I purchased an outlaw kit for my 2000 Honda shadow sabre 1100 around the end of February or beginning of March, received it around the middle of April, had it installed, first time I rode it around the block the bracket on the right rear bent at the gusset, had someone make me some new and stronger ones. Not even 2 weeks later one of the other brackets that was on the kit broke and had to have them fixed. Now the frame across the back is broke in half and one of the brackets that connect to where the passenger foot peg goes is almost broken in half. So here is more stuff that I have to take and have fixed. So I strongly suggest that no one purchase an outlaw kit, cause you will be constantly repairing it. I am already out over $500.00, and fixing to be out even more money to get it fixed. I am 58 years old and I mostly ride it back and forth to work, which is less than a mile from my house. Sorry for this being so long, but I had to let people know about this. If they even leave it in the reviews for there customers to see

Ordered Classical RocketTeer Side Car Motorcycle Sidecar Kit on 06/03/2023. It is now 09/01/2023 and no tracking number for shipment. It was to be shipped to our business. It has still not arrived nor have we been giving a shipment tracking number.

When I called to attempt to speak with someone, a woman who refused to give me her name, stated the sidecar already shipped but they didn't have a tracking number and to contact the freight shipping company to get it. I did and of course they informed me that SafterWholesale was given a tracking number upon pickup if any item was actually shipped through them. She was incredibly rude and had an oh well attitude concerning our order, which was not cheap.

Definitely outside of their 4-8 weeks we were told for shipping. We have missed ALL late Summer motorcycle events because it's too late to order from anywhere else and have it arrive on time.

I'll update if they actually ship the sidecar... If not I guess we'll have to get banks and federal fraud division involved due to the amount of money sent to SaferWholesale via their website.

Definitely do not recommend ordering through the company for any reason.

Someone did respond to my Google review stating they would like to rectify the situation however, I strive to be as polite as possible to anyone in the service industry because I know they generally get treated like garbage and was still met with rudeness from their customer service reps on the phone and through online chat.

I'm shocked they don't charge for the phone call to place an order. Run from this company and for your own sake don't give them any money up front they keep 43% on refunds. Pretty sure they do most of their own reviews on line. RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK...

I ordered a tent on June 30,2014 with express delivery for a 4th of July Event. There was an error in the delivery and I never received my tent ( it was returned to the seller). As of today, I have not received a refund! I have been rudely spoken to regarding my refund and hung up on several times. I have been very PATIENT and followed the process of emailing my request but still NO RESOLUTION. I was prompt with my payment and now this company has the tent and my $354.95. I was hoping that the other reviews were incorrect and this company would live up t their word of refunding my money but I guess that's not true. My order information is as follows: Sales No. G*******/ Purchase Date 6/30/14 / Payment Amount $354.95. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Don't buy anything from these people, yes they have great prices but what they send you must be the returns they get from other venders which are all ready bad and won't work properly if at all. I purchased a tnkless water heater from them which took almost 3 wks to get and then was not even in a vender package just a postal box. Hooked it up per the venders instuctions and got hot water and then cold, it just kept cycling like this even after changing all faucets to low flow. Called customer service and they were rude and just said all sales are final no refunds for the junk they sell.

After the 3rd use, my Meyer home plow blade got a terrible bend in it. There are NO SUPPORTS on the back of the blade. Meyer DOES NOT STAND behind their warranty. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

THEIR ADS ARE MISLEADING, THEY DON'T STAND BY THE ADS, THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU! They advertised a Monday night 24-hour sale. There ad said "Heat 1500 square feet for $1 day $239.00. I could not find on their website a heater that would heat 1500 sq. Ft. For $239.00. When I asked the rep on the phone (after waiting on hold for 15 minutes) he replied, "Oh, you're an ad guru today", then he abruptly hung up. There ad was not true, and there customer service sucks. I would not order from a compnay that treats me in this manner BEFORE the sell. Just imagine what it would be like after the sell.

