I placed two separate orders with PLT for the same dress I wanted to wear to an event. The first order was too small, so I placed another order for the next size up. The dress came in 3 days with standard shipping within the US, great, but when I opened the package it stunk like disgusting BO. I pulled the dress out and went to try it on and the smell was even worse on the inside of the dress and then I realized the tag showed signs of wear with a big stain on the front to confirm. When I asked customer service for a replacement with two day shipping since this was now time sensitive, I was offered 55% off and was told to "GIVE IT A GOOD WASH"…? No thanks. I was sent a replacement, however, it was sent with standard shipping from the UK? Even though I'm in the US? Where PLT also has a warehouse and I would've received it within 3 days like I had before. No words to describe my frustration since I now have to scramble last minute for something to wear since customer service told me the dress from the UK showed delivery date for today and OF COURSE it's not here. Wish I could've left a review underneath the dress on their website but I guess now I know why there's no reviews option anywhere

My order got cancelled by Prettylittlething because of product unavailability, i already paid with Paypal.At my Paypal-Account then was showing 15,6 to little refund. After about 1 month of mail correspondence with customer service (i can't share other customers experiences about customer service ignoring me, they always replied after at limit 1 day and thats the only positive fact about the whole experience) and correspondence with Paypal's resolution center in an opened dispute at my Paypal-Account, where PLT was accusing Paypal and Paypal two times denied my claim, saying that i had to contact the seller directly, i informed PLT that i was going to make a complaint at italian "Polizia postale" which is the italian police for online fraud. Being only a coincidence or not, the next day the missing 15,6 were refunded. I here give two stars because of the fact that the missing money was refunded and to honor the (in my opinion) fast replying customer service. Considering that i had to spend time and time again for about one month proving that either PLT or Paypal made a mistake, 1 star should be the real valutation.
I Have had an awful time with Pretty little things I bought an item for my girlfriends birthday off this site the jeans weren't what they looked like so I returned them but other items bought were not returned because they were okay so the jeans only cost 40. I returned on the 2/8/19 and today is the 4/3/19 they first claimed I never returned them so I sent an email with the photo of the parcel connect receipt, then they said they'd refund me on 10/2/19 within 3 days so a week passed I got onto them again and they claimed they refunded me on the 8/2/19 when I showed them my statements and my bank transactions with no transaction at all from them and showed them other transactions around the dates them claim they refunded me, now I won't be getting any refund because any company who goes through this effort to not give someone 40 should be nearly awarded for the lengths they've gone through to withhold 40 from a customer, I'd just advise anyone using Pretty Little Things In future be very careful because this really was a strange experience MandN direct boohoo JDs Sports and Pro Direct would never give you any kind of issue like this I find it hard to believe what they've actually done here for such a small profit if I could give less than a 1* review I would Be very careful

Customer service was horrible. Different people answering non sense. Just horrible overall. Order was a mess.
First of all let me begin by telling you guys that you should not order from these people. Not because they're a scammer but because they are so unorganized, they are not reliable and neither is there express shipping and their packages are always going missing and most importantly their sizes are completely off. I've ordered from them probably three times in my entire life, the first time I ordered with them I got my usual size and when it came in the clothing was smaller than small can be. So I thought that it was maybe my fault I just didn't get a right size even though it says the models were a size small and I'm way smaller than them but anyway the second time I ordered I went to order two size up and it still didn't fit me so after that I promised myself I was never going to order from them. A year goes by and I thought maybe they speeded up their processes or got better in terms of being a business so I ordered my birthday outfit on June 2,2021 and my birthday is on June 28. Regular shipping said that it would come in on June 18 or before that so I gave it the benefit of the doubt because that was still almost 2 weeks before my birthday so I thought even if it was a little late it would still come on time. It is now June July 6 and I just received my package today, I have been tracking it down since June 18 up until today and it has been saying that it is lost in Montreal and that they had no update on my package whatsoever. Horrible horrible horrible I will never order from them ever again, guys do not repeat my mistake. Not only are you paying almost C$30 to ship but it took longer than it was supposed to and I'll top of that they gave me the wrong stuff in my package and the sizing was incorrect again
Why offer next day delivery and take peoples money when it NEVER happens... thank you for nothing and ruining what should have been a wonderful day!
