I had trouble with my order, so I messaged the pretty little thing fb account and got a reply within half an hour! Which was very helpful a life saving. Big ups to Heather and Jessica for helping me out!
Run, and do not waste your time shopping at this store. I ordered sweatpants and a shirt and never received the shirt. I tried filing a complaint about not getting the shirt, but they told me they watched the footage and saw both items being packed together. I received the pants and filed the complaint because a week later, I still didn't have the shirt. I was told that customer service was horrible, but against my better judgment, I ordered from them anyway, thinking it couldn't be that bad. It is bad, so stay away because they could care less about your missing item that they didn't ship. They have already been sued for lying about the prices as if you're getting something on sale. I had to learn the hard way and learn about how bad this place was because I did my research after the fact, but you have the chance to run before it happens to you. I gave it a 1STAR, and If I could have, it would have been a 0.
I received an order that I spend $325 on with a rip in the bag along with 6 items missing, I have emailed them multiple times and they are giving me no help at all. They keep repeating the same thing to me "we are looking into it" to avoid helping me. Terrible customer service. Never order from here.

My two daughters wanted clothing from Pretty Little thing for Christmas. What a terrible mistake. Yes, their clothing is very inexpensive and awful quality. I had to return 90% of what I bought them. Also, they charge $4.15 for returns. I guess I learned my lesson and will never shop here again. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Pretty little thing's clothing is terrible quality for the price your paying. Jackets as expensive as €85 euro come with holes in them, shirts which cost €20 are completely sheer, shipping is always off. Only good thing is shipping is fast.

I had been browsing for about 45 minutes and decided on several items to purchase. They looked so good for the price. As a last step I decided to look up reviews and came across these horrendous reviews. Thanks to all for the warnings, you can clearly see how many major issues there are and how little they care. Worse company, I will never order from them again, I contacted several times for my refund, they asked me for proof of tracking number, I sent them everything they needed, still no refund, it's been over 2 months, they can keep my refund! Consider $#*!ty service before ordering

The items I received looked totally different than the pictures and were very poor quality! I have never written a review before but I felt compelled from this experience. The dress was supposed to be ruched bodycon but the material was loose and thin. It was like ordering from Shein except way more expensive. I do not recommend shopping here.

They don't cancel orders, respond to emails nor do they call you back. Customer service is horrible. They will take your money and won't give you a refund. I was missing 2 items out of my order that I paid for and they refused to help me in any way. But they sure did take my money. One item had a hole in it and they sent the wrong color.

I have ordered from PLT for 5 years now. I ordered before Christmas and still haven't received my items. 2 out of 4 times I have messaged them someone has answered. It's very upsetting. Not trusting them anymore. They keep giving me the run around. This was 1st ordered before Christmas.

So... I ordered 3 items: two pairs of high waisted jeans(size 14), and one pair of sandals(size 8). I received size 18 in jeans and size 6 in sandals. The odd thing is that all the items fit. The problem is: they are not cute nor are they the sizes that I ordered. I am currently pregnant and I purchased the items to fit me after the pregnancy, so its crazy that the jeans come up past my pregnant belly which means that after pregnancy these jeans will be extremely big. Im not sure what to say about this company except: Beware.
If you are looking for jeans more on the sexy side try Fashion Nova( but be careful with them too because they can be a hit or miss)

HORRIBLE SERVICE!. They used to be my main website that I ordered from until I placed a $300 order that I never received and they swore up and down that I did, however when the shipping was tracked it was in a totally different state and that STILL wasn't enough for them to refund me or re send me the items I ordered. Never again the customer service is terrible.

Very disappointed with this company, I have a wedding to attend and I've ordered 3 dresses costing over £100 and not one is even wearable.the material is so thin ans frayed, no give, size 12 and size 10 may aswell be a size 6/8 and you wonder why young girls are so insecure with their body's when a size 12 is tiny! Will not be ordering ever again from this place

I went to the store on Collins Miami Beach and the guy didn't even let me come inside "just for influencers" he said. Very bad customer service and very disappointed on the "store policy". I will never spend a penny on this store again not even online.

I was introduced to Pretty Little Thing by an ad I saw for their collaboration with my favorite girl group Little Mix and I don't regret it at all! Every single piece I've purchased so far (I'm aiming to get the entire collection) has been gorgeously made, fits me perfectly, and I feel fierce as heck wearing it. 10/10, would recommend!

Ordered a corset 3 weeks ago and could never track it. Contacting someone on their site is nearly impossible and the bot isn't very help, it was also tell you no one is available and to contact them on Facebook or Twitter which throws me off. After several weeks of wondering what was going on I contacted them through Facebook and was told my package was lost and to get them two days to locate it and update my tracking. Checked two days later still no tracking, messaged them again and they said it was lost and would refund me in a week. Just all around pretty bad. I wanted my item but will be checking for my refund and don't think I'll ever order from here again.

Pretty little thing sucks no matter how many times I reset my password it doesn't let me log in saying my password is incorrect when I try to make a new account it doesn't actually give me an option to complete the sign up! I had to order something just as a guest and now I have no way to track it! But that's just the beginning, will definitely have to address this in a YouTube video if i can't figure it out!

I order and green original camo color and a black pair. Nice look pants, when is tried on the black before I could leave the house the zipper popped a week later I wear the green and by the time it's lunch the material has tore sort of shredded next to the inner thigh seam don't know the return policy, quests I'll have to eat the expense and learn from it.

Like it looked online. They never bothered to return a refund back till I contacted them, and even after I contacted them they wanted to issue me 50 dollars back when the dress I paid for was 65. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I ordered a pink satin dress and then decided to also get the same dress in another size on a separate order. The fabric is cheap and cut very poorly. Looks nothing like the pictures. They force you to buy a return label in order to return something. There is no other way to create a return in their "Portal". I can easily fit both dresses in one envelope but they will not accept a return unless I pay for another label. I asked the question on FB Messenger but was repeated the instructions you see on the website. NO customer service whatsoever. I should have noticed they had no reviews on their site. I now know why.
Every one would be negative. AVOID this company.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. When I finally received the order, it came in a cheap plastic bag. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, 4 tops and 3 pairs of pants. Bought a bunch of stuff because they were having a sale a friend told me about... ended up spending a bunch of money and now I'm going to have to spend even more returning over half of it. The quality is extremely poor and the two pairs of pants I got are so long I can fold them under my feet (I got a regular length and I'm 5'7). Do yourselves a favor and spend your money elsewhere for better quality clothing! The pictures show the black and white two pack bralettes, the light wash split hem jeans, and the straight leg split hem trouser.

There clothes are nice and affordable. But they charge 10$ to return any items that don't fit or you don't like. This can be a problem if I bought something for 7$ and have to pay 10$ to return. Next problem is the money doesn't come back on your account for 14 days and they also took about 2 weeks to deliver the clothes to me. I don't really like their service methods but the clothes were nice material but horrible sizing. If your naturally a small I don't even think a medium will fit.

I order every single week of plt and have done for the past 6 years! They can see that if they look at my account. I've never once emailed them with any problems with my hundreds and hundreds of parcels, but my last parcel had a £6 eyebrow kit missing so I emailed them and they are practically saying I'm lying. Why after hundreds of orders I would now lie about this x1 £6 item. Getting me to jump through bloody hoops, like I'm desperate for £6! Wtf! All I wanted was for it to be re sent a bloody keep it!
