I APPLIED GOT APPROVED GOT SIM CARD, PORTED MY NUMBER 3 WEEKS LATER THE CUT MY SERVICE LOST MY NUMBER AFTER 15 YEARS SAME NUMBER LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS
SELFEMPLOYED HAD ALL BUSINESS TIED TO MY NUMBER FROM BUISNESS CARD TO ACCOUNTS ALL LOST CAUSE OF QLINKS MISTAKE ALL THEY SAY AM SORRY. BOY DO I EVER REGRET GOING WITH QLINK AND THEY ARE LIARS 2 AND A HALF HOURS ON HOLD THET NEVER ANSWERED I HATE QLINK

The customer "care" agents can barely speak English. If you ask for a supervisor, you just get stuck on eternal hold. If you ask for a call back, you're assured that someone will contact you within 48 hours. Except they never do. Online chat is supposedly live people, but they don't seem to read any of your messages. They just send scripted responses. They actually sent me a SIM card that I didn't even ask for when I was trying to get help with something else. And if you email *******@qlink.com, you'll just get an automated response saying they received your email, and that's the last you'll hear from them. They call themselves a free service, but I beg to differ. Free yes, service NO.

Update: Suddenly on the next business day, my phone has stopped working. I do not believe for ONE SECOND that that's a coincidence. I dared to take issue with their HORRIBLE "service" and now I'm being punished. And Q Link is being reported. They SUCK.

Update: When I received the phone that I was all but FORCED to purchase, Q link couldn't help me find the SIM card slot (SHOCKING, I know). So I tried the new SIM card in my old phone (the one that Q link claimed had "crashed" and, lo and behold, it works fine. Proof that they LIED and deactivated my phone DELIBERATELY for complaining. This company is off the charts SLEAZY.

I'm trying it and I'm trying to get me another one. For my other phone. Now you say would I recommend the IQ LINK WIRELESS TO SOMEONE ELSE. Yes I would. And did.

Q link wireless government phone Sim card sucks they locked me out of my phone people I suggest you not to get this SIM card or there Phone plan it really really sucks

You can count on Qlinkwireless for quality. You don't have to worry about drop calls, and they give you an update monthly.

No real concerns at this time; however when choosing a phone make sure the phone can perform the services that are offered.

When I needed a phone they where quick and fast to get me a phone and service now I don't have to worry

The only thing I would recommend would be to get additional sim cards for the family but overall very good experience

This company is fraudulent it took money out of my account and no one knows where my package is I checked all the local post office one had a tracking number with no merchandise WTF IS GOING ON?!

Qlink used to be a half star, now 5 service improved drastically after a little government intervention

I was skeptical at first but its been a year snd i have had no issues. Give it a try theres nothing to lose

Very polite and helpful. Dont have to wait very long on phone calls and my problems get solved usually pretty timely and done the correct way!

No complaints at all just wish the reach of cell crevice was a bit stronger. And I never received my tablet.
