James purchased a 2014 1100 ground thumper. At purchase of this side by side Jeramy the sales person. After negotiation of purchase was with a front windshield. And so unite shipped. Received. Was shorted spare tire and tire holder. Of course they cash your funds faster then they said. So I contacted saferholesale. Com by phone 7 different times. Before getting info on email address contacted this email and yes they return my emails. But never fixed the problem. It's ben 4 months i still have not recived front windshield Spare tire yes is nice for a company to make sales. It's way better to give customer what he ordered. And then the answer that I get is if thay inclooded these parts that would lose money. Nice company ha next step is to put my exspeariens on the Internet.

Okay, ordered on Aug 14, received solar panel and that was it... where is the solar unit? Lost it in the mail after waiting 6 weeks for somthing that was to take 10 to 15 days, lies lies, now my solar unit arrive battery all drained and acid all over my converter, please never shop with these people,, THE WORK EVER... NEVER AGAIN.

OKAY, NORMALLY I DON'T CARE TO POST REVIEWS ON A COMPANY EVEN IF IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE BUT I WAS CHARGED $1,199 FOR THE VIPER 150CC WHEN CALLED THEY WERE RUDE FROM THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TO THE MANAGEMENT. WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NOT CHARGED TO MY CARD. CALLED MY BANK AND WAS TOLD OTHERWISE. SO IM DONE WITH THE RUN AROUND GAMES I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT. CANT WAIT TO GET THE LAST LAUGH. BETTER OFF DEALING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I ENDED UP GETTING THE SAME BIKE FOR $350 Less than this bs of a company charged.

It sounds to me like you have some shippping damage on the unit you received from us. These units can often be handled roughly during transit causing them to arrive with some damage. We do insure our products through transit, so if you were able to notate the damages with the carrier we can file a claim and get you whatever replacement parts you need. As far as the unit year, unless advertised as such the year can fluctuate depending on product. Some of our more popular items are constantly being replenished in stock, but some of the more rare units we have listed on our website may be overstock and the manufacturer's distribution facility just simply has not had any new stock. You more than likely made a purchase for a super rare unit out of production here in the US. We were able to broker the deal for you to receive the product "New" with 0 miles on the unit. Unfortunately if the unit has not been in production for a few years we cannot guarantee a year make. The only thing we can guarantee on this unit is that is has never had a previous owner and comes directly from the manufacturer's warehouse as new. I do apologize you have had a few issues regarding this transaction, but I assure you we are here to assist you with whatever you need.

I order a buggy go kart for my kids on 11/19/19 today is 12/17/19 and I haven't received the package, when I called, they told me they returned the package because I didn't answer the phone, they said my phone was disconnected which is not true, they said they send me an email and the only emails I have from this company is advertising's and now they said that they are going to charge me the shipping for something I never received arguing that it was my fault, the customer service person was very rude and said that I don't know how to keep my appointments I'm really disappointed and upset because it was my kids Christmas gift

Don't buy the rocketeer sidecar or trust these people. I was told I would receive my order in 4-6 weeks. I started calling at 5 1/2 weeks and was told over 20 different days that it was shipped or going out that day. I finally got it 10 weeks from when I ordered it after I called my credit card company and said I wanted to get my money back. The rocketeer sidecar was junk that I put about $2,000 more into to make it safe for the road. The only good quality parts were the 3 adjustment bars and the axle (looking okay so far). The frame needed reinforced and extended 2 feet in order to attach it where it needed to sit. We had to weld an extra cross bar in so we could bolt it on where the reinforced fiberglass plates were.The attachment brackets were so cheap they bent as we tightened them down so we made all new ones except for one, it collapsed ten feet out the door on the first try. The 3 tabs that were used to bolt the fender on bent over until the fender rubbed on the tire after only 20 miles. The windshield hardware was useless. The body was far from "paint ready" as it was covered with pits and gouges. There is no way this "kit" could travel safely at even 5 miles an hour when put together. I wish I could give it a zero star rating.

