Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
Bought two scooters on 5/3 with a delivery date scheduled between 6/30-7/2. Followed up several times to insure delivery window would be kept. Saferwholesale.com called me twice indicating they were out of stock of the scooter that I ordered and offered replacement scooters which I accepted. They day before the delivery window I called to check on the delivery and was informed they were shipping later that day and I would receive a tracking number. No tracking number was received so I called again the next day and was informed they were out of stock but had an upgrade available but would not receive them during the delivery window I needed for my vacation. I had to cancel order and buy them locally. Would never do business with them again and recommend that others stay away.
I am looking for a certain product (a drag plow), but this Website is so full of pop-ups, chat windows and other annoying items that I'm logging off and will look no further. I understand the offer of a chat, but when you close the box 2 times and it pops up a 3rd, well, forget it! Also, there is so much motion on the site that its hard to read it.

My newest addition to my saltwater tank is the 48” Aquarium Light I bought at saferwholesale.com and I'm loving it. It came with all the bulbs I needed, it fit my tank perfectly, and the fans are nearly silent. Customer support was easy to deal with, and the shipping was fast. We ordered two scooters, one red and one blue. After quite some time I received a call explaining the blue wasn't available. We were given an extended warranty, but we are still waiting for our scooters. The salesman was easy to work with originally.
I purchased a scooter from this company 2 1/2 yr ago. Did not have a problem. Scooter is still working well. I take it to shop for yearly tuneup. I am now a return customer and recently bought another scooter. I have had to call Gerard, apparently he must be the owner according to the other reviews I have read, I wish I had found these reviews before my return purchase. How does this business stay in business with such a rude, arrogant man who hides behind a phone? This a$$hole hung up on me twice, interrupted as I tried to explain my issue, he took it to another level if he would just shut up and listen, since it was a very simple issue. He made a simple mistake and can not admit it. Stay away from this company, read the reviews! There are local scooter business' to buy a scooter from. Even if it costs a little more, buy local. This is the third time I have purchased items from SaferWholesale, and I keep coming back. My latest purchase was for two shower panels which I should receive in two weeks. My previous purchase was for a steam shower and it arrived ahead of schedule. I have been very satisfied with the salesmen, both Craig and Bob have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Back on February I purchased the 7500 pound trailer mover. The first time I used it one of the bearings I. The tire broke and you sent me a new tire. Now I paid $75 extra for the tires that cost $7 each at Harbor Freight, so nothing special or heavy duty about those. Using today after I put the new tire on and the copy came off the screw that you that you pull out the disengage the motor so it will roll freely. I screwed the cap back on but now when you pull it out the two prongs don't come out so it doesn't stay out and disengaged I have to hold it out with a screwdriver or something so the motor will turn freely. I am moving a 4500 pound trailer with a tongue weight of 660 pounds so it should be more than capable based on the specs. If I had the money and ability to ship it back for a refund I would but don't. Enclosed is a picture of the motor thing pulled out and no tabs to hold it out. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product and would never recommend it to anyone.

Purchased an exercise machine for 1999. 00 plus two hundred for shipping. I have yet to receive it. My emails have gone unanswered. I was ill for a couple of months after I ordered it and just thought it was taking a long time to deliver because I live out in the country but that wasn't the case. Don't know what to do next.

As you know the product you ordered is very hard to come by and we actually had to upgrade you to a similar unit in order to fulfill the order. Descriptions are clear and concise and straight to the point. The only thing that I do not like are the constant pop-ups. It makes it very difficult to navigate through the page. I can only spend a few minutes at a time looking around which is a disadvantage. I might stay and look around more if I did not have to constantly click pop-ups. I gets tiresome very quickly.
I paid for this 4 wheeler via bofa they took payment and they didn't send it to me a friend gave me the site and they didn't have any problems although they did accuse me of fraudulent transaction but they didn't give me a document that was valid in this accusation I think they got shady business and I will have my 4 wheeler in this transaction.

