Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
Placed an order then I canceled. A Rep called me back the next day bagging to not cancel that he would wave this fee and wave that fee. So i agreed they took the money from my card. I never received the item. When i called to find out they said i canceled and the my order was never processed. After arguing that this is all BS and being hung up on more then once. I still have not been refunded or received the product.
I highly recommend you DO NOT purchas ANYTHING from this Horrible warehouse.

Call me a purest, but when I work out I don't care about any of the fancy workout equipment. All I want is my bench, and my free weights. The only problem is, my basement is overflowing with dumbbells. I recently found a dumbbell rack online at saferwholesale.com. I ordered two of them, and they're perfect. They were delivered quickly, I had no problems with the ordering process, and they arrived exactly as ordered. I will be a repeat customer.
I was not sure if this scooter would be able to give me the power I need. I was wrong. This scooter is awesome. I am able to rid it with ease. Seat is adjustable and makes it easy to adjust to my height. I love my super turbo Scooter 1200. Ride it all over town. 5 stars!

I bought a couple of outdoor propane heaters for my bars patio from saferwholesale.com. These heaters work a lot better than I thought they would. The patio is only 150sq ft and two of these heaters works perfectly. Our smokers love the fact that we're keeping the patio warm for them in the winter, and a lot of them have been asking us to set the furniture up so they can just hang out back there. I have a feeling once smokers realize they have a place to smoke, and keep warm, in the winter that we may get more customers. Good product and company.
I purchased a party tent from this company
It broke after 1 night. They refused to do anything about it. The worst customer service from Artie a manager. He was rude blamed me stating it was my fault for leaving it up overnight. It's a party tent. I would not ever advise anyone to do business with this company.
1) I received my Clear Glass Basin Vessel today and I truly have no words to express how happy I am with the product. I did not waste a minute to get it installed, and ta-da, my washroom has an all new look. I placed an order with them. For the next 8 days, my order info said "processing", "in final stages of processing" and "may have already shipped". I finally called to find out how long my order would be in the "final stages of processing". I was informed that my item was no longer available. And no, they had no idea why the website did not say the item was not available, nor why I never recieved an e-mail telling me the item was no longer available. To which I replied "Thank you, you won't be hearing from me again, because I will never order anything from you again". How can a business like this stay in business?
I apologize about your order not being fulfilled, but we are not a physical distributor and rely on our vendors to fulfill our orders. If your unit is not available at the time you will be offered upgrade options or you can cancel the order. Your order was cancelled and you were refunded directly. Your issues were all amicably resolved.
They have nothing in stock, they order it all in from the original site. They pay google to be in the first page of searches. Do a picture search and find the original picture and site, buy from there will save $ and stress. Fraud anyone?

Called 6 times trying to get written quote to purchase a new pontoon boat. Twice I was promised quotes within the hour, The other times I was dissed and or hung up on by rude salsas personnel. Your sales staff needs to take lessons on human relations.
Called to get more information about saunas and was extremely disappointed. Rude customer service (person transferred me to someone else without letting me even finish my sentence). 2nd customer representative couldn't provide details about product and then just hung up. Horrible and unprofessional service. I was willing to spend thousands but will have to look elsewhere.

The unit you received is exactly what you purchased from our website and the exact product listed on your sales receipt. The actual unit is made by Tao Tao and the model # is ATA-250C. We have sold this exact unit for over 8yrs now and it has not changed. As far as the damages, we did receive the photos and have submit a shipping claim with our carrier to send you a replacement battery. It has been 3 business days since you submit the photos and although the shipping claim can take up to 120 days for them to pay us for the damages we have already ordered you a replacement Body from our supplier and it is scheduled to ship to you just after the holiday. I apologize it cannot make it to you before the holiday, but we do intend to resolve all of your issues and get you the parts you need.

Was lied to about cost, was lied to about shipping cost, was charged double for shipping as to what I was told, Was lied to about it was in stock. Was lied to about it would be received in 10 to 15 business day. Terrible customer service. Still have not received jeep month later and told will not for a few weeks longer.
8/5/15 Update: now over 2 months since order, still no delivery or refund. Was lied to again when told was arriving by ship any day now 2 weeks ago! Was told if asked for refund would get it, I send 3 emails to the customer service email they provide for that with no response. Beware this company is a scam!

I purchased a bike for a disabled person and was told it would be shipped to her, assembled and shown how to use it. Well today she received it, in a box! I called Great Sports at *******237 in Frankfort, IL where I purchased it from and asked to talk to Craig the salesperson who sold me the bike. I was not allowed to talk to him but the person who answered the phone denied everything that Craig had told me. How's is a disabled person able to assemble this bike (female). I can truthfully say I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life nor will I recommend them to anyone!

I have never had a worst experience. I bought a scooter a month ago that came damaged, I have no manuals, no paperwork and I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I ordered my product on 2/16/2015 called and asked were it was and was told they didn't know but would have someone contact me and they never did I had to call again was on hold for 30 min had to call back told me to call on monday and then wait again on hold. Will never order from here again.

First purchase was a 50 cc quad, it lasted 1 month before the crank case broke. 2nd purchase is a 125cc spear go cart, mirrors broke off, fender flaps broke off, reverse broke after a month. Contacted there service/warranty department and they have not returned my calls or emails.

I do apologize for your experience and I remember our conversation very vividly. We did inform you of our policies regarding Party Tents and how they are not permanent structures. We also checked your local weather for overnight weather and at the end of our discussion it was concluded that this damage had been caused by weather and improper care of the tent. Therefore, we could not warranty any replacement parts or a replacement unit. If the tent arrives to you Damaged, missing parts, or defective you will be warrantied whatever parts necessary. However once the tent is set up we are not liable for any inclement weather you may experience damage from. We were willing to get you parts to replace anything broken, but you refused to take responsibility for not disassembling the tent overnight and purchase parts. We even offered to get you a discount from our distributor for the parts needed, but you refused to accept anything else besides a full replacement, which we could not fulfill based on the circumstances of the issue. We are always here to help a customer get whatever they need to resolve any issues with a product they purchased from us, but our warranty policies are very clear and do not cover customer negligence.
