My job took us from sunny New Mexico, to constantly overcast Seattle. My mood went from always happy, to perpetually depressed. After doing some research I decided that maybe it was the lack of sunshine making me feel the way I was. I did some searching online for light therapy beds, and found one at saferwholesale.com. The price was much better than at the other stores I was looking at, for the same model even. I went ahead and purchased it, and am so happy that I did. Everything about the purchase, delivery, and setup went perfectly. For the past few weeks I've been spending thirty minutes a day in the bed and I feel like a whole new person. I've been telling all of my new friends in Seattle what a difference this bed has made in my life. I highly recommend both the bed, and saferwholesale.com.
On sept. 15 I received 2 scooters. After opening 1 box I found parts missing& broken. Same thing with the 2nd. Scooter. After charging the batteries I found 1 scooter did not run. I checked the wiring harness everything was good. Found out the control module was bad. Called the company they said they would contact me about the part. Heard nothing for 2 days. Called the company, and had a knock down drag out conversation with somebody about how I felt they were screwing their customers. Never do business with this company. They don't care about service after the sale.
Called to order a trike kit. Was told if we ordered today they would discount it to $3250. Told my husband we need to find out what painting the fenders would cost. Then Craig told my husband wait he would discount the trike kit to $2850 out the door. My husband asked "Do you know what they charge to paint those fenders?" Craig told him $150 a piece. I told my husband we are right back where we started. Lets think about this. Came back to check out their website, they are advertising a "Columbus Day Sale on the Trike kit for $1999... Get outta here... I can't believe I found this website to confirm my thoughts!

I can assure you that we have many variations of trike kits we sell and they are all priced differently. It is very possible that the trike kit our salesman was trying to discount for $2850. 00 was a completely different product than the one you were looking at for $1999. 00. All of our products are based off Manufacturer MAP pricing and we cannot directly adjust the price we sell a product for. There is no way possible that you would be priced $1000. 00 more for a unit clearly priced at $1999. 00. Our trike kits range anywhere from $1899. 95 up to $10,000.00. It seems to me that you simply had a bit of miscommunication with the salesman over which product you were trying to purchase.

I had the worse customer service ever. I was very curious how the company could sell products at low prices compared to other vendors. Had to be the quality and/or customer service, which is what I witnessed. Will look elsewhere and spend the extra money on something very reliable.
Bought a forklift to Saferwholesale, and though I was a little hesitant at first, my neighboring farm assured me that they are very easy to communicate with, and they were! It was like a torn removed from my chest when we started contacting Saferwholesale and they respond fast. It was an easy transaction thanks to the cool guys of Saferwholesale.
Worst Site Ever. Wont return emails. Phone support is rude and unhelpful. Its been a month and I still dont have my order. Lied to by phone support said I would have my tracking number on Monday still nothing. STAY AWAY.

Placed an order online that shows Free Delivery and 0.00 Shipping & Handling then the site asks you call them where they want to charge an additional $130 on an electric fold-up scooter because handling and delivery are not the same thing. Tacks on an extra 25% of the cost. Wouldn't even cancel the order over the phone. Hung up on me twice. They suck!
Nothing but lies. Bought a pontoon boat was told when I bought it 2-4 weeks, it was four months. When we got our new boat it came with a USED motor and no wiring with it. Was told when we called that all their boats come with used motors. Never heard of such a thing so stupid. We were never told this. Do not buy from these people. Lied over and over to me. Used motor! We did deliver the exact product that the customer contracted to purchase. The customer purchased a pontoon boat from our website, that comes standard with a refurbished 40hp engine. We do have an additional drop down tab for ordering the boat with a Brand New Motor, but the prices are respective to the Motor power and quality. This customer did not include any additional purchase of a New Motor and simply purchased the boat with the standard refurbished motor that comes with the purchase at the price she has paid. The new motors we offer for this unit range in price from an additional $1449. 95 for a 2hp 2 stoke up to $5645. 95 for a new 25hp Long Shaft Remote Start Engine. Again the customer did not add this to their purchase, nor were they charged additionally for the purchase of a new engine. Since the customer did not express the option for a New Motor to be included with the purchase she received exactly what was contracted to be delivered from our company. She was charged for the material costs of the boat and a FREE 40hp Refurbished engine was included. Therefore, the customer did not purchase a NEW engine and in fact received what they paid for.

I purchased a trike kit and was told by Dan that this kit would easily slid onto my motorcycle with 4 bolts to mount it to the bike. After receiving this kit I found out none of this was true. The kit needed assembled and needed to be welded to the bike and would have been dangerous to ride the trike as there is no suspension. After several calls to try to return the kit I was told to send an email stating the reason for wanting to return this kit. I have sent 3 emails and still no response from them. At this point I am stuck with a $2400 paperweight. I have been lied to and told they don't do returns. Save your money this company sucks.

