Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ON-LINE OR BY PHONE, ETC. I ordered a red trike back back in May, 2015 as my primary and secondary choice and they told me it was already in stock when I ordered it. I kept calling in, getting the run around by RUDE salespeople, and on June 8th, received a call from Tim that they don't have my trike in red and that there is no ETA on it but I can go with another color. I kept calling Tim back, they would ask for my name, & then was told "he isn't here". Today I finally spoke with him, he was beyond RUDE, talking over me when I would try and talk saying "I can't give you a refund but you can order something else" & he just kept repeating that when I would try and speak. He was EXTREMELY rude. Do not go through the experience I did. It is absolutely not worth it- trust me. This company is dishonest so I can only imagine how their products come shipped (that is- if they ever get shipped). They don't deserve to be in business!

BAD COMPANY! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS! A TRUE RIPOFF SCAM! Their goal is to take your money, so don't be fooled by the $50 e-check payment on their website. They use a internet scam that gets your money and then they hold you off as long as possible till the bank dispute time lapses, then by law they are not liable to you. If you have purchased something form this website, dispute the charge quickly so that you may have some recourse for legal action against them. They are well organized and well thought out SCAMMERS!

Please do not make the same mistake I did. I ordered two minibikes for my kids as a Christmas present and was promised since it was over 3 weeks in advance that I would get them long before Christmas. Well Christmas has come and gone and no minibikes, so all I want is my money back and they give you the run around. Also they do their very best to get you to pay by check because they know if you pay with credit card you can dispute the charge and most likely would have to. That was another mistake I made in dealing with these people. If you order from safer wholesale I believe you will deeply regret it. Remember this is a real review from a real customer, a good portion of the positive reviews will naturally be fake so if you look at their track record you will see, I only wish I had read the reviews first..

As stated when we had spoken initially and every time since then, this is a simple shipping claim. UPS lost your package in transit and we have an active shipping claim open with the carrier. The have most recently indicated to us that one of the Bikes was found in Maryland and is being put in transit to you today. They have a scheduled pick up at their location between 12-4pm today. Once we have a tracking number for that unit we will update you accordingly. The second unit in your shipment has been deemed to be completely lost and the carrier will be paying us out on the case shortly. Once the carrier claim has been completed we will ship you the second bike you ordered.

I just purchased a 300cc Trike, I didn't get the color I wanted Red I got my second Choice, Silver. Also this is 2015, So I was expecting to get a 2015 Motorcycle Trike... only to find out it was made in 2012! This is miss leading, in you ad for this trike dosen't say anything about this being made in 2012, Now I hope that I don't have to wait forever to get my Cert. Of Origin! For whatever reason you were not satisfied with the replacement units we sent. Even 2 years after your purchase we were able to get you a Credit and as of now you have an in-store credit for any future purchase with our company.

I have worked with the folks at Safer Wholesale for the past several weeks to purchase my electric bicycle... The sales group was very courteous and helpful, as I was seeking information to decide on the proper product for my needs... The "Fat Tire Electric Bicycle" arrived at my home in Delaware in perfect condition, and the lead acid battery pack arrived the next day, also in perfect condition... I took the bicycle to my local shop for assembly and safety check... At the bike shop the technician found the crank shaft was slightly bent... we called Jerry in service/claims and he promptly sent us a replacement... I have spoken to Jerry to request quotes for spare parts and was promptly sent the information... I use the new "Fat Tire Electric Bicycle" in the fields and trails behind my home and it is amazing... in fact... my 3 buddies have tested the new bicycle and they are each planning to purchase one as well... I am now "74" years of age and with this electric bicycle I am able to use it effortlessly, as if I had the strength that I had in my mid 50's... I am now able to enjoy the bicycle in ways I thought were long gone... Avoid this company at all cost. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The quad I got for my daughter came and the bumper was outside the metal frame enclosure and scratched to crap before it was even unboxed. I called and was told to create a ticket. I did. I continued to put the quad together and it was missing both rear axle nuts and washers and the lock washers and nuts for steering knuckles. I never heard back, created another ticket. Still no work. I went on to Chat and the person told me to go to the hardware store and buy them. I then called and the lady was rude and told me to wait 3 business days but I explained that I had waited more than 3 business days and she was rude. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. I do not know if others have had trouble before but I am posting my experience on all my social media platforms. If I treated clients the way they do, I would be out of business. Now thanks to their lack of professionalism I get to give my daughter a quad she cant use and has damage. At this point all I want is to return the damn thing and I will buy elsewhere. Company is a Joke!

Ordered 2 gas powered 50cc scooters on 3/10/15, and was told we should receive them in 10 to 15 days. 9 days later we were told the color we ordered was not available... but they did have 2 other colors in stock & available. We responded right away, same day with the colors we would take. And then was told they had to do the reorder due to color change & it would be another 10-15 days. Needless to say it has been about a 3 week process now & we still have no scooters & no tracking number or any info as to when we can expect them to arrive. When we called we have been told a couple of times now that someone would get back to us ASAP with a tracking number & date to expect them. I realize issues happen... but they have had our money for almost a month & we still have no scooters. Feeling a little frustrated. They have not even bothered to compensate us in any way for what appears to be issues on their end not ours. Not real good customer service in my opinion. This opinion may change when I actually receive a scooter.

Unfortunately as a wholesaler and not a retailer, we are at the mercy of our suppliers to provide the products listed on our website. We represent about 1,000 different distributors across the US and Canada and they all carry different products. Each product has a different lead time based on whether it needs production or is readily available to ship. Some of our products ship readily and have a 10-15 business day delivery and others are custom produced to order and have delivery time frames of 6-8weeks. It all depends on the product availability and of course the demand for the product. During peak season of units that require production there can be delays in order processing due to influx in orders. I am sure as of now your order has been completed and your issues resolved. Again, I do apologize for any delay you experienced.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a ATV for an eight year old, and received a ATV for a three year old. After being brushed off for several days, it took for me to use profanity to get an explanation as to why I received the wrong ATV. Then I was told that I would only receive a hundred dollars back. REALLY. After trying to explain that my son wants to ride his ATV, I was told that he didn't care about my son. This is NOT safer wholesale, this is SCAMMING wholesale. And to the young man that told me that you don't care about my son, guess what I don't care about your family especially your mama for having YOU. Real men do manual labor, not answer phones.
