Not only was i sent the wrong dress, but there was 2 of them the same, I ordered 4 dress in which were absolutely disgusting, if i went to the chinese markets the quality would have been way superior, the original price is so pumped up and the discount is a joke. There should be a legal solution to stop these thieves from steeling our money for false product pricing and poor quality! NEVER EVER AGAIN! DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE I DID!

I found their website through a Facebook advertisement and decided to try it out. All the images of their clothing looked awesome on the website. But boy was I wrong. First of all, it took over a month for the package to be shipped to me. I understand international shipping takes a while sometimes but they gave an estimated arrival time and the package arrived WELL after that date. Once I finally received it, I was so utterly disappointed. Such poor quality clothing. I ordered a romper that had a white lace top half and it was completely see through. Besides two triangle pads covering your nipples. Who in their right mind would look at that product and say, yes people would wear this in public lets sell it? Horrific. I also bought jogger pants and the material was very uncomfortable and too small. On top of the terrible quality, their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They didn't read a word I said and never apologized for sending me such terrible products. It was a hassle to even get a response because you have to do the whole "submit a ticket" nonsense for returns as well. After all of that you would think they would let me return the products and get the full amount back. But I never did. I will NEVER use this website and will continue to advertise against it. Don't let them fool you, this company is all around horrible.

Never ever use Romwe

... they are con artists and a fraudulent company. First time I've ever ordered and placed the order on 27 November and today is 13 December 2016 and it's still not arrived. I've raised several 'tickets' and been told it's in Belgium - err, I live in London, UK! And when I enter the tracking information I get this message:

"Current parcel status
The parcel data was entered into the GLS system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS.
Mon 5 Dec 2016, 14:43"

Nothing more added and no indication if it will ever leave Belgium...

They are cons and will take your money but do not give accurate information that your order (I ordered 1 thing - a coat!) will take some considerable time to be picked and shipped. I have resigned myself to having lost my money and will never ever shop on this website again. PLEASE PEOPLE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit scared, but I placed my order because I had free shipping and I chose two skirts which I saw on real photos (on blogs). I was prepared, that material can have poor quality or sth, because the price was 30% of the regular prices in e.g. H&M. I was completely shocked, when 1) my items arrived at 24th december, even though I didnt pay for faster shipping 2) the skirts had AMAZING quality, they were detailed, exactly like on the photos. Still I wouldn't risk buying anything which I haven't seen on someone else, but this order was really great and I paid about 25 dollars for 2 items which I think will serve me very long (fabric is thick). Oh, and I bought "one size" skirts, both fit me very well, but I am rather slim, so Im not sure if hips wider than 95 would do for high waisted black skirt. I'm sure I'll order sth again very soon.

"Excellent Company; Fast Service! All around satisfied"

I was searching on the internet for a Natural leather Jacket and located that in romwe. Com after 4 hour of searching having reasonable price in addition to outstanding design.

Each time I read product reviews before purchase while shop online. As usual I investigate review on romwe. Com in addition to found some optimistic and negative responses. So, I was perplexed what would happen with me at night! The Leather Jacket was so good that no critiques can stopped me personally ordering it…

For that reason I ordered this. When I ordered this Leather Jacket received punctually. I am happy with their Fast shipment process.

When When i received it, I was worried about how it would fit nonetheless it fit just right as expected. It seems long lasting and comfortable. I am very happy with all the product.

I was an enormous fan of Wal-Mart but from now romwe. Com will be towards the top of my favorite list given it brings an fantastic experience on my own online shopping. Finally I want to recommend this shop to all or any of my family & close friends and would invest in again.

Great price, fast shipping and a very good customer support.

I have purchased two things off this site. Both came horribly made and not at all what I thought. I didn't try on anything I just immediately tried to send them back and get a full refund. Instead I am told I can't return a swimsuit I didn't even try on which still have the hygiene label in the bottom of it as it has not been worn or tried on. On top of this I am being charged £2.50 to send back a dress that only cost me £5.50. This is outrageous. And finally I ordered a size medium for the swimsuit and it came in a small! This is ridiculous and I advise everyone to never shop there again. All I want is to exchange the swimsuit or just be able to send it all back and get ALL my money back! I am very disgusted in this site and I will be telling all my friends and family to never ever shop there again!

