Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

I purchased two atvs with them only making it where i couldl borrow 2300 dollars and now because they say i missed a payment i am now in debt with them by 4300 dollars asked could i return the item due to neither one running after a couple of days of use for one of them and a day of use for the other one. They have poor customer service so yeah i gave them a 1 should be a 0000 all the way. Do not buy anything from them.

Like others, I regret not reading reviews before ordering. You kind of can tell from the very first interaction with them that it's not going to be a straight forward purchase. E.g. When you have to negotiate the shipping charges, which are not available when you order. Then if you need call customer service, they are really rude. I should have followed my gut with them. Just by looking at their website and their pushy sales strategy, you can tell there is something fishy; but I'm just one customer, so don't only take my word for it. A simple google search will save you from a bad experience and potentially losing some money.

Do not i repeat Do not buy anything from this company... they are a total rip off and don't how they talk to their customers, especially the person who work in parts... he is rude and unprofessional and lies about everything hey say... i didn't even have my Atv for a whole day and the breaks went out and it flipped my daughter off and when I called they gave me the run around and so many words he basically didn't care

Beware if you order from this company. They will not honor warranty. I ordered a crossfire 200 golf cart/utility vehicle from this company which was damaged during shipment. They were suppose to call before it was delivered only to come home and find it sitting in my driveway damaged without a call. Contacted them originally about the damage and they said no problem to just send in a warranty claim and they would take care of it. 2 weeks later after no call I contact them to inquire about the claim and they refuse to honor the damage claim. Roof, rims and front hood damaged from fork lifting. Buyer beware of this company. They do not stand by their product and shipment. If I would of been home I would have definitely not took delivery of this product the way it was damaged. Most likely why they never contacted me before delivery.

Alex is so rude! Hung up on me. Ordered 2 hoverboards from Bob in the phone... hoverboards arrived wrong colors, 2 different models, no free carrying bag that was promised. One had a remote, other one didn't. Waiting to see how their customer service department will deal with this issue.

What a scam - ships units missing parts - They don't stock parts - 2 to 6 weeks for delivery maybe? My kids are looking at new go karts sitting in garage for the beginning of summer - Rude garbage employees

It infuriates me that I even have to give them one star. Worst service ever!. Received the wrong heater, called to request exchange/refund and representative was rude and offensive. I will never do business with this company again. I truly believe they rip people off and have no sense of respect or common courtesy.

My son bought us a brand new Terminator golf cart back in April from Safer Wholesale and the charging system won't register right. He has contacted them several times always of getting the new part needed in a few weeks at most. Here it is in September and still several attempts no part. Beware of this company they don't honor there customers and any things that need taken care of. Thank you

Never in all my years of purchasing ATV for my kids have I ever had to deal with poor service like theirs. My husband and I bought a 4 wheelers for my 16 year old daughter. The first day riding it, it tore up and hasn't worked since then. Not knowing they would give me a hard time about parts, and the warranty. How can they sale faulty products to paint customers. Everytime we call we get the run around. This is the absolute worst place to buy from. Never spend your money here, and i could they would get 0 stars.

It took two weeks longer to get delivered then promised. Was supposed to be fully assembled it was not. Sent the wrong color roll cage and front bumper. Passenger seat was broken. They sent me about a hundred nuts and bolts with no manual on how to assemble. Absolutely never do business with this company again. I recommend you steer clear

Did not receive the electric trike bike I ordered. No one would help correct the issue at the company. Wrong color, missing parts, scratched fender and 500 watts vs 1000 as advertised and on receipt. G*******

Deceptive financing and faulty products. Do not stand behind their product. Stay away from this place. Do not order if it is too good to be true it is. They use a finance company that charges you double by telling you, you agreed to leasing so the $2500 I have already paid os for nothing.

Very similar problem here. They charged me $650 right when I placed my order, and no delivery date was promised. That was 5 1/2 weeks ago. I called them, and at first was impressed by the speed by which they answer. But after 3 calls, they refuse (no exaggeration, flat-out refuse) to give me any information about when I can expect delivery. I asked to cancel my order, and they gave their stupid 'that's not possible, all sales are final' BS. Excuse me, how can all sales be final if you haven't even shipped anything? Thank God for credit card charge backs! I told them I'd have to contact my credit card company, before the 60-day limit, and that the only time I'd ever had to do a credit card charge back in the past was when I bought a DVD from an overseas company which never arrived, and it turned out that company was a Canadian organized crime syndicate!

Your website has good deals and I like that you give the option to make an offer.

Problem is your follow up leaves much to be desired.

I'll be very frank, I had money in hand but nobody wanted to take it.

A lot of good talking points... and then nothing. Really a bad business model.

A good example is that I made an offer last evening, never heard from anyone last night... got two emails today. One reminding me that your having a sale and one about this survey.

Still no yes or no to my offer. I'm still reviewing your sale prices and will likely buy…... if I can ever get someone to take my money.

Stay away from this company they will take your money and ship you damaged products then tell you the damaged parts are not in stock with wait period of 3 months, just purchase from a different company this is a scam..

The customer service is horrible the warranty is no good didn't even have my 110 aby for long and it messed up and would not pull during the first month I got it long story short submitted a request for parts during my warranty they denied it and has to pay for it which is ridiculous. Hold time be forever when you talkin about problems but if I want to buy something they answer the phone soon as possible do not order from here or get extended warranty people are full of bull $#*! they deserve no stars

I just sat on hold for almost an hour after some rude salesman sighed and said let me see if we even have that... now reading reviews as I sit being ignored. I was going to buy an expensive chair, but now I am not. I guess you should have taken my money faster.

Order Moped online. Salesperson calls me minutes after asking for 150.00 additional for shipping. I got the Moped but I have parts I have no clue where they go or fit to. The instructions is a Chinese DVD with English subtitles. I keep getting the Title is in the mail. I gave them the benefit of doubt, its now day 10 that its been in the mail. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to cancel the charges. All this could have been avoided if they would just done their job, Sorry as Hell company.

Phone sales reps give false info to get you to purchase items, once paid for and delivered, item is nowhere near as marketed and only then do you learn that returns are not allowed. NEVER do business with this company!
