I've never written a bad review before so I'm not one of those people. My case arrived after 3 weeks in the wrong colour I got offered a 20 % discount buy had to ship it back to them so didn't bother. After using it twice it leaked, I emailed them and there response was.
Unfortunately there were some defective cases and it looks like yours is one of them
Please advise if you need us to reship a new case? I wa gob smacked that I hadn't been notified before I had put my £900 phone in their case, since then they sent me another case, and guess what wrong colour again. I have asked sever times for a email address to make a official complaint and regardless of what I wrote now I only get the following message in response.

If they cant get the color correct how can I trust them with my phone underwater. I was warned this company was poorly run. Sadly learning firsthand.
If I could put a negative in rating i would the customer service is horrible I bought a i phone 12 Promax water proof ip68 case and it literally broke from the front plastic screen protector so I let them know and they took like 2 weeks to answer and then sended me a replacement and it was the wrong one so I let them know again that they sended me the wrong case and they made me send the 2 cases back and this time I even wrote instructions on what case they had to send me back and then they sended me the wrong case again for the 2 time it been 4 months and I still don't have the correct case this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO JOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

I had to consistently call and email to finally get though to customer service. In the end they end up resending me a a product I TOLD them was not compatible with my iPhone! For some reason the case audiojack portal was not large enough for different models of plugins, and so I can't even enjoy the standard function of using my earbuds with my device because of this stupid case! Worst investment of money.
The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered a black case and I recieved a blue one. I sent email after email trying to resolve the issue, only to be met with generic, clearly pre-written ( by a bot?) responses. I finally got an email back from them asking me to send the case back, no return label was sent. So I paid out of my own pocket to return the case to them. Maybe you are asking why I didnt just call them.good question. They have a phone number listed on their website, I tried calling many, many times. No answer, or I got disconnted, and on the rare occasion I would get through to a voice mail, only to be informed that the mailbox was full and to try again later.
I have since recieved an email saying they will not re-imburse me for the return postage, so not only did I not get the case I wanted, but Im out over $10 in return shipping. I have never had to pay return shipping when it was not my mistake. GO ELSEWHERE TO ORDER A CASE! RUN FAR AWAY!

Ordered punk case in December 2020. Almost 3 months later no case and they have stopped responding. Stay away. You will get ripped off.
They messed up my entire order and refused to cover the expense of sending back the wrong items. I will not be ordering from this company ever again!
The case came as it was advertised in 6 days. Very easy to hold. Like the grips. I did wish for more color choices though.

Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
