We ordered a cantilever umbrella, like one we had in the past. Paid them $370 for a Tobago umbrella and they sent us a cheap Blue Wave $200 umbrella instead!(but stamped Tobago on the box!)
When our order came the first time, the "customer service" people were HORRENDOUS! They said they sent me an email telling me my order was coming. No - never got one. Then they said already sent, and delivered! It wasn't. They screwed up the address, and had to beg them to send me the tracking number.
I tracked it down on MY OWN, no help from them, and to find out it wasn't the one we ordered! WHAT A RIP-OFF! Never order from them again!
I had a Roadcat 250 my wife purchased. When putting it together we found the battery was junk. I spoke to customer service a half dozen times and they kept promising a new battery. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Then they won't even return a phone call. 5 months and no battery, no nothing. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RIPOFF ARTISTS. Next stop... attorney. Buy elsewhere
We bought a coolster 125cc four wheeler. It stated that it goes 43 miles per hour and it only goes 23. When we ordered over the phone the guy said that all we had to put together is the tires and put gas. No! We had the front rake, back rake, handle bars, steering, tires, battery, gas, all the stickers, back reflector. We contacted customer service and they still have not got back to us regarding the speed. This also has a hard time starting. We had to adjust the choke and it still doesn't stay running. This is just a pile of junk! Don't waste your money.
Hello, I Apologize for the inconvenience. In regards to the speed it sounds like you have not adjusted the speed governor. If the speed governor screw is not adjusted your unit will only go so fast. Please call in and speak to our tech dept so we can walk you through on how to adjust that.
Call the number in Attorney General Lisa Madigan fraud numbers for these businesses. There are class action lawsuits.

Ordered a yellow 46series d150p on Mother's Day.
Received a call next day, saying sorry not available but some options for a replacement or a refund, said to myself here we go. Credit card hassles and all.
Nope we are Golden everyone, accepted the 46j as a replacement after some inventory checking.
Same body style but better trim than the 46y that was offered, nothing but smooth knowledgeable calm fast responses from this Tim guy. Hands down he works for his customers.

I've been riding my bike the 5 miles to and from work for the past couple of years. The only thing I don't enjoy about it is that on particularly hot mornings I can arrive to work drenched in sweat. I figured the best way to get around this was to get a motor attachment for my bike. That way in the mornings I can turn the engine on if I get too hot, and then I can get my exercise in after work on the ride home. I bought my engine at saferwholesale.com. Their inventory of bike engines was vast. So vast that I wasn't exactly sure what I should buy. I gave their customer service a call, and told them what I needed. They were very helpful, and together we decided the chrome 80cc engine kit was the best bet. It even came with the gas tank. My order arrived just before Christmas. It was exactly what I was expecting, and I had it put together, and on the bike, in just a few hours. I filled it with gas, and it started right away. I'm very happy with this transaction.
My worst nightmare, they lie and only do one thing well, take your money, after sales service does not exist, they hid behind a number of company's GREAT SPORTS INC is one of them, charge for shipping services that you don't get. The item take for ever to be shipped
When received broken, damaged in freight, dead and corroded batterys wires etc. they tell you to put in a claim to a account that does not exist, after two months 30 emails, 10 phone calls put on hold for 20-30 mins. You get Arti a very rude no customer skills, who wastes another three months, of not answering your Emails. Then in the end tells you you don't have a claim, even though you have pictures documents etc.

I apologize for your frustrations. You received a golf cart with a damaged roof. Unfortunately due to lack of notations with the delivery company we could not claim any damages. We have provided you with a copy of the delivery receipt where you noted it was a GOOD delivery. Your mother in law indicated that she could get a replacement roof locally for $300.00 and although we cannot claim the damages we would be willing to entertain giving you some in-store credit as compensation towards a future purchase with our company due to customer satisfaction.

Never ever ever going to buy from this place again! Awful customer service and manger skills! After they get your money (mine was almost 9 grand) they don't give a f_ck about you or your order! They wait 2 weeks after you oder and tell you they cant get the color i want so theyll just send another color! I dont want another color! They said we dont understand why i just cant take the only color they have!? Then got mad at me! Very rude people to talk to, even the manager Tim is very unprofessional.

The UTVs we ordered arrived in time to be assembled before Christmas which was what we wanted. They were well packaged and arrived in great condition. However there were a few parts missing. The blue one is missing the front turn signals and the spark arrestor. IF they are supposed to have horns, neither has one. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. I would give them zero stars but one star is the lowest I bought a 4 Wheeler for my son and they said it would be here by his birthday. It wasn't, it was a week and a half late. It came with broken parts. I called them and sent them several pictures they said they would contact the manufacturer and get them out to me. I have called no less than 25 times and It has bin over a month and a half and still do not have my parts. Forward this to everyone you know on facebook and twitter and tell them to beware!.

