I can not believe romwe shipped me a nasty pair of boots with a blood stain sock. The customer service representative Maribel Munez was so nonchalant about it. I returned the boots. Unfortunately romwe returned these same nasty boots to me again. SMH!

I am really glad am writing a review about ROMWE. I really like how this site works and their products. Every item is well organized and well described. I like to read the reviews from buyers, which helps me to make a great choice. Till now I didn't have any troubles or complains. Everything works nice. Recently I have purchased a "V Neck Drawstring Tree Print Jumpsuit", although I was little skeptical about the quality of the product but I was totally wrong. I had a great experience by ordering with this site. This is a delightful, upscale online clothes retailer and has EVERYTHING that an expert woman requires or would want in fashion.
So I recently ordered from Romwe. I was a tad skeptical and a little worried after reading some reviews, but to my relief, their service was wonderful.
Any time I had a question, they ALWAYS responded within a day and they were super nice and never tried to get around answering my question. They told me exactly what I wanted to know (regarding shipping and my tracking number and package and what not) which was great.
The only thing I wanna make clear to all of you thinking about ordering, BE CAREFUL when it comes to sizing. It's pretty varied. I ordered mostly small and some mediums. Thankfully everything fits just fine, but I was still a tad surprised. Some of the mediums were smaller than the small sizes I got. And one of the other mediums was rather large. BUT like I said, all the clothes looked cute on and I could figure out how to make em work. Phew!
But if you think about it, the prices they are selling these clothes for makes it totally worth it! They have great deals, like the 60% off and what not.
Overall, this is a pretty awesome online store (for being in China) and I actually am quite impressed.
Shipping was fast! I ordered about 12 days ago and as of yesterday, I had the package in my hands. I had a large order too (about 13 items) so I was super pleased that it got here so quickly.
All and all, don't be afraid to order from here! Of all the Chinese online stores, this is by far one of the best and most trustworthy. :)

I ordered 5 skirts, several necklaces/bracelets/anklets and a couple of purses along with some tights. 2 of the skirts fit well and see reasonably made, if with thin material... we'll see if it holds up. 1 necklace was approximately the length described. Purses were the only items that I'm completely satisfied with.
3 of the skirts were much smaller than described; one was described as super stretchy so I took a chance but there is zero stretch in it. The remaining necklaces were all much shorter than described. All of the necklaces feel like they will break with just a small breeze... very, very, very thin material.
All of this being said, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it would cost more to return all of these (except jewelry apparently isn't refundable anyway) than to just eat the loss.
Will not purchase from again.
UPDATE: offered return label for skirts that were too small and $5 coupon for too small necklace. I will be returning the skirts (hopefully they will be refunded promptly and with no further issues) but declined the coupon since I do not plan on future purchases. Will update again after return is (or isn't) processed completely.

The parcel took around a week to get to me. Clothes fitted well and they were of good quality, but I do suggest double checking the sizing and ordering a size larger if you have any doubts.
I ordered two tops. Looked at size chart. I wear 18/20 maximum. So I ordered xxl which said fit size 22. No way. Cheap and nasty. Tried to return. Haven't hard back from them. Avoid. Save money.

I have been looking for just a cute summer dress that I can wear to parties or out shopping and I saw one on ROMWE for less than $15 that was similar to a dress I'd been tried on from forever 21 (for $25). It was called "Sleeveless Highwaist Florals Print Dress". I figured I would give it a shot and ordered a medium. I got my dress pretty quickly and I love it! It is very flattering and it can be worn by itself or with leggings or a cardigan or sandals or boots etc. Since it was my first order, I got 60% off which is awesome and I wish I had ordered more things the first time. I have not worn my dress out yet, but I am excited to since I am going out this weekend =) I have already placed another order with them and bookmarked this site. I am so glad I found it!
