I just made an order on rowne and i made a mistake on my shipping. I spent more than $100 h I did express shipping and tried to change the mistake the same day but the order is being bult already. It has not been processed or moved from the starting warehouse. Its only been a couple hours since i placed my order. It app wont let me change my state so i cant complete my adress change in complete format. I emailed them hopefully the fix this and my package arrives to me and not the wrong place. I will either lower this score or raise this score in a week.
I bought like $230ish worth of clothing and it sucked. The fit was terrible, the stitching looked like it was done by me (im a bad sewer), and nothing looked anything like it did on the website. Although one good thing is that costumer service is good.
The 8 items I ordered say that they are supposed to be shipped within 24 hours I ordered my items on July 18th, it is now July 20th, four days later and my items still have not been shipped! What happened to my items being shipped in 24 hour?!

I was looking for some cool t-shirt. All the way online I searched and found some cool design here in ROMWE. The price is affordale and they have some discount as well. So I chose some and ordered. I was a bit tesed about delivery process and timing. But my shirts arrived in time in ma hand. They were really so awesome, making me excited...
I wore them one by one and stode before my mirror. I love some them except one. It was a bit odd.

Don't waste your time and money I received an email saying my package was returned to its sender and I can't get a refund but I also received a email from the post office saying the sender received the package I still don't have an option for a refund and no way to contact anyone this is flat out stupid don't let them take your money

I purchased a Dress, shoes, a Shirt, and belt. I also order a romper but it was on backorder so I canceled that one. I was pretty happy about everything I received, the only thing is everything ran a little bigger than expected, I am usually a small and the shirt was suppose to be a quarter sleeves but is full sleeves on me. Nevertheless, I shrunk that bad boy and it fits perfect. The quality on everything was good for the price and they actually looked like what was pictured. Also shipping was in a timely manner, depending on the stock they had items may ship separate. My shoes and belt cam together in one package and the other items in another packager. Other than that I would say they took maybe less than a week.
Don't expect to get clothes that truly fit with great quality. Also don't expect to get your money OR clothes back when you return them. I have contacted them multiple times over TWO MONTHS ago and STILL have gotten nothing! They just cancelled my return and haven't even given me a reason why. I am so angry because not only did I not get my money back, I don't even get to keep the clothes I BOUGHT?! Don't waste your time with this brand...
So I bought about 5 things, a small backpack which i loved, a pom pom keychain which looked a little smaller than online but its ok, a sweatshirt which looked a lot better online, and 2 shirts which look great.
It said that it came from Dayton, NJ but im questioning that because it doesnt take up to 2 1/2 weeks to ship from there, i am pretty sure it came directly from the factory in china since there are no tags on them, but I am not that positive. Otherwise great clothes

All things considered I didn't have a TERRIBLE experience, probably wouldn't order again though. The cheap prices and 60% off your first order is enticing, the quality of the clothes is cheap but you kind of have to expect that. 2 out of the 6 items I ordered just straight up aren't what was pictured on the site, but I really like the rest of them and don't feel like dealing with customer service so whatever I guess. I assume they're using stock photos of items and then just manufacturing something similar. Also half of the order was being 'processed' for like 2 weeks but it's also coming from China, idk the standard shipping time from China to where I live. So yeah the whole thing was sort of a gamble, since I got 6 clothing items for cheap and didn't get my credit card number stolen I'm pretty okay with it, but I'll probably go elsewhere for online shopping next time.
I decided to order from ROMWE despite having seen some negative reviews about the quality of products because they had a great selection of clothing at VERY low prices and I felt willing to risk it. I have now ordered through their site 3 times and have been pleased with the ordering process, delivery time, and quality of products. My only warning is that the clothing sizes run very small since they are coming from China. I usually wear a small or medium and have to order the largest size of every product I get through ROMWE, one pair of pants was way too small for me, but luckily I had a super skinny friend to pass them along to and she is in love with them. I got a lot of pieces that are Free People vibes for a very small fraction of the price that the items would have cost at Free People.
Everything looked so nice on the website, so I ordered a couple outfits, swimwear, etc. After receiving the items, many were damaged (hat was falling apart). So I chatted with someone to try to return the item and she would NOT give me a return address! After one hour of begging her to give me a return address to return my items, she finally told me. To save you all time so you don't have to go through what I did,
I WILL NEVER buy from this company again. I online shop a lot and this is the FIRST company that purposefully put the BURDEN on the buyer to "prove themselves" worthy of a return. I wish I had read reviews about this company before buying from them... If I knew it was a fraudulent website I would not have bought from them and would not have lost my money.

I ordered 4 items online on 8/23/15. Didn't get the items until YESERDAY 9/17/15. Upon opening the package, I noticed the quality of the clothing was horrible and looked nothing how it was described online and how it looked in the photos. Needless to say... Really unorganised company, I don't mind waiting for my order but just to wait for 2weeks and not have my order but instead get a refund as it 'sold out' when when I ordered it it was instock is ridiculous. Placed my order 19/4/18 and recieved it 26/4/18, really impressed! I had a couple of issues with damaged and too small items, which is disappointing but not totally unexpected, so i contacted their customer service people and got a response within 12 hours suggesting that i not return the items, due to the very long turnaround and waiting times, and high shipping costs, but that, if i wanted to, they will refund me $18AUD which is almost 80% of the $23AUD i paid for the two items i wanted to return. I was very impressed at this suggestion, as it would have cost me more than $5AUD to send it back to them.
Overall, very impressed and will definitely order again.
One tip is to make sure you read the sizing guide, as it is so easy to get the wrong size and they do not exchange, only refund.