I called to look into purchasing a 150 cc scooter as second mode of transportation to and from work. Ray was awesome in helping me make the right decision and picking the appropriate scooter. I explained that I am a big guy and I was concerned about the ability for the bike to hold me and how I would look on the bike. (did not want to look goofy) He told me that the Sonic Boom was a good size scooter and that I would be satisfied. I received my scooter in about 8 days and rode it the next day and was really pleased. If you are looking for a scooter for transportation or leisure I assure you this is the place to deal with. The price is right. If you are concerned about speed this baby will do 65 easy.
I am excited to do business with saferwholesale. However I haven't been able to make a purchase online as of yet. I keep hoping for a better deal and it just hasn't worked out. I get offers and when I try to respond to them they disappear.
Check the Illinois Better Business Bureau. They have the lowest rating possible. They have been holding $850.00 of my money and have played one delay tactic after another to keep from mailing my refund that they promised they would do. This company is the worst.Use scamadviser.com and see for yourself. The latest tactic was that they are changing banks so I will have to wait 2 more weeks to get the refund. They have already held m y refund for 8 weeks. A real group of cons.

Total ripoff. I wish I had read reviews of this lousy company. Charged me TWICE as much for a carport as their supplier. Their contract is designed so that as you recognize their fraudulent activity of overcharging. They still make money with (non refundable) clause. They know you will cancel order, but prey on you with catch all false refundable clause.

Do not trust these people the sale rep name is Matthew. They got me for $1850. 00. I owe them $760.00 on a purchase, and when I try to paid them off they said they no longer excepted debit card. What they wanted was my routing number and checking account. By that time I read some reviews and found out that the whole thing was a scam. So I ask them could use the $1850 that I already had up there and they said no that I would have to pay the $760 balance. So I new I was not going to give them a another dime. I call and reported the to the BBB and I'm not through yet. GOD don't ugly and these people that's taking I'll hard earn money which GOD is going to deal with them when the time right. Tommy Martin
Tommy your information is a bit biased and I can understand why you are upset, but can also assure you we have our reasons for the way your transaction took place. We must ensure that the funds clear our account before we can proceed the conclusion of the purchase. Also we only take a Check for Layaway payments such as yours. This is so we do not use our Credit Card terminals for Multiple transactions for the same customer. Our terminals charge us for use and to insure you get the lowest possible price on your purchase we need to avoid terminal fees. It is not that we do not accept debit card, because we do accept Credit/Debit Cards, but for your layaway we would not accept anything but a check. Also we experienced multiple bounced checks and frozen accounts when dealing with you as a customer so we needed to make sure to take all precautions to make sure you were not committing fraud or the funds would not clear. Each situation has different circumstances and unfortunately when funds bounce on a customer's account we have to take Check only to assure we receive the funds.
Recently I bought the 8' x 6' x 6' Custom BBQ Barbecue Trailer from saferwholesale.com. I already own a very similar product which I bought from a store here in town. Not only is the one I just purchased online a much better design, it's better made, and cost about 20% less than the one I bought in the store. I own a small BBQ catering company, and am in the process of expanding. I will make sure to order from saferwholesale.com again. The service was great, the shipping fast, and the product top notch. Loving my new scooter! I live about 4 miles from work, and hate getting the car out for that short a trip. A friend of mine bought a motorcycle from saferwholesale.com, and suggested I check them out. Glad I did. I wasn't even aware you could buy a scooter for so cheap. To answer the review: Gerardo is not the owner of the company and we did have a conversation with him regarding this situation. He had stated that there was cursing that had gone on during the phone call from the customers end so he needed to disconnect the call for that reason and that reason only. The customer placed an order a few years back and supplied us with their old order number when filling out the MSO form on our website. Because of that fact, we had the incorrect information for the order and so a re request cost was asked to be collected of $45 - I believe Ann got frustrated due to the fact that Gerardo was asking for the re issue fee of $45 which we are NOT charging the customer and sending out another MSO at NO COST to the customer immediately. Please understand that MSO paperwork is very time consuming and does cost our company money to produce and provide for every motorsport customer. Please understand.