I am sorry you are upset about the purchase you made from our website. The trike kit you ordered is DIY (Do it Yourself) and does need to be fabricated to your unit. There is no suspension included with the unit and nowhere is it advertised as having a suspension. Although we do not offer refunds for buyers remorse we can offer you an upgrade to our Super Trike Kit which is also listed on our website. The Difference in price and shipping for the upgrade would be $750.00. If you would like to exchange the product you purchased for the more expensive model that is definitely something we can do.

Any company who's advertised shipping price is substantially less than the written quoted price should (in my option) be avoided at all costs, they did this with me in an email, (isn't that right Julian?).
They lied to me regarding product payment, the first caller (Julian) informed me they only do e-checks, then a second caller (Scott) contradicted that statement, my alarm bells were ringing when all they talked about was about me making the payment, and nothing about the product!
Unsafewholesale you never got my money for a reason! If your going to lie to your potential customers, get your employees to lie better than they currently do, they really aren't quite up to scratch with the skill of bull******g, oh and while I'm here, get yourself some credit facilities, try Paypal. No need to respond, it'll most likely be another lie! Phew just saved myself $999.95.

I paid $16,900 for a luxury 22' boat. I received a very plain/stripped 21' boat 30ish weeks later... worst choice of my life to believe in this company. Smart a$$ when they talk to you (if you even get to talk to anybody, and if you do, they won't give a last name). I would give negative review if I could, so 1 star is best I can do to ruin their average

Ordered my scooters - the money is out of my account, but I have no scooters and no date of when they "could" get to me. Asked for my money back, but apparently the only way that can happen is through email - the rude dude I spoke to can't give me a refund for no product! WOW! Apparently only a email works once these people have your money and then it is 1-2 business days to get a response! Sent the email on Wednesday morning, it's Friday afternoon and no response! Thieves!

There is an old, abandoned, air field near our house that all of the RC enthusiasts go to to fly their planes. Our six year old son begs us 4-5 times a week to take him there so he can watch. He is mesmerized by the planes taking off and landing, and loves being there. We decided for xmas to buy him one so he'd have his very own plane to fly. Before purchasing I talked to customer service, and explained to them that this was going to be a xmas present, and I wanted to make sure it would be delivered by then. She assured me it would, and she was right. I got it in plenty of time. You should have seen my sons eyes when he opened that box. We took the plane to the airfield that very day. It started right up, and all the controls worked perfectly
I was looking for a cheap mobile charger and I got with this website. I tried on several websites but not got my pet charger. It was a smooth deal and I completed the whole procedure within few clicks of mouse. I am very happy with the experience of online shopping with the website. Do not buy from these people. I've never had a merchant so rude. Don't expect to be able to legally use anything that requires a title. A month to get the bike, I expected that. Now hoing on a month for the title. Ive called ans am put on hold then td to try back when it's less busy, multiple times. Emailed no response, I like the bike but I can't go anywhere on it. So, buyer beware or be extremely patient.
First I attempted the live chat. The agent gave answers to questions I did not ask. I tried a second time on live chat. Same result. Then I called to ask my question. The agent gave an answer, but the transferred me to sales staff that gave completely different information. I asked for a supervisor who was completely rude and hung up. Completely unprofessional. I was ordering 10 mopeds for a hotel and you will never get any business from us.

Hotel was good for the price. I read previous reviews and was scared to stay there. The room was fine. We just used it to sleep so not much time spent there. It was close enough to get to all the attractions quickly. Service was good. Breakfast could have been better... was just Texas shaped waffles and toast. Would probably stay there again
I too wish I would had read these reviews before I purchased two scooters from Safer Wholesale. I ordered two scooters one red and one blue. When they arrived one was blue and the other was yellow. I very ugly yellow. They are currently trying to correct the color problem but I expect that will be as unsatisfying as this whole experience has been. They seem to want to point the blame to anyone but themselves. I learned a valuable lesson here. Do your homework and any company that has a rating this low avoid like the plague. I was hoping to buy a custom golf cart from them down the road, but they could give it to me and I still would turn away. Like someone said on here it's a shame they have such good products, but I they'll have to change my opinion drastically in this replacement process before I would buy from them again.

I was under the impression i was purchasing a trike kit that was compatible with my Harley, with minimal modifications. Much to my surprise i received a poor quality kit, which will cost me an additional 400.--500.00 to modify. I am a machinist by trade with over 30 yrs, and never seen anything fabricated like this. When i called tech support i encountered rudeness and no helpful information. I was told if i wasn't qualified enough than just take it to a qualified mechanic. I was disappointed with the whole experience and will not have anything to do with this company again.