After all this I have been able to keep both items and receive a full refund. Even though it took some time it was worth it, thank you to the ROMWE managers on here, you just need to change your policy :)

DON'T LIKE SOMETHING AND WANT A REFUND? WELL, I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 50 DAYS NOW AND I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A DIME BEING RETURNED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD!
THE MONEY "REFUNDED" BACK TO "MY WALLET" HAS DISAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR! I FOLLOWED ALL THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND REDEEMED THE CREDIT IN MY WALLET, BUT AFTER THAT IS ALL A MYSTERY! I'VE SUBMITTED ABOUT 10+ "TICKETS" TO FIND OUT WHERE MY CREDIT/REFUND WENT, BUT I'M STILL WAITING TO SEE WHY IT HAS NOT YET GONE BACK TO MY VISA!?
THIS IS POSSIBLY THE WORST, MOST CONFUSING PROCESS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
I WILL NOW BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AS WELL AS A FEW OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT DEAL WITH THIS. I BELIEVE IT'S A SCAM TO HOLD ONTO PEOPLE'S MONEY FOR SO LONG AFTER THEY'VE ALREADY RETURNED ALL THE ITEMS FOR OVER 50 DAYS!? THAT'S LIKE "DOUBLE-DIPPING" FOR YOUR OWN PROFIT! About the order #RWAPH28225, we have processed 2 refunds of $48.34 and $21.61 to your Wallet, which later was withdrawn to your card.

The order #RWHKL28266 was canceled.

About the order #RWCPH28272, a refund of $25.94 was issued to your Wallet, which was later withdrawn to your card.

The first withdrawal from your Wallet was issued on Feb 26th, it should be completed soon, we would also contact our credit card company to see if they could speed up the process and if anything went wrong. Please be assured that the funds will be returned to your card, there’s no doubt about that.

If the order was paid with Paypal, then it would only take 3-5 business days for the whole process to be done. But if the order was paid with credit card, then it would need reviews and approval at many levels for the funds to finally appear in your account, thus it would normally take 15-20 business days, sometimes longer. Was looking for cheap dresses online and came across this site from other users on tumblr. Order 5 dresses for $50 which seemed pretty sweet. Now that the cheap price would probably mean cheap quality and I was okay with that. Received the dresses and overall not super impressed. First I had to pay an extra $25 duty on it which bumped my dresses up to $75. I opened them up and could see the not great quality of the fabric (especially lace/white ones... completely see-through). But again I was expecting that. Tried them all on and a couple looked and fit great while others definitely were not designed nicely and made for girls with huge boobs so I was considering returning them only to look up return shipping costs and see that it was going to cost the same price of the dress to return so sadly I am stuck with ill fitting dresses. Overall the experience was very meh and would NOT recommend to any friends considering purchasing from the site. Please use this review to help your decision if you are unsure. Wish I had come across a useful review before I paid. Don't make my mistake

STOP! Dont! Do! IT!

1st: there is no customer service number to call. That already is a big WTF
2nd: They do not cancel orders and they do not give you a refund!
3rd: They charged me double shipping and would not refund the shipping to me, they kept offering me 5$ USD shipping is over 15$.
4th: i dont think real people respond to the emails. I kept getting the same response about my refund, that they would give me 5$ USD back or save 60% off a new item.

The absolute worst
December 20, 2015

After a little over two weeks I have finally received my package that contains the three shirt I had ordered. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM TORN, AND THE SEAMS ARE UNRAVELED. What looks like tobacco is scattered all over every shirt. I am beyond upset, and I want my money back. Do not waste your time, or money on this scam website.

Dresses do NOT come like the picture. The shipping is so slow, said 3-5 days, and my stuff came in 3 weeks. Horrible.

Material is crap - it feels like cheap bedsheets.

So I ordered some clothes on Romwe on may 20. The shipment information has received at Romwe on may 27. I did follow the whole process to my country. The last place I could see on the tracking site, was at the airport were my package was completed at the custom clearence. But then it says this: manco - Pre-alerted; not delivered. Romwe did say that my package would be delivered in 7-10 days. It is 19 days after I ordered my clothes. Right now I still hope that my clothes are coming. So Romwe, I don't know what's getting wrong but please fix this.