So, I find Safer Wholesale on the internet... so sorry I did not research reviews. I ordered two scooters, one in blue, one in green. $1200. The salesman who was polite asked me for an e check (less processing fees)... stupid me... did it. I get an email about 2 hours later with an invoice. He said it would arrive in 10-15 business days. (have to wait for check to clear or some nonsense). I start calling 8 days out... get put on hold... get hung up on... get told some reason why it has not shipped yet. Finally notice they have an incomplete address... call again, get put on hold (funny when I was handing over my money, I was not put on hold once)... Call again and I get the address corrected and promised the scooters would arrive next week... this is over 15 days out. Then I get a call that guess what?... they don't have the colors I ordered. I can go with white or grey. I informed them that they had the colors when I ordered or at least they said they did... I tell them I want a refund... a very very rude salesman tells me that it will be 30 days before they mail my check... I tell them that nothing in today's world takes 30 days except for them... he hangs up on me. I call back, tell them I want my check mailed immediately... they tell me there is nothing I can do about it and hang up again. NEVER buy from this company... once they get your money... there is NO customer service. Still waiting on my check. BBB and my attorney may be my next phone call.

This organization has a culture of sales, not customer service. Rude. They want your money and that's all they seem interested in.

I called last night on a product question. The guy lacked product knowledge and put me on hold at the end of his sentence. I waited thinking it was a button accidentally pushed by him and then I called back and spoke to him again. He said he put me on hold bc he had other calls he needed to get to. I asked about shipping weight and he said he had no idea and that I should call back in the morning and speak to someone else. He ended with something like, "Are you going to buy this now?"

This morning I called. I got the shipping weight but needed some amplifying data. I started to ask the question and I was put on hold like the night before. Thinking, "I've been here." I hung up and called right back.

I asked this guy NOT to put me on hold until my questions were answered. His response: quote "As long as you are not asking for the world." Thankfully he did not put me on hold and I heard his conversation. In the background I heard words to the effect of, "Is he going to buy the f*cking kit?" Returning to the call he said they did not know the shipping weight of a kit and motor they ship, apparently, all the time. Then he demanded, "Are you going to buy this?"

When an organization is only concerned with sales you can feel it when you can't even get service before the sale.

Purchased an ATV, it was damaged in shipping and will not start. They tell you are stuck with product and they will send damaged parts. This is suppose to happen through an online claim, upload pictures, wait 3 days for a response, wait another 10 days for parts or technical help. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM unless you have an abundence of time to deal with rude customer service employees!

I bought 2 dirt bikes from SaferWholesale for my kids last Christmas (December 2014) for a total of $849.00. Both pieces of crap have already become useless as of March 2014. One bike arrived in the crate already having problems. The instructions for assembling the remainder of the dirt bike were also useless. Fortunately, I knew enough about dirt bikes to be able to assemble them properly. The pulley assembly to pull-start the engine frequently sticks on one of the dirt bikes causing the casing to have to be removed, the pulley fixed and reinstalled to simply start it. The brakes on both dirt bikes wore out in less than 2 months and is not easily replaced making the bikes dangerous to ride. The tires that come on them from the factory are crap! The rear tire on both bikes wore through and popped within 6 months and that was without much riding. I ordered a replacement rear tire from SaferWholesale, providing them the info requested to order the proper tire, and they still sent me 2 wrong tires. Product is crap - customer service is crap. Keep these crappy, dangerous products out of our country!

I purchased a 350W MotoTec scooter from these guys. I received the product I ordered as agreed. There is nothing wrong with my product. And while it is pretty heavy - I am 57 and have connective tissue disorder and I assembled it by myself. The scooter I purchased is built well enough if you assemble it right, which was easy to do. Do not worry about the left over parts. The manufacturer actually sends spare parts. Bearings, fuses and extra locking bolts. Keep those.

Personally, I do not think that this scooter would perform well for anyone over 200 pounds. I am 145 and it is GREAT for me. We will do a weight test this evening.

The sales staff is mostly unpleasant - but don't worry you're not special. That is just the way they are. Don't expect them to be nice because they just are not pleasant and they do not care. Just place your order and hope for the best. I was very worried and feeling negative about this purchase. I pretty much wrote off my $$ as a reminder to do better research when I make an expensive purchase.

SaferWholesale surprised me, though. My scooter is opening up a better life for me. I would buy from them again.

Bought a fridge from them. Made sure i asked a lot of questions about the fridge. Also thought it was open box. When the fridge came, it was dirty, door panel didnt work,(still doesn't work) ice dispenser has baked on dirt from years of use inside and on the tray. When i called them a made a complaint they were like" have someone check it out and let us know what parts you need " like really! I just spent almost $2000 on this thing and i need to call someone to repair it. I ask him outright if this is a use item he started to stutter then tells me that the customer returned it within 90 days. Wow! Its ok if theyre a USED Online Store, but THEY SHOULD LET CUSTOMERS KNOW UPFRONT I was seriously going to garbage this fridge because i dont use USED STUFF but i couldn't because i spent a lot of my husbands money that he works hard for. I was very angry and sad by this THEFT.
