very unprofessional staff... just a disgusting service avoid. This has gone on since October. Repeated myself over 15 times
If you plan to buy items in a bulk, chances are that they will miss out on your item. They missed 2 of the items from my purchase!
Although you buy all at once, you will get them in batches so if you plan to buy it for special occasions. They may not arrive on time. Quality and fittings, simply terrible! You never know if you need to size up or down. Fitting all over the place!
On top of that they do not make it easier to exchange, so many items that i purchased are a waste product. Also, how clever, they do not have an option to do product review on their website, that's how terrible some of their product is. Plus not easy to get in touch with the customer rep either. Who the hell is running this show!
Not worth it!
First and last time ordering from here. I ordered over 30 items only to receive 3 items. Talked to multiple reps and could not receive a refund or be sent the missing items. I would let it go if it was only 6 items but we're talking about 38 items! I would expect it from SHEIN but I guess this might be a small business that can't afford to lose the money they steal from hard working people. 0 stars if I could.
TERRIBLE customer service and not easy to get your money back for returns. Have to pay $4 just to get the return label and then make sure you get proof of the return. I purchased a few items but 1 of them did not work out for my daughter, the original cost of this item was $49.36 and I will only get back (if I get it back, still waiting) $39 plus I had to pay to ship it back. I sent the package back on 12/30/20, did some auto message on 2/1 which did nothing, finally got someone via messenger they sent me an email to send in proof of my return. I did that on 2/1 and here we are on 2/8 and I am still waiting. Reached out on messenger again but because I used the computer bot they don't want to help me on messenger because they "can see that you're being dealt with and advised on another platform, we ask to stick to one platform to avoid confusion." Really a computer bot over a person, just terrible! Will NEVER purchase from this company again.

You know what, the thing is that we are spending money on clothes to wear them outside the house not inside.
You can see EVERYTHING through them.
No one wants to get dressed nice to show everyone their boobs or anything else.
At least charge them £1 each for that bad quality so we know what to expect.
Didn't expected that from pretty little thing.
You guys fake the pictures on website so good.
From pictures you can't tell that they are transparent, you see that once you get them.
1st time I've ordered and I have paid extra just to get them the next day after and I was so excited waiting for them and so sad after I've got them.
Never again.

Clothes are very poor quality. I got a bunch of things and returned everything except for a sweater, which I should have returned too because it fell apart after three washes. Prices are low and they have really nice styles, but the quality is just not worth it.
Really disappointed, ordered next day delivery (so I paid more) for nothing, my package didn't arrive. I contacted the customer service and same excuse as always. Not buying here anymore! It happened twice
Extremely disappointed, the quality of the fabric isn't anywhere close to what is shown in the picture. Outfits look very cheap and poor. Highly recommend to avoid purchasing from them, as there are better options for online shopping sites.
On Trust Pilot I explained how I could not access any support from Pretty Little Things Customer Service despite emailing and clicking on every button on their website! Such a time wasting, frustrating experience... Time running out for return within their window... I just wanted very basic help and got nothing. As expected, as onTrust Pilot they replied immediately! - sounding super charming and apologetic - with a link - but guess what, that did nothing! It just sent me to go a general FAQ page on their annoying website... I will now have to make our own Returns Paperwork and hope this works and hope they refund and next time my daughter is shopping I have warned her!
You guys are better off on Shein! If I would've known the quality of these clothes were so cheap, I would've whipped out a sewing machine my dang self. The stitching and seam work on everything was a mess. Colors are never what they appear to be in picture. How is this "business" still running
Items ordered April 28. Still not received May 26! As far as 'customer service', they have an automated 'bot that won't respond to this situation. Otherwise you can use facebook messenger (which I won't use) or twitter (?) or WhatsApp(?). Seems like their entire business is designed to make things painful for you. Success!
If 0 stars was an option, I'd choose that instead of 1 star. Based off outstanding social media reviews, I choose to purchase a dress from Pretty Little Thing. The dress came way later than the expected arrival date, and that's only after I reached out to customer service. Every time I emailed costumer service back, I received an email from a different representative. Half the emails were pre-scripted and not helpful at all. I asked for a refund back for the $16.00 shipping to Canada, no luck. I am awaiting my refund on my returned item, but am not hoping for a great outcome, based on my previous encounters. Don't order from this company, the quality is worse than 'Shein' in my opinion. May I also add, the product was $128.00… Avoid this company, and don't trust reviews off social media. I learned the hard way unfortunately :(