I bought my son a ATV it came 3 weeks later even though I paid for 5 day shipping. It do not work and they are trying to make me pay someone to fix it. This is wrong I asked for a new one and they said no they have to send me new parts like I know how to fix it myself. So I have to pay someone to fix it after they send me the parts.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.

They suck! Ordered item that was no longer available pd by online check, they claim a big co like this can not do credit cards, that was in April still no refund or return call or email.

Shop else where, they are crooks!

I ORDERED A UTV FOR $8600. 00 IN NOV. 2013. IT CAME IN MISSING A PART. I HAVE BEEN THRU HELL TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO GET ME THE MISSING PART, AND IT HAS BEEN 8 MONTHS AND STILL THE RUN AROUND. MY NEXT STEP IS TO SUE T SOBS MY PHONE # IS *******277 AND I WILL GLADLY TALK TO ANY ONE AND DISCOURAGE THEM FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I see you have been working with our parts department to get a Canopy and some parts for your dump bed. Our vendor has assured us that the parts were ordered from the Factory in China towards the middle of March. We have inquired to them as recently as 7/8/14,2 days ago to get a status on the availability. They did inform us they could express ship the parts via air mail from China, but that cost would be at your discretion. I assure you the minute the parts are available they will be shipped to you directly, but unless we pay extra for the express shipping we are at the mercy of our Freight shipment and Customs. We will update you as soon as we have a concrete answer on the shipment of your parts. You can always call us and speak with Conrad any time you like.

Can I do minus 1 Star? I purchased a Spider Go Kart. I called to place the order so I could ask about assembly. I was told assembly was minimal- just put the tires on and a few other items. It arrived as a GO KART kit. Almost nothing is assembled. The instructions are horrible - small black and white pictures with little detail. I tried to return it and that was a complete fiasco. They wanted a restocking fee and me to pay shipping etc. $3623 (order total including original shipping charges and other fees)

Great tool for when you very little space to maneuver your trailer. Small city streets make it nerve racking to back in our boat into our driveway. I went from 20mins and 30plus turns to 3minutes 1 turn to back into my driveway with my 20' boat.

I purchased a Facial steamer with Magnifying Lamp on April 2012 after several weeks they send me a Magnifying lamp and told me that's what you ordered, after several e-mails and proof that this is wrong item, I found out they do not have my item any more in warehouse and they are not willing to give me my money back eventhough that I returned the item back to warehouse and paid the shipping from my pocket too. This company realy is a highway rubbery.

We were not able to refund you directly as you put in a dispute for payment with your credit card company on the day that you shipped it back without notifying us. We had previously informed you that we would work with you to get a suitable product and then you informed us you had disputed the charges. Unfortunately, once a dispute has been initiated the credit card company informs us directly NOT to process a refund as the amounts may come out as double.

I ordered a UTV from this company in October 2016. I was told by Ray and Matthew that this UTV had a 1 year warranty on it. I started having trouble about a month ago. I was informed at that time that it only had a 30 days Parts only warranty. I also did a claim on the part that was damaged during delivery and have called several times about the part. I have never got the damaged part. I paid $295.00 for the UTV to be delivered to my home after taking my money I was notified that I would have to drive 45 mins to the shipping hub to pick it up because they did not have a way to bring it to me. I NEVER got any of my shipping money back! THIS COMPANIES WORD IS NO GOOD! These products they sale ARE CHEAP MADE when you pay $6400. 00 for something it should last longer than 8 months. I also called last week to see how long they said the warranty is on this UTV--THEY are still saying 1 year----THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY A SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a gocart for my grandson for Christmas. I ordered it in November to get it here in time for Christmas. The go cart started having issues right after Christmas. Since it was over 30 days (36) when it was delivered they will not stand behind the warranty. The head is warped on the engine and has been that way from initial assembly. I have to pay for a small engine mechanic to disassemble it and rebuild it. The only thing I received was a set of gaskets. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS
