Worst cell phone provider I've ever came across their technical support wait time is 188 + minutes every time you call Monday through Friday my phone's been down for a week and they don't seem to care if you're thinking of switching don't turn around and Run.

No service, no human contact, worthless robots. I am new to Q Link. I was approved for LifeLine service on October 18th and was told that in the next few days that my sim would be sent out and I would receive an email with tracking information. Every few days I would try their "Live Chat" and the robot would tell me the same thing "your sim will be mailed in the next few days and you'll receive an email with tracking information". Today is November 1 and their robot just told me "your sim will be mailed in the next few days and you'll receive an email with tracking information". I tried calling them and got the run around from another damned robot.

Scammers

Please do not deal with this company they are liars I was told that I had unlimited data and after I bought a phone from them for $150 they told me that I no longer had unlimited data their phones are no good I have went through 3 phones with them Their customer service is terrible. They are scammers that try to take advantage of low income people and they need to be stopped

The only and I mean the only reason I even bothered applying for this EBT service was for the unlimited data because internet is expensive and impossible to upkeep in my area. It says Unlimited Data, Text, and Call. They've now cut my data off twice at the 30 something mark in the middle of the month. If it's not unlimited, stop calling it unlimited. I've read people who called and got it turned back on. Instead, they refused to turn my data back on even though it's supposed to be UNLIMITED. I feel sorry for anyone who actually paid for anything from them because their products are 0 out of 10 in quality and they straight up lie about their plan which I would think regardless if it's free or not, be legal. It's ridiculous I have to wait 20 days to get my data back.

After reading the terrible reviews I was bracing for the worst but so far I love qlink. They keep you posted online every step of the process and even though they are a bit slow they delivered my phone the exact day they said it would arrive and the phone is so much nicer than the very basic one I had with previous Lifeline Provider. All I can say is I am very pleasently surprised with qlink so far.

I applied in June 2018 I recieved my phone 1 year later! It was stolen tried to canel service they said I couldnt cancel it. I tried many times to cancel my qlink account to no avail. They are a joke and only want the money gov pays them for allowing users to use their name. Check your states other providers!

This phone service is absolutely amazing. I love it. It's so easy to use and the service is refilled on time every single month. I recommend it to everyone that I know. I appreciate that there's a service out there that helps out people that aren't as fortunate.

Wrong to do

While I understand this I free government plan cutting someone off with no warning is dangerous. I have serious medical issues going and without warning they canceled my phone without warning or explanation. Pickba different one.

I use q link because I stopped paying a lot of money for Verizion. I still have a high end phone, I just get FREE service every month, instead of paying over $100.00. I havent had any issues EXCEPT a few times my GPS service stopped in CT.
My down load speeds are good, my call quality is good. Overall happy with service.

Pathetic

They have the worst customer service! I bought my own phone to them and they canceled my services and have my phone locked! No one's knows what's going the Mexican rep told me to google it and try to fix it my self! I have a kid in school and I'm trying to port my number over and they said the number is canceled smh! All things free aren't good! Like worthless $#*! Q link and their reps

Never a problem my only complaint is the reviews requirements they're shouldn't be any if a person wants to say simply Love it and nothing more they should be able to. Further more it's a wast of my time. Wast is not something I want or need. Cant afford wast. Wast my money. Wast my time. What a wast. Damn I'm wasted!

I was having problems with their service so I was looking into other services and apparently when you do that they cancel your account with them. I did not want to cancel my account with them, but they did it anyway. When I tried to reapply they told me I could not use the regular phone number that I have been using since elementary school because they recycled my number. WTF! I am extremely angry!

False data advertising. After 10GB there's no data whatsoever. Started a month on the first day with 7GB of data, which is totally wrong and unacceptable cause I should've started with 0. They're going after data users' wallets.

I bought a phone and tablet for $29.95, I received my SIMS Card but no phone or tablet. I called twice and got two different answers, they said the phone was ordered on the 28th and canceled on the 27th, how could this possibly happen, I did not cancel this order but they took $29.95 out of my account said they would refund me, has not happened yet, I have called 3 times. Do no use this company, the phones are not free and the customer service is no good, they can't speak english. See below shipment details that were never received and funds taken out.

Qlink's customer service is great. As far as the phone goes its hit and miss. Everytime I go to use the phone to call someone the phone freezes up and won't let me call. Other than that is pretty good.

Like, way way way way better. Faster internet and the customer service is about the same, sooo. I'll never go back to paying what I don't have for something that that was here for me all along. Insane. I was struggling and stressing out of house and home for no reason. No reason.

I have a son with disabilities who needs to be in contact with doctors and therapists. But Qlink fails to provide good quality service. We have no service to get in contact with anyone. Q link fails to get in contact with us regarding service issues after 3 days.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted a phone for my daughter so she could get in contact with me. I ordered it online it came in a timely fashion. I turned it on I didnt have to activate it which means it was not new. The person who owned it prior to me their contacts were still in the phone and still had incoming texts and calls all day and night. It also had a crack in the back of it. It went very slow and I couldn't hardly hear anything when testing it out making a call. I then called customer service to let them know the issues I was having and they wanted to charge me $25.00 I just through the phone in the trash.
