I run out of data towards the end of every month with Qlink wireless. I know it is a Government subsidized program but Qlink is being paid to giving us unlimited data! Quit turning the data services off! Thank you.

This company is upsetting they do not speak nor understand English very well and that's extremely frustrating than when you ask to speak to a supervisor your on hold for a 2000 hrs smh I am upset by there lack of not caring to hire people who speak English and understands it. How are these people even getting hire if they can't understand english than I ask to speak to a supervisor and she didn't speak English good either this is extremely frustrating that all these people are working for the supposedly government and do not speak English

Qlink is a joke. They offer "unlimited" data, but they have reduced mine to 4.8G. I have called them, they told me in order to get my unlimited data back, I have to do it on their website, which is an impossible task! I tried six times, and all attempts led to expensive billing plans. No thank you!
If you are considering using this company, do yourself a favor and DON'T! The call center reps are rude, uncaring and won't help you. And don't waste your money ($10.01) on their tablet. It's worthless, does not work, it won't synch up with your phone and Qlink's supposed "wi-fi hotspot" doesn't provide enough power for the tablet to work. (Assuming that it does!)
The Government should take away the EEB funding that they are giving Qlink, as they aren't providing their customers with the free benefits they qualify for!

Slow as paste

Save time, keep old phone, don't sent help questions and NEVER EXPECT FREE TO BE GOOD. Service is so slow I died waiting for 911 to be connected. Kept asking to close app. That's our government helping retired people! 50 years paid in raising 4 kids alone. Crap show

Q-link wireless does not have customer support. When calling or emailing even with a very specific question, you are ALWAYS refered to to their service manual online. This is the case even the question asked and the reference manual section stated, do not answer the question at all.
This is not a one time instance. It is consistent to to that no one responds from q-link wireless, even when the question has not been answered by the reference manual and asked again. Just a fact and it's true
I can see the BBB and/or FCC investigating them in the future.
If this is a government lifeline program, it's I'm sure not what their contract States and the service is truly piss poor on all levels.

HUGE SCAM

These idiots are the absolute WORST! I NEVER finished my application because of the horrible plans and service YET these idiots said my. Application was approved then got an email that said to activate click here well NEVER did but these bastards took it upon themselves to activate this BS on their own and it took a damn act of Congress to get them to cancel. Like seriously WTF is wrong with you all?! You all need to be in jail! Somebody needs to shut you all down FR! Sick of these scammers

Bad customer service
October 8, 2022

Calling customer service was a disappointment. I called because the phonè/tablet package i purchased hasn't arrived although tracking says it was delivered. It was confirmed by Q link that the package was delivered to the billing address i provided as required when paying with credit/debit card. I created a profile which included my shipping address which is different from my billing address. What's interesting is they sent the new sim card to the rite address.
So i was told by customer service since i did not change the address and since the package was delivered it was up to me to contact the post office.
First of all they are certainly confused over there at Q link. Shipping my package to a billing address than blaming me for something that does not make sense than to top it off they want me to track down a package that they delivered to the wrong address. Yeah but No.
I asked for my money back but was told no.
This is wrong entirely on Q link.

I wouldn't have phone service at all if it wasn't for this wonderful company. The the data and service is absolutely fantastic too, never any issues. Occasionally it might get a little slow a few days before refill, but I have no complaints. So grateful for this.

There service sucks, im deaf and need live help when needed, no phone support what so ever, the phones was this cheap zte that would be slowed down from all the apps like qlixar they put on the phone without your permission. Space these app took slowed the phone to freeze up or become a brick. Only thing that was good in their service was the 1k text data n unlimited plan you got for free. But i left qlink for safe-link and got the same plan better phone and the live help i needed for a deaf man.

For months I have called and qlink still will not provide me with better service. I called other phones, but still nothing but terrible service problems. They ask you to call from another phone to better serve you, but that was after you waited on hold for 40+ mins. Then they tell you since you don't have another phone we can't help you and call us back when you have another phone. I ask them to send another phone, so I can call form and they laugh and so not and repeated the information before.
I had order a new phone delivered but the mail person did not put it in my mail box, because they felt that the person didn't live there since they haven't seen me previously or the name. Qlink refuse to send the cellphone after they told me that have documented the phone was returned, but was told I have to purchase another one.
Don't waste your time, but see for yourself.
Another thing is this Company is supported by Tax payer's money and the support of the government.

My crappy Qlink Huawei phone died one day, so I bought a good used iPhone 6 at auction. I contacted Qlink via the web page for a sim card. I went without a phone for 2 weeks waiting for the sim. Talking to a rep is almost impossible--you'll be disconnected after waiting an hour on the telephone. Cellular data is spotty, but the phone service is very good. For the price--it's a good deal--free. No charge, nada--and you have a phone...

Qlink service

I'm sorry but I never would recommend qlink to anyone. I was on phone for almost 5 hours with them trying to set my phone up. In the end, qlink wrecked my phone. I can't call out on my phone now. I can receive calls only. Can't get on the internet. It's awful. I had to buy a new phone because of qlink.

I'm very happy with the service.
I was able to use my own phone.
Good strong signals.
You will definitely want to use your own phone.
You can call Qlink and find out if your phone is compatible by giving the EMEI number found in setting then scroll to bottom to about phone. There you will find all the phones information like emei, etc.
Highly recommend.

Horrible!

I ordered a phone they sent me a tablet that could not be activated even on wifi. They claimed this tablet was free using govt program. 2 weeks after getting a able n not a phonr they sent me an email saying the govt wants me to pay $10.01 this month for a month. The stated my paymenteas overdue. This is to worst place to try to get help when u r on a fixed income.

This truly is the worst cell phone company there is! Well, let us face it, there is an old adage that reads: you get what you pay for! When you call customer servive they tell you the wait time is 5 minutes... well, those 5 minutes turn into somewhere between 35 and 55 minutes! They claim you have call forwarding for your phone, not true. They do not have train staff to tell you what is the problem. Also, they claim your cell phone will auto connect to wifi when you enter certain establishments... not true! They claim 4g speeds... NOT TRUE!

I feel very blessed to have this qlink service provided for me at no cost. Although my phone doesn't run as quickly as it used to I still appreciate the fact that as a houseless 57yr old woman it's one less Bill I have to stress over.!

The application process was simple, a smart phone came quickly (within a week), good service in the Manistee National Forest of West Michigan (usually no service). This phone and company are a blessing! Thank you QLink Wireless!

After getting my Q Link Card after calling 5 different phone numbers even T-Mobile who does not associate with qlink. I'm spent two and a half hours and talk to six different phone numbers and each one referred me to another one. The only one who even tried at length was a gentleman named Jonathan. Right now I wouldn't suggest Q Link to a soul it is wasting my time I don't believe it's authentic so beware

Terrible. I requested a phone twice and still don't have one six months later. While waiting for my phone my apparent one month ran out and I was told I couldn't keep my number I've has for 20 years. So I requested another phone and texted all my contacts with the new number assigned to me. Long story short, I was able to keep my number with my old phone. Then they sent me a tablet and charged me $10 and I can't even use it because I don't have wifi. Not to mention the tablet isn't even worth $10.
