Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
Some of the engines they are selling are on eBay for $200 or less. By the time you work enough hours to pay for some of these items you can build one.

Oh my God! This is without a doubt the WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered. I called about a trike kit listed for $1999. 00 (price negotiable). I was connected to sales who spoke so quickly that I coukd not even keep up. The price immediately went from $1999 to $2900 once all the "options were added on". I then told the salesman that was more than I wanted to spend. He then asked my price range. I stated that I saw one listed with a vendor on Ebay for $1400 plus $250 s and h. He then stated that I must be really stupid if I am calling a retail site expecting them to match an auction site. (The price was not auction, but from an Ebay vendor). As for the stupid part, I have been on active duty in the Army for 22 years, am currently a doctoral student and have an MBA and an MA in Logistics Management. In addition, I have a documented IQ of 139 and Mensa member. I was so shocked that I addressed the salesman with profanity, something I rarely do. The salesman then proceeded literally say DA, DA, DA, DA over and over again I hung up. I called back to speak to a supervisor and was placed on terminal hold. Called back again and the person answering the phone asked the name of the salesman. When I stated that I didn't catch it because he spoke so fast, the response was there was nothing that they could do and if I didn't like the experience, shop elsewhere. This seems to be a company wide systemic problem. I could only hope that the CEO of Safer Warehouse reads this site to get honest customer feedback.
Answered all my questions! I wanted to know exactly what I would need to install a steam shower in my home and they took the time to provide all the details.
I received a confirmation that my order was received, then I had 3 telephone calls and a text from saferwholesale within 5 minutes saying that saferwholesale needed payment ASAP.
When I returned saferwholesale's call, the rep (didn't get his name), informed me that the card did not go through and wanted to know if I could pay via e-check or another credit card. He was very pushy as I informed him that I would have to call him back after I spoke with my husband. He even asked when my husband would be home.
After the conversation, I texted back that I wanted to cancel my order. His reply was that your company does not cancel orders.
He wanted to know why the card declined and why I would try to buy something on a card without money available. He went on to say that he was going to send me to their "fraud dept".
I texted that I wanted to cancel the order because he was being too pushy.
After threatening me with the fraud dept. text, he then texted me to call the number on the back of the card and ask for "Jeremy" and my limit would be increased.
After speaking with my husband, I found out that the card has 2 lines of credit, one for purchases anywhere and the other for a specific place of business. There was credit available, but only for the specific place of business. I did not know that at the time.
Even though there is a place that says "Edit/Cancel Order" you can't cancel order.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS".

I can understand your frustration as your purchase did not go as smoothly as you would have liked. It is standard procedure to contact the customer directly if the payment bounces. They were simply following up with you to make sure the transaction went through appropriately. I assure you in no way was anything done wrong. Your transaction never was processed and the funds never cleared, therefore the order was cancelled. We do have strict terms and conditions for cancellation as we are a wholesale distributor, but that does not mean we cannot cancel an order. If funds had been transferred I assure you the relationship would have been much different. I do apologize for your bad experience, but we do try to cater to each of our customer's needs respectively.

I enjoy your website, especially the scooters and small economy cars (Snyder), but, I hesitate on ordering Chinese products because of difficulties with parts and professional service. I would appreciate more information on who manufactures the scooters. Are they mainland China, Taiwan? How long have they been manufacturing scooters? Are the manufacturers affiliated with Yamaha or Honda? How are they rated in China where they have already been selling? Example: Number 1 rated scooter in China! Over 200,000 sold in China! These would be helpful to a USA customer.
On the Snyder car, you must encourage them to redesign same basic mechanical components, BUT, go to Two wheels in front and one in the rear, plus go to front engine front wheel drive. This will create a winning design with a dramatic improvement in stability. The one wheel in front was disproved years ago in England. The design is probably fine for driving at slow speeds in large cities of China but not the best for USA. Go to www.eliomotors.com and have a look at a 3 wheeler, front engine, front wheel drive that will go into production in 2015 for $6800 in America. My sales person Craig was so happy to sell me a $5200 car port to be shipped and installed in Arizona. Said it could be 4 weeks to have it delivered.
My husband has been preparing the ground where the item was to be installed and wanted me to find out when should expect it, as it has now been 4 weeks.
Today, 4 weeks later Craig calls me to say, there has been a problem with the quote as there is an additional $1200 we HAVE to pay because there are building codes in the state of Arizona.
I said I am NOT PAYING $1200 more... I did not agree to that amount. Just refund my order. He said he would charge me $500 to cancel the order.
I said you cannot legally hold ME ACCOUNTABLE for YOUR ERROR in pricing a product. You cannot legally hold me responsible for a cancellation fee either.
Unfortunately his boss ARGUED that I was OBLIGATED to pay them - no matter that they didnt do their homework BEOFRE they made the sale

We simply advertise the product for sale an broker the deal for the car port manufacturer to schedule shipment and installation. Many times the vendor will tell us that the advertised sale price we have is so low it will not actually cover the immense shipping cost for such a large structure. These are customized quotes for delivery to your exact location within the continental U.S. If we needed to charge you additional for the shipment I assure you it was very much necessity to transport to your location. We always strive to provide you the best possible price, but sometimes that does not leave us the profit margin to cover expensive shipping costs. Told me product was checked and guaranteed in stock, after I puchase it waited 3 days and recieved an email that product was out of stock! Would not recommend or shop there ever again!

We often do not find out the product is unavailable until the day after the purchase is made and we are getting invoiced from our supplier. I had bought and paid for a side car for my motor cycle before I purchased I had told them I am handicap and I absolutely needed the side car I paid in full and when I received what I had ordered it was not the right side car. So I called to let them know they said send it back we will ship another one out I sent it back they received it back and it's been over 3 months of run around with them and I said something about just wanting to receive my money back that I had paid for it and they tell me it's going to be a 25 to 30percent restocking fee it's been over 3 months since I have ordered this thing it's getting to be ridiculous they take your money and don't give you the right product and it's a fraud. Very poor customer service and it's by far the worst company that I have ever bought anything from they will no longer recieve my business

A couple of months ago I made a couple of purchases from saferwholesale.com. My wife and I own a very large property, and getting around the whole thing can be a hassle. For myself I bought the 150cc Forester UTV Utility Vehicle, and for my wife the Club Car Precedent golf cart. Both items were priced way below anything I could find elsewhere. I had a few questions I wanted to ask first concerning the purchase. I filled out their little customer service request form and someone called me within ten minutes. They were very helpful, an answered every question knowledgeably. Shipping was hassle free, and very quick. We've been so happy with our purchase that when our daughter decided to have her wedding on our property we immediately went back to saferwholesale.com to purchase a couple of party tents for the event. We went with the 40'x20' tent for the wedding party and guests, and the 20'x20' tent for all of the kids to hang out and play in. All in all I've made four purchases now from these guys, and have been very happy with all of them. I will definitely use them again.
