Without them I wouldn't have the opportunity for any communication service or life saving services in the palm of my hand their great!

They give you a hard time about simple things. I would not recommend them to anyone safelink is a better phone service!

I lost my mind trying to get the slowest tablest in the world to just I dunno do any of its jobs... apps don't open nothing works as it should I broke it as I lost my mind trying to get it to work this is after months! Now recycling which will serve a better purpose then it ever did as a tablet! Also phone service is crap even tho I have" UNLIMITED"I HAVE NO MAP SRVICE CALL SERVICE WORKS WEN IT WANTS internet the same... and u think there would be a way to talk TO A HUMAN BEING TO RWSOVE ONE OF THE MANY MANY PROBLEMS BUT NO... WAYYY MORE OF A GGERVATION THEN ITS EVER SUPPOSED TO BE WORTH...

I have had Qlink for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but problems. I have had 3 months of service in all this time that I haven't had a problem. Until they illegally shut it off. They made me reapply, said I'd have service restored in 14 hours. Reapplied, called to activate, told I needed a new SIM card. Got it yesterday. Not compatible with my phone and tried to force me to buy a new one from them. I refused and told them to cancel my account so I can switch carriers and they refused to cancel my nonservice service. Their "service reps" are unintelligible and they refuse to allow you to speak with supervisors or tech support. If I could, they would have minus 10 stars. They are committing fraud, bait and switch and attempted extortion. If you REALLY NEED lifeline, stay away from Qlink.
I reported them to the FCC and they flat out lied in their response, so, since I gave the FCC proof that they were lying they have escalated the issue. I have now reported to and received case numbers from the FCC, FTC, BBB, FL AG, my state AG and Florida version of the PUC. Don't just leave reviews that they never look at. Report them to the agencies I listed. It's the only way to stop qlink's fraud.

Don't know if it is the service or the phone itself but it is SLOOOOOW to respond to touch commands a lot of times. Most frustrating when trying to answer an incoming call.

My tmobile signal is great, I get Unlimited data, talk & text. No issues with bringing my own phone. So far so good.

Lets me know when they refill my service. I always have minutes. I also get texts unlimited. Have been pleased from day one.

I've been it for many years. I started when disabled then continued as a senior. I'm 71 and it works fine for me.

Phone all the way to me hook up was easy. Support is great very helpful glad to have them as a Carrier (Q-link)