I apologize you have that view of the way things transpired. I can assure you we tried to help you with every problem you encountered, but you were very resistant to accept any help. You would not send us photos we needed of the damage nor could you provide us with any information regarding what you needed. You did a chargeback and it was determined that we were in accordance and indeed helping you. The credit card sided with us and as of 2/21/14 we informed you that if you provided us with a mechanic diagnostic we would get you any parts you needed and we would help get any of your issues resolved. It is very easy to work with our parts and warranty department to resolve all problems, but you also have to be willing to cooperate when we need information in order to be able to better assist you.
To date in August 2016 still waiting for my parts I was contacted by the company telling me that they would send all my parts and call me for updates still nothing I will give all names of the parties that have been lying to me

It is hard to purchase from your company as it is in the US, and I am from Canada./ We don't get the same offers or special discounts as the US customers. You should have either an outlet or representitive in Canada.
I was transferred 3 times and left on hold for 30 minutes while they checked to see if they could price match a scooter. Though their website said it was in stock and that they would, they came back and said it was out of stock and that they wouldn't price match it anyhow. I then commented on a tiktok video about my experience. They said I was a liar, and then blocked me. Stay away from these clowns.

I had ordered a pit bike from them and they didnt want to process it because I used a -$40 shipping code they provide. Then blame my card (more than enough funds). Customer Service lady has additude and doesnt want to help so she hangs up. After I called again she made me take to some guy (she didnt mute the call) and i heard "this mother$#*!er is on the line again. Guy rudely answered and said its he canceled my order and hung up. Bad company over all
I called these criminals and asked about a certain go kart for my son. I was specific in the color I wanted and was told no problem we can get it. I foolishly gave them a check over the phone and was told my receipt would be emailed immediately... it was not... I had to call for it. Two days later they said we cannot get you what you ordered but we will not allow you to cancel and we are keeping your money. I stopped payment and closed my account at great cost and inconvenience to me. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS.
I purchased a tiger 300 cc trike lase summer (2011) and from day one it was a piece of CHINA junk or worse. They try to copy Japan and failed. Customer service sucks, Matt may as well go to china for he is usless as a human beign in the USA. I have spent around $800.00 fixing this pices of junk and cannot get the $150.00 out of them as Matt promised. What is great is I work at Lowe's and park the trike in front of the entrance doors. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site! They are the worse vendor I have EVER dealt with. I order a motorcycle from them and it came all scratched up. It was clear that the scratches are NOT due to shipping because the their are no damages to the frame and the scratches are top of and not the sides.
I called multiple time but every time I am on hold for 15 to 30 mins before I can talk to anyone and every time they said they will look into and call me back but they never do. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager. Finally after 3 months of me calling and demanding for a solution they said there are not going to do anything!

I called to order a go kart for my son they were higher priced then i different location so told me they would match the price awsome right? Wrong they matched price then next day pulled order told me it was because it was out of stock. Called back to find out that go kart was not out of stock just the price wouldnt work for THEM at the price they matched so lied to me and told me out of stock instead. Customer service is worst ive seen in awhile will never buy from them was looking to spend 1500 with this company and just got the run around because they werent making enough and wouldnt honor what they originally agreed to price wise and then just hide and say its out of stock. No phone call or anything to try to fix problem just sent me email and cancelled order horrible experience!
Thebcustomer service representative lied about how the product is assembled at shipment. When asked how it comes in the crate, he said it was all assembled and it just has to be rolled off the crate. I saw hiw this comes in and it is in a thousand pieces. Don't fall for this.

I tried to buy a Bashan DB-08 Storm 250 motorcycle from Safer Wholesale. I was told the bike was in stock and was asked to pay by echeck to get the bike before someone else and at a price I could afford. I paid. When I checked the receipt I found they had changed the bike for a cheaper one. I called them and was told the bike I had ordered was out of stock and would not be getting any more so they chose this one for me? I told them I would go ahead and take the cheaper bike anyway as it was made by the same company and was a very good bike. One week later I called to check out my order and was told the bike they substituted for the Bashan DB-08 250 was not in stock and the they would not be getting them again. I asked for a refund and I received a refund check quickly.
The sandviper I received was well built and rides great. Onlubhad one issue with bad throttle which was replaced twice ril we received the correct part with the correct connector. So based on the product performance I would raise my rating from a one tona three. The customer service and operations were problematic at first but everything was satisfied including the shipping charge which they refunded at 50% for the right product I would purchase from them again and be very clear bout shipping expectations.

Why was my order cancelled? I am so very upset as I was looking so for my cart and when I called to verify my delivery date was told my order was cancelled.
