Customer Service Awful! Seems like it's almost a scam to get you to buy their cell phone. Don't off free phone and appears other cell phones not compatible

I love it so much, the service is wonderful and coverage of data works all over, this is so helpful and has allowed me to get a job, and keep in contact with friends and family.

This is the best reliable phone service I have ever had. If you do have any problems the customer service people are great. They get get your phone up and running in less than a minute.

I paid for but NEVER received my tablet! They said Amazon Logistics delivers them&it was showing it was delivered&NEVER was to my knowledge! They gave me the run around for over 2HRS between them&Amazon Logistics&USPS(which has no knowledge of the probably MADE UP tracking #They gave me)just to tell me after to speaking to multiple people, including the Supervisor that they will Not be giving me a refund nor will they be replacing my tablet! Sounds like a SCAM to me! BE CAREFUL!

I would think counting the number of Text SMS, whatever would be easy. I haven't known my monthly average number of Texts sent and received in two years now. It bothers me.

I can't use my phone. It calls people three way without my knowledge, doesn't hang up on phone calls unless phone is rebooted, ads popping up every three seconds, phone calls disconnect 80% of the time, touch screen is VERY hard to navigate as it OFTEN freezes, home screen frozen when trying to answer a call, this phone is LITERALLY inoperable and my free text app works so much better. I know it's a free phone and all but they are taking advantage of poor people as when I called to ask for a new phone they wanted to SELL me one. They also obviously have contracts with businesses as their ads pop up ALL the time and interrupt your phone calls. This company SUCKS. PLEASE pick another one

This company is not safe to use. I received a phone that is giving to me with someone else's information Including there kids school, every penny they spend on their cards, kids doctors, dentist, practice schedule, passwords, and more. And when contacting them. I get nothing but excuses. And the phone I got don't even hold a charge more then 45 mins. Was told I was to take label that was sent to Walmart, target, Costco ECT. To get it printed. Only to find they don't do that. Another lie. After not having a working phone I have had to buy phone cards for my original phone, just so I can make calls. Because I couldn't even speak to them in their phones they sent me. Then send me a SIM card for my phone that was in roommates name. So here I sit paying for something that don't work. And the sim they sent to roommate was for a person who don't even have a phone. So why would I order a SIM card with no phone. After many hrs talking to then I just get the run around. Heck they couldn't even send the right SIM card.
Think Twice Before Ordering with this crap company.
And now they want me to give video or photos of my problem. The only thing is that I would be putting someone information for all to see. I took video of all messages and phone calls from this person personal account. But if I post it I will get into trouble. But they can send phone it with all this info on them and get away with it. I would think that would be a breach of privacy. They are to reprogram all phones and numbers so this does not happen. But they don't. So he aware of what you put on any government phone from this company.

Every thing from the beginning has been a very smooth transition. From signing up, To having my number transferred. Better service than a "supposedly" very reliable network.

This is the worst service and i do mean the worst ive ever had they said i would get unlimited talk text and data plus free hotspot they said i was approved for the EBB program which is a government program that allows you to connect other devices to your hotspot and it hasnt worked since i got this service my kids cant connect their Chromebooks or anything to this hotspot i would rate them a zero but i dont think its allowed

I had received in the mail a SIM card from this company. On the ledger it is connected to there is a promotion stating that if you transfer your current number to qlink that you will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. So I transferred my number to qlink with the desire to obtain said gift card and after 2 weeks of excuses and mixed answers from various support representatives and supervisors I decided that it was the prototypical used car salesmen pitch to just get you in the door. At first their staff said once my number is recognized by the system, then it was a couple of days Im approved and in the queue, then it was 72 business hours, then it was fill out online forms, then it was 30 days. They are hoping you give up they have no intention on being true to their promises. If that was a lie than what else is? Switch your provider there are plenty other trust worthy companies that work through the ACP to get your phone and service for free without having to lie to get you through the door.

Unlimited data speed is. 04 Mbps after using 10GB's of data. It's to slow to even load most web pages. The data connection is pretty much good for nothing. Unlimited talk and text are OK they seem to work most of the time. Sometimes texts take forever to send and receive. If you want a good affordable phone service with True unlimited unthrottled data with speeds between 30 - 200mbps pay the $25 a month for Visible Wireless. It starts at 40 per month but with party pay it is only $25 per month. OMG, Q LINK IS THE WORST CELL PHONE SERVICE. I DID NOT USE Q LINK FOR 24 HOURS! I WENT BACK TO OLD CELL PHONE SERVICE. Q LINK HAD OUTRAGEOUS DROP CALLS, COULD NOT USE VIDEO CALL OR LOOK UP ITEMS ON LINKS. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. WERE MIS INFORMED AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. WHAT A WASTE OF GOVERNMENT SPENDING. POOR, POOR SERVICE.
