We're planning a long vacation this winter, and all I plan on doing is laying on the beach and reading. I'm not going to make the same mistake as my previous vacation where I didn't bring enough to read. This year I planned on getting an eBook reader, and filling it to the brim with my favorite authors. While getting a Kindle was my first thought, there is just no way I'm paying that much money simply because of the brand name. I knew there were off-brand eBook readers that were every bit as good as an overpriced Kindle. I ended up finding one on saferwholesale.com. I bought the 7-inch E-book Reader 4. It arrived a few days later, and it works perfectly. It was also half the price as a Kindle. In the past few days I've loaded it up with books, and have read it every night. I couldn't be happier with my purchase

SaferWholesale (Great Sports) is not a business I would ever want to do business with ever again. Do not buy anything from them. I paid $3750 electronic check for a carport over 6 months ago. I have received all kinds of excuses but no carport. No excuse is good enough for holding my money for 6 months.

It was brief so relatively painless. I would definitely not recommend to my brethren of riders or any other veterans. I can't speak on the product only the staff and company. Avoid them and shop 1 of the other 1000 or so distributors.

We purchased a Electric scooter, the shipping was a bit high, but Craig said he would take off $46.00. We looked at our credit card and was charged the full price. I immediately called back and spoke with Craig, and he said it was suppose to be lower, and he would put the discount in. Well its not been credited back to our card, and I have trying to get hold of him, and seems Im getting the run around. Well it is Friday and still no still no refund. I was told by Craig if I had any problems, to contact him, and now they wont let me speak to him. I have to now create a service ticket. This is BS. And not happy.

WOW, I wish I would have read these reviews before I started dealing with them. First rep. I dealt with was slow to respond, always had an excuse. I told him (Justin) I needed to identify what I needed and place an order asap. 3 weeks later and me having to constantly contact him for answers I called again and spoke with Matt. I have never dealt with a ruder, more condescending "salesperson" in my life! He basically told me they can't provide what I am looking for. I told him that I really wish Justin hadn't wasted 3 weeks of my time and he hung up on me! I I will be leaving a negative review on every site possible for this company so others don't waste their time or money!

It has been over a year and I still do not have the item I ordered and no partial refund either. I get hung up on when I call and want to talk to a manager. The only way they will talk to you is to take and order and make promises they can't deliver. I'm still out $1200. That money set me back and ended up closing doors to my small business that was already at a loss. They ruined my life and my familys life and I hope that one day they will learn the hard way.

I do see you were working with Conor on an in-store credit and it looks like you had rejected his offer for the full in-store credit and would only accept a Check refund with a 30% cancellation fee. I called them about 15 minutes ago. They said the price of a tool was $269.95. I said the site stated "$229.95". He said, no it is $269.95. I asked him if the price on their site was incorrect and he hung up on me. Glad I checked out this site since it really seems that they are out to take advantage of consumers.

Dosn't come the way they show it. Fenders a flat black no pin striping. The light kit I bought for 29.95 at tractor supply for my trailer they charged 100.00 for. Very unhappy with the way it, s advertised shiny pin stripes and nice looking light package not what you get.

This is a response to prior complaint. If my review had been read... you would see that I ordered the 300cc Motor trike in March but did receive it until mid-August. So when SaferWholeSale was contacted it was mid Sept... clearly in 1 month window. Just the fact that the review I wrote on September didn't receive a response until Dec. Says it all. Thank God I got rid of trike. Had to sell it for less than half that I paid for it and that doesn't take into account the $1100 had to pay to repair a trike that was ridden a total of 7 times in the first month I owned it.

I do understand your frustrations and can assure you that we are here to assist you anyway possible. You received your unit in July and did not contact our parts department until September 17th. This is 2 months after the product was delivered. Although we cover all parts under warranty for the first 30 days after delivery to ensure that the product is free of manufacturer defects, we only cover "Non-wearable" parts after 30 days. The extended 12 month warranty is for engine only. This ensures that if you experience any defects internally they will replace the engine for you. All of the parts that you had requested after owning the vehicle for 2 months are considered Wearable and therefore are not covered under our warranty. The parts you needed were all parts that can be damaged from improper assembly or just by the riders tenencies. You can burn out a clutch very quickly if you ride the unit a specific way and you can break a belt if it is not tightened correctly. I have included the clause from our terms and conditions page that outlines our warranty policies for you review. If you still need replacement parts please feel free to contact our parts and warranty department at your earliest convenience.

