At first I had a few issues with getting my phone to work with the qlink sim card BUT it did finally work and is working great, I also got the free tablet and so far so good, it works great, it's not too of the line ofcourse but it does what it needs too. Thanks qlink I'm very grateful!

Q-link ha s the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, they sent me text saying I qualified for a updated phone, I was excited since my phone had a cracked screen and was hard to operate correctly, when I called they said I also qualified for a free tablet with a new government program, told them I did not want the tablet, I was told I would get a e-mail when my phone shipped, no e-mail and they sent the tablet 2 months later, checked my account and noe they wanted 10.01 for a co-pay, good thing they didn't have may bank info or they would of just taken it, they a guilty of predatory prectices.

Paid 140.00 for a phone I never received. Having back to back kidney surgeries and no phone. I moved and reported the move withininutes they shut the old phone off. So I have been without a phone since 1/3 I want my money back. After I called them and told th em that I still haven't my phone yet and they told me there was nothing they could do. I get an email from them that they cancelley order. My next move is BBB and the FTC. I will get my money back. I believe all these reviews because it was all done to me and I gotta all the emails from them to prove what they did. Stay away from this these scam artist.

They advertise you get free UNLIMITED data, talk, and text. You don't. You can only get 30gb of data and they shut it off completely and then calling and texting starts messing up. When on the phone asking why I couldn't use my data they couldn't figure it out saying I had unlimited 3rd time calling I was finally sent to someone and was told I used all of my data up. 30 gbs is not unlimited. Not to mention I was asked personal questions about my house, how I got my phone where I got it, and other personal details and they would talk about the weather.

Horrible!

I have been with Qlink for 4 years now and I never had a problem when I brought my own phone to my plan. But every since they did the ebb program my phone have not been working they sent me the new 4g 5g sim card and I have been trouble since. The only problem I have is my data working I cannot use my internet without wifi and I cannot receive any picture messages. When I call customer support they are rude, and impatient. I have followed all the steps to try to get my data working and I told technical support it still wasn't working for them to catch an attitude and hang up on me after I waited patiently almost 2 hours just to get through to talk to someone it is ridiculous

DO NOT USE QLINK! I have been waiting for 3 months to get my new phone and SIM card. I have my phone order confirmation email and confirmation number from March 24th it is now the end of June! Everyday that I have tried to contact qlink wishing these last 3 months about my order they all say the same thing "your order will be shipped in 1 or 2 days" and STILL nothing has arrived I contact them at least once a week why has my phone and SIM card not arrived yet. Do not use qlink it's you will never get your order. You will get the same response with no resolution, it will never get shipped out they just tell you it will while you wait for months and keep having to contact and not get your order. Find a better trustworthy company that cares to actually ship out your items dealing with qlink you will have no phone and no service. The worst phone company experience I have EVER encountered. I do not understand why they are still in business the low rating on the reviews speaks for itself.

Qlink absolutely sucks every time I try to make a call it says no network no network everytime I try to get on the internet and let me on there for a minute and then it'll go out it's almost worth paying for a freaking phone so you can use it instead of having a phone that you can't use cuz you can't call out and you can't get no phone calls every time somebody calls me goes straight to voicemail

LAWSUIT IS COMING!

I looked at website & saw that it allowed you to use your own phone. I needed time to check into this so I did NOT finish my application! Meanwhile, SOMEONE DID FINISH the application- hackers! And when I received a message saying service on the way, I called to inquire. They refused to discuss the account with me & was VERY RUDE & said I WAS WRONG - that I gave them the wrong address & wrong date of birth! Therefore, they would not discuss & they hung up on me eventually because Inwas requesting to speak to a SUPERVISOR! He said that was impossible & told me NO. He was obviously from INDIA or Pakistan or some place. This angers me for several reasons. They CLAIM THIS IS OUR GOVERNMENT FREE CELL SERVICE. Also, I had copied my SOCIAL SECURITY DECLARATION LETTER with private info & sent it to them and my drivers license! I believe this MAY EVEN BE A SCAM to get our personal information! Don't ever fall for it!

Lost my nbr because QLINK took it upon themselves stating I signed up with another carrier without getting in touch with me to see if I actually did. Lost my mom's nbr of 20 years because they lie and said it was released. A) released numbers have 90 day hold before reissue. B) You supposedly have 25 days to reactivate same account and sim AND NBR. C) It's bullshik that they can do this and offer to send out new simcards at the governments expense. Stay FAR AWAY from Qlink wireless! They are a sorry excuse for a company. Zero understanding, Zero help, Zero customer service. Zero care or sympathy!

I have been without a phone since march 2021. I called there help desk 3x and gave them a call back # I purchased a phone 2 diffrent times. Sent the first one back. Did not get any response so I paid for another one 25 bucks. Recived the 2nd one same thing sim card did not match my account. So Im done with them. Hope you have better luck than I did. I have not had a phone now since march. And kind of feel unique. Check it out. I DONT HAVE TO HAVE A PHONE. How many people can say thia?

Loss my money
June 25, 2022

I have 2 phone they said was compatible but end up being not compatible. So I decided to buy a phone from them…I NEVER GOT IT! They said I did, I told them, it was NEVER delivered to me. Then Qlink put me to work to search for the phone with 2 different tracking numbers, which was no good. They had me call Amazon, UPS, and my post office…no phone. After talking to at least 10 customers services person 3 supervisors and a manager, they will not refunded me my money and I don't have the phone they said was delivered. What a way to treat a customer and senior citizen living on a fix income….

The only complaint I have is that the unlimited data isn't used for hot spot. But the service has been excellent. Also I like receiving emails showing talk, text and data usage.

I paid the unlimited data plan 40 dollar plan for 30 days. Qlink decided to cut off my data within the first week. So i called to see what was going on they didn't even give me a real reason why the cut it off. They said the just decided to cut it off because they can. And said i was abusing my data. How isnt that i am abusing my data if its suppose to be unlimited data. But because i decided to use my data that i paid for qlink cut my data off. This fake advertising
Because of they decided to cut my data just because i reached alot of data usage which is supposed to be unlimited. This fake advertising if they can just cut it off because i am using what i paid for. Thats just messed up. They didn't want to give me a refund or anything because all sales are final but yet they didn't hold up on their end

The five years of service was great unless I had to call support or needed anything from a live advisor. I have a hard time nderstanding their phone support and they always want you to do a survey after the phone call which is wrong most of the time I am not sure if they helped me until I see they have. My biggest on going problem is that I needed to cancle service because I was transferring it to another company. I have had to call and cancle 4 times and still fin out im not cancled. Last time they made me think It went through and at the first of the month, a new billing cycle they took back my credit. So they get paid and I dont have phone service unless I can pay the full amount. Which is the point of this credit, I can't. They have collected $60.for no service and I am without a phone. I know the first they will do it again and I will go to the BBB.

-Why does Qlink offer me Amazon Prime and then says it can't?
- Why does Qlink send me emails that say "Upgrade to UNLIMITED for FREE" when I have been bundled with ACP? What the h*ll are you offering?
