I definitely do not recommend Romwe! I made an order on April 10th, didn't receive a tracking number until the 20th, clothes were delivered to the wrong side off the state, and din't receive my clothes until May 18th. The clothes that arrived were such poor quality, and their customer service is a nightmare.

I ordered about 5 items from Romwe & checked out before I realized this was another "China" site. (like DHGATE)
On the site, all my items said "ship within 24hrs" - that was not true, it took about a week and me emailing them 2x to get a tracking number. After that, the package was only "created" and took about another 3-4 days to pick up tracking information.
That said, I did get everything I ordered & in the correct size.
A few of my items came as expected, and I was actually pleased with them.
However, my most expensive item, looked the cheapest. (the hoodie with black thick drawcords & a white faux shirt underneath) the drawcords were flimsy & smaller than expected and as for the faux shirt- I will be cutting that out before I am seen in public in it!
Other than that, not terrible, def. Not as bad as DHGATE, but again, you get what you pay for!
I've placed a total of 4 orders to send to my relatives & friends in Vietnam as gifts. All I can said is POOR QUALITY. Their material are even worse than the clearance stuffs of F21 although at the same price. Romwe's clothes are carelessly sewn. The real colors do not look like the colors shown on website at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The quality was what I expected and I am not disappointed with that.
I am upset they forgot one of my sweaters on the order, and rather then re-shipping it or giving a refund, they offered me only a credit on the website. Meaning if I ever wanted my sweater, i would have to re-order and REPAY SHIPPING. Not acceptable.

I was really excited to receive my packet. But when i received it, I was really disappoint. The sweater did not look like on the pictures and it turn out really ugly. Because the shipping costs are higher than my packet, I will not return it, because it is too much effort for so little you get. So my advice is: DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE.COM!

Spent $120AUD on about 6 items, all of which were TERRIBLY made, and not made of the material stated on the website. They looked COMPLETELY different to what the website pictures advertised them as - colours, cuts, linings etc. One jumper was even just cut material at every edge - jagged and fraying - which it definitely wasn't in the pictures! I was so angry i just put it all straight in the op shop!
This website is actually very easy to navigate and change your order etc. But i will never use it again!

First of all, shipping takes FOREVER. I ordered 1 swim suit on May 22,2017 & I just received it as of June 24th, 2017. Second of all, I ordered my swimsuit in an extra large (because I heard their sizing is off- so I wanted to make sure it was big enough). I just tried it on, the top doesn't cover my boobs & I couldn't even get the bottoms over my thighs. The actual size of it looks like a small or even an extra small but the tag on it says extra large. The pattern of the swimsuit itself, looks like the picture on the website. But i cannot, legit, even fit into it. Super disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

I had ordered a small order, $54.26 for some attire for a Photoshoot. I ordered the Products WITH expedited shipping mind you, as I needed them to come prior to the Photoshoot.
The Products were ordered on Sept 5th, and promised to arrive Between Sept 12th - Sept 14th, 2022 which was fine.
In shipping, the tracking shows that it got as far as Nashville, Tennessee on Sept 8th.
Neither Romwe, nor FedEx can tell me when or IF my products will arrive. As I write this ( Oct 7th, 2022) the product tracking STILL shows it in Nashville, Not New York State where the final destination should be.
Romwe, after 4 e-mails to them, offered me 30 " POINTS " toward any Future purchase! What? I didn't PAY in POINTS, I paid in CASH! Why would I order from this place again? I won`t, and they refuse to refund my order. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

So I once ordered from an online site before called Rotita, and it was an absolute BUST! It arrived months late and none of the clothing looked at all like what I wanted so it was super disappointing and discouraged me from online shopping again. I took a chance on ROMWE and I searched reviews and it was a 50/50 chance after I placed the order. When the items arrived I was actually really satisfied. They look exactly like they did on the website, the only thing is, the "One-size" was actually pretty small. And normally I fit a small or medium, but the one button up I ordered was like an extra small so I just gave it to my sister. The pullover I ordered which was a medium actually fits snuggly an nice and the kimono is lovely. I guess I should have looked out for the size difference but overall it was pretty good. The wait did worry me a bit it took about 2 weeks BUT as long as the items were there, it wasn't too disappointing.

I found the website via pinterest and was all excited because they have super cute items and they are cheap, so i thought i would order 2 items just to see how they fit and the quality of them... I looked at the sizing chart because i do have curves so i wanted to make sure i would order the right size... I got an XL shirt and an XL dress normally i would be between a med/large. WELL when i got the items... i could barley get the shirt on! It was sooo small. Made for a child im sure, if you are 130 lbs and 5 10 then this is the website for you. The items are WAY TO SMALL for an average size girl to wear.
My friend also ordered items from the website and the dresses are soo short, she said they are shirts on her. The shirt she ordered fit her like a crop top (which it was not suppose to be)
I dont think this website is worth it, they make clothes to fit children NOT an average size women... VERY DISAPPOINTING..

I ordered a few times from Romwe, shipping was faster than expected (to Croatia) and their stuff is really great, considering really low prices. Also they have sales often.
So much cute stuff, so many items on sale. I order here at least once every few months. Shipping is quick and I've never had a problem with an order. It's always accurate.