10. Manufacturer's Defects/Warranty: Although we do not accept returns or grant refunds, we will request the product manufacturer to ship replacement parts for confirmed manufacturer's defects in an item you purchase from us. Items not covered under any warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries and wearable parts (example: brakes, tires, cables). Labor is also not covered under any warranty. The manufacturers of the products we sell generally warrant the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Although under warranty the parts will be free of charge however; the cost of shipping must be paid for by the customer in order to ship out the part. If a part is lost during shipping you have the choice to file a shipping claim and to order the part from Great Sports Inc. / Efficient Future Inc. at your cost. Great Sports Inc. / Efficient Future Inc. makes no representation concerning any manufacturer's warranty. Two stroke engines are not covered under your warranty, however the unit components are. There are NO GUARANTEES on product color/decals/emblems under any circumstances; however you may request a color. All customers will have two color choices to choose from. There are NO GUARANTEES on helmet size or color under any circumstances. The validity of any warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Great Sports Inc./Efficient Future Inc.

Chinese junk. Sales person Ray calls you back throughout the day until you make a purchase once you purchase one of these Chinese junk scooters you will never be able to talk to him again unless if you're willing to purchase another one when you talk to parts manager John and let him know that your missing pieces on Chinese junk he will tell you to call Amazon and order the parts everyone there is very nasty and does not want bothered with their customers I advise everyone to go elsewhere to purchase scooters buyers beware

Purchased and delivered within a week. No issues there. I didn't bother to call customer service due to the reviews online. Figured if I was dumb enough to buy one I was on my own. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic with an open mind, reviews gave me confidence in the current Chinese products. Received a new coolster 3175 ATV November 2020. Vin says it was built July 2020. Upon assembly, rear axle had 1/16 side play in the carrier - difficult to find washers and new nut needed to fix, Chain was so tight I had to purchase a longer one, rear brake was locked up and needed extreme modification & adjustment to correct. Additionally clutch engagement speed is very high with a lot of engine vibration and noise. I inspected CVT hardware with no defects noted. We have owned it two weeks... myself and the kids can't wait to get rid of it!

On aug 27 I ordered dee well pump and paid 399.95 they took the money out of my acct same day said would take 5 days. Receipt says 10-15 Biz days after several call they say can t process order out of stock and would be 30-60 days refund. Then they say 9/17 in store credit like I would buy anything from these people. I have gone 2 month without water and no income. Is there any desent companies out ther anymore. This is sure not one of them

Purchase a 125cc ATV. Vehicle arrived crated, appeared in good condition. Once uncrated, however, found left brake lever broken. Once battery was powered and wheels installed, vehicle neutral light comes on but entire left side wiring and ignition are not functioning. Can not seem to get any help to resolve the issue from customer service. Very disappointed!

The 300cc quad I bought, (motobrovo) is junk! Shocks all blew out first time I rode it! IT WON'T RUN without the choke on to some degree. Every time you ride you've gotta stop every ten minutes and tighten every bolt even when covered with lock-tite. Can't get parts for it and nobody will work on it because it's Chinese junk. It looks good just sitting there! Shipping was slow, communication was tough at best. Never again.

I bought a Sunny 150cc reversible trike from these crooks. First it took me a few months to get a title for it after I got the bike. Then the bike electronics were all messed up. I could never get it to start electrically, I had to jump start it. Even after I bought two new batteries. Then with in the first summer my muffler and two front fenders rusted off and I had a leak in my gas tank. When I call to complain the pretty much told me oh well nothing we can do. It now sits in my garage to expensive to fix. Please save your self the head ach don't buy from them
