Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
So far my experience was good I got a call last from a sell man that was a little pushy I'm trying to work on the funds to buy one for my grandson plus I have a friend that was thinking about but two for his grandkids I'm going to meet him when he gets off work to show him your ad. My experience today was not bad, but it didn't address my point. You said make an offer, but their was no offer made. You told me to rate my experience, but I had no experience with you. I mad an offer, and it was never addressed. It probably won't be addressed at all. I like the Azura Go Kart, but that wasn't addressed either, and that is what I wanted to purchase.
The 150cc bike I purchased had nothing but problems from the start. Was missing many parts and the first day I rode it the bike broke. I had to spend hundreds of dollars to get it fixed just for the bike to brake again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! All their product is cheap Chinese machines that are absolute pieces of dog $#*!. The prices are too good to be true. Good luck getting your money back!

Purchased EW 88 L electric trike.
The sales page said it went up to 17 mph... not even close, we got it to go up to 5-6 mph after trying everything, even disengaging the front brake. After weeks of sending emails and phone calls that were mysteriously dropped and hung up on, their final position will not take the trike back. Out of over $1400!
Bike came damaged and waiting to see if they will honor at least the parts, will come back and keep you updated as this nightmare unfolds.

If you are from Canada and wanting to import one of their motorcycle be sure they are on the list of Transport Canada. At saferwholesale they told me that they are use to make business with Canada and that the ship scooters every week in Canada. So I bought one and now that is time to register it in Canada, Transport Canada is telling me I did not have the right to import it in the first place. So I have to either export it from Canada or destroy it with proof send to the Canada custom offices!
We do a significant amount of business with Canada and even have a canadian exclusive website for products specific for Canada. Although we do sell 18,000 different products we are not specialists in what the registration and license laws are in each state or for this matter Canada. Always be sure to check with your local DMV prior to making an informed purchase to make sure the product is acceptable. We have shipped many products over the border, but motorsports are one of the most restricted product categories for import. We apologize for the discrepancy, but we are willing to work with you and offer you some compensation towards a future purchase with us due to this issue.

Well first I didn't know it would take this long to get my velocity scooter I have been calling every other day nothing I asked them when am I going to receive my order they said that they needed verification and I showed them. They said it was being shipped then I called and they said it was with the vendor im like ok can you get them to email me my receipt but I have proof that I paid them. I ordered my scooter on July 8 2014 and now it is July 31 2014 how long must I wait im kinda upset because I have a job interview coming up and I don't want to walk there and no one will take me so please someone out there tell me what I need to do cause I need my product that I ordered I don't to have to get my bank involved cause its not gonna be pretty. First I want to say the customer service was awesome! My customer service Rep was Ray and he not only helped me pick out the right Trike scooter for me but also helped me find out how to get financed. He took his time to help me also and didn't rush me. I got my Trike in yesterday and I love everything about it. The UPS man was real careful unloading it and believe me it wasn't easy getting it out since it was on a long wooden pallet and his lift to get it out was not as long. He had to maneuver it sideways just right to get it out and down safely. It was packed in a steel frame and there's no way it would get damaged unless it was unloaded incorrectly.
I will be recommending Safer Wholesale to all my friends and when I drive my beautiful Trike Scooter, it will get some attention. I will advertise tor this company. Thanks Ray!

I bouhht a 110 cc quad and the one tire was bent out sent pictures get a response i have to take it to a small engine dealer Bike was ridden twice. Then i speak to manager John he says send me a picture again I do dont hear back from them. I call again first he says he never spoke to me then he says I told you to resend pics. Then he proceeds to get nasty on the phone. I dont see how they they sell a product and diesnt back it.
Interested in ATV, great prices. It's a little confusing to know item selection (says 150-250 cc) but does not have size selection. Lot's of contact choices, chat, email, text and phone.
Bought a new electric forklift at Saferwholesale and received such great service while finalizing everything document needed for ownership. It was a smooth process I must say.
Craig the daytime salesman did good if everything is delivered as I was told. The two night shift salesmen were less knowledgeable and hard for me to do business with.

DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THESE CROOKS! NOTHING! Paid $2,500.00 for a Trike Conversion Kit for my Harley. These contraptions are designed with one flaw. You can get killed when the center rear tire looses road traction and then all power and brake control is lost. Contacted the rudest people... they actually HUNG UP on me! I now am out $2,500.00 for a DEATH CONTRAPTION I refuse to install. NO REFUND on custom orders? Refund cost is 30% of purchase order? These people are insane! CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE!

It sounds to me like you had that product set up incorrectly and I am pretty sure that product comes with torsion axles that can be adjusted for perfect tire height. If you are not getting your rear tire to touch the ground it seems the product has been set up incorrectly. We have sold thousands of trike kits an different variations over the past 4 years and have never once heard of a customer experiencing the problems you have described. Hopefully by now you have figured this out.

If you have missing parts when a product is received you can get the needed parts from our Warranty department. As far as delayed shipments, that all relies on the specific product and manufacturer the product is from. We have over 18,000 products and 1,000 different vendors who sell their products on our website. Some items are less available than others and some products have longer lead times than others. We try our best to keep you up to date on any delays that may occur, but you can understand that some customer's are not willing to accept any sort of delay. At the end of the day we are here to get you a product less expensive than anyone else and we cut out the retail prices. We are your representation to a manufacturer's warehouse that has no customer service. We supply you with the point of contact to have all of your issues resolved. I've seen so many complaints about this company all over the internet, Yelp, Pissed consumer, the BBB. The owner Gary Briden was sued by the IL Attorney Generals Office. There are Facebook pages about this business. Safer wholesale new Lenox Beware is just one.
This company is total garbage! We purchased a 800$ atv from them on 7/22 and have been told every day for over a week now that it will be shipped in the next 24-48 hrs and then I was hung up on by their "friendly sales representatives" when I voiced my opinion on the issue! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
This customer's product was delivered to them prior to 08/14/14 via rlcarriers.com # I350171109. We shipped the customer their MSO paperwork on 08/14/2014. All of this customer's issues have been amicably resolve within 5 days of this customer posting this review.

We have communicated with you on numerous occasions and offered you support with any issues you have experienced. You initially indicated to us that you had some damage to the Plastic body of the unit you received. We have offered to replace the damaged parts for you, but you declined because you could not get the unit to go as fast as you would have liked. These units do go upwards of 17mph depending on the weight of the rider. We indicated to you that you may need to perform some type of adjustment and we could get you in contact with the supplier directly to troubleshoot any issues you have experienced. You also declined this offer stating that you would accept nothing less than to have that product shipped back to the supplier and have a complete replacement shipped to you. We informed you that this was only an option if you were willing to pay the transit costs of the shipment back and forth. You also declined this offer. We have offered you options for resolution with each problem you have encountered, but you have declined any of our support. We are willing to help you with the issues you are experiencing, but you must also be willing to accept our support. We have not had any further communications with you since September and at this point considered your issues to be resolved.
