Don't be deceived by the AU and. com.au domain; this is an American company shipping out of Boston, USA and you won't enjoy the protections of the Australian Consumer Law or local shipping/returns. If there is any issue with your order - which my experience and other reviews indicate is common - at best, you will be required to pay return shipping to the USA which is not cost effective. At worst you might end up with a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, or even nothing at all and no recourse.
I ordered a Military Grade Aluminum Case | Atomic Slim 2 Series case for my Galaxy S10 plus, which shipped the next day and arrived after around a month. On unpacking the case, the clear plastic back had a deep scratch over a centimetre long. The packaging was undamaged, so the damage didn't happen in transit - it was packed and shipped like that. The damage is so severe I suspect the case is a return and not new.
I contacted Punkcase immediately by replying to their shipping confirmation email with the order number and photos of the damaged case. Their form response reply requested the order number and photos, making me suspect this is an automated response. They eventually offered me a replacement, but only if I posted the original case back to them in the USA at my own cost. Since that would cost more than the value of the case, I'm just stuck with a damaged case. So I'd say their customer service is about on par with their quality control.
The case itself is okay, not on the same level as lifeproof, otterbox etc., and far from 'military grade'. The buttons protrude a long way out from the side and snag easily when pocketing the phone. They also have a slightly loose, plasticy feeling and I expect they will be the first point of failure (though to be fair I haven't been using the case so can't really tell how long they'll last). Overall, if I had no issues with my order and the return process, I feel the case is a bit overpriced even with the permanent 'discount' (another breach of the Australian Consumer Law) and would rate the company as 2/5 if they stood by their product by covering return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders.

Totally dishonest
I ordered a phone case for my daughter from Punk Case because I found an item that was high quality and affordably priced. While the listing for the item had a color in it (purple), the item page gave options between multiple colors; my daughter chose teal. When the item arrived, it was in fact purple, so I reached out to the company right away. They responded by telling me that I could either return the case they sent or they would give me a percent off another order. I replied by saying that I was not going to come out of pocket to return something they mistakenly sent, nor did I want a percent off buying something else from them; I simply wanted them to send the right case. Again, they messaged back that they would exchange or refund the incorrect item if only I would send it to them... by paying for the return myself. I reiterated that I would NOT come out of pocket for something they did wrong and that was the last I heard from their customer service.
Today, I got a survey request from their automated system and I was MORE than happy to detail the deplorable and reprehensible way in which their company has treated this customer. It is now my goal to spread the word about these good-for-nothings so that nobody else is taken for their money. PLEASE be wary with these folks; they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!
They sent the wrong case, I had to pay for return over a month ago, still never got the correct case... will I ever?

Dear Punkcase Sales
You are a deceitful company after taking payment for 2 phone casing for Samsung S10plus. Made the delivery and pretended you have sent 2 boxes for 2 phone case. Then pretended that it was not important to inform your customer who bought 2 phone case and you only decided to send one.
Then with the many mails i sent to you - you proclaim that you have sent 2 phone case.
And to make matters worse you can ask which case i received.
Now you admit that you are the cause for all this unhappiness.
Do you think i can trust you to send the black case? If you cannot send- best you send a letter and refund the bank the money you are trying to cheat your company and make others know the kind of integrity your company can provide to its customers.
Kindly reply soon. I am very very disappointed.So dont make it worse.

I have got confirmation Punkcase collected money for 2 cases when they only sent one case to me in Singapore.
When i email to ask for the 2nd case they are not answering. There are so many occurrences of this issues. Please everyone learn from our experience and dont try to experience it. This is a Fraudulent company. No one can trust this company. If you still want to buy from them and get cheated - i cannot help you. We all have shared our experiences here for everyone to make your own choices.

Never ever buy anything from them. They fraudulent company. Sent wrong product and now denied to provide refund or exchange.
Answer: Scam! They break international consumer regulations with their shipping and returns policies. They do not provide information required at point of sale, and refuse refunds.
