WARNING - Total Scam! This place looks reputable (see comments above that I know realize must have been done by the company itself), but is not. I spent $7k on a farm vehicle. Ok, thats fine. It shows up in huge crate and I sign for it. Open the crate and turns out it is the vehicle, but COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED. No, not take off the wheels for shipping, but like you have to construct the thing. Called and could not get anyone for weeks. Finally, reach someone and he says that the sales receipt does not say that its is assembled. He did not seem to care that it does not specify that it is unassembled (that is like buying a new car and it shows up in parts). Won't take it back and incredibly hostile (I was much more polite than I am being in this review). Contacted the manufacturer and they seemed ok - they sell some to distributers unassembled, but the expectation is that they will assemble them. In fact, it voids the warranty if anyone else does it. Took it for estimate with local guy and it will take $2,500 to assemble. So, I either pay more money, lose $5k or... sue them. Don't know how to avoid this happening to someone else unless I sue them. Even if it takes me another $5k to do it. And, don't even think of suing me since truth is the ultimate defense.
My review of this seller is poor for these reason. I tried many days to finance a moped from them was denied ( knowing I have a steady well paying job and high credit score). After I finally was able to purchase I talked back and forth to about 4 different sellers each of them gave me a different sale price. Some said free shipping some said 50% off shipping and some had other included charges. When purchasing I ended up paying debit card over the phone I had a different price and when I did it myself online I had another different total price. After purchasing shupping was in my opinion rediculous expensive seeing as how it was shipped from the same state I live in. Upon receiving I found multiple problems like the fuel filter was on backwards the battery will not hold a charge and I had a very hard time starting the machine. Also a mirror was broken. I put a warranty claim in for the broken mirror and now no one can give me a clear answer on the order process so by time it gets processed my warranty will be up. And I put in for my title and registration as soon as I recieved bike this was over 2 months ago and I still have yet to recieve my title and registration which enables me from enjoying my purchase. This is why I rate this company as poor.

Ordered a 100amp 3000watt solar generator and mobile wheels kit. Received a 100amp1500watt generator mounted on 4 short pieces of 2x4 with a 14x22" piece of 1/4" plywood with 4 casters. Charged me $250 for that wood and 4 wheels. Was NOT even remotely what was shown in their picture, nor did anyone volunteer that it was cheaply made out of scrap materials. I could've built it in 15 minutes for a grand total of $7.
The packaging was terrible! The box had holes all in it and was massively too big. No padding. Not bolted down. Item was lying on its side in the box and the battery had come out of the battery box.
Called customer service and admittedly, I was a little hot under the collar. Put on hold about 20 minutes. By the time someone returned to the phone I was steaming mad.
So, you have to go to their website and create a "return ticket". Restocking fee, pickup fee, shipping fee... in short I would get a refund of about $900 out of over $1500. I am NOT HAPPY!

BEWARE! You're better off getting an ATV at half the price off Ebay. Here's my story...
I bought an ATV with monster wheels, all the trimmings and even paid an extra $100 for 10 day shipping. I ordered it July 8 and it came... July 29.
Came on a crate and the guy who brought it by truck was in a hurry and wouldn't wait for me to open it. (Now I know why) Three separate areas on the plastic body were cracked and looked as though someone tried to melt the plastic. I also noticed right away it wasn't moving as well as my friend's son's who BTW, ordered the exact same one 2 months earlier. Called customer service right away and proceeded to tell them what was wrong. They told me to send pictures of the damage and completely disregarded that I paid extra for faster shipping and it came a month later.
Fast forward 1 week, I call to find out what's the story with the body and let them also know that this ATV is damaged! The chain kept falling off wouldn't even go over a simple little hill. Opps, they sent all my info to the wrong place. I CALLED EVERY OTHER WEEK! Even the guy in parts was getting frustrated because they evidentally have to send to their manufacturer. Long story short. I had to have the ATV towed, they won't send me the parts I need to fix this thing because it came broken to begin with. Standing in the mechanics since Sept 1! Garbage company, liars, scammers and just horendous business practice! Gave up and fixing it on my own because my mechanic took mercy on me. $950 piece of $h*T!

Received my son's dirtbike moto Thursday, September 12th. Put it together Friday September 13th at approximately 4:30 p.m. My son came home to his birthday surprise at 5ish. It had already been given us problems starting and staying on. Around 6ish he begin to ride it. Rode it for about 30 minutes, before the engine blew/ locked up. He's only 7, so he wasn't flushing it nor being rough on it. Now, we're out of almost 800 for what was suppose to be an awesome bday gift. Make sure you know and read NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES. WISH WE WOULD'VE READ IT BEFORE PURCHASING THIS. Prior to this, we bought a golf cart, which came with problems. However, they did send the correct parts, but for Us to fix. We're so sadden by this bc. I have pictures, times, and receipt to back up my claim.
I ordered a Trailmaster 150cc XRX from Saferwholesale and the unit was on back order for 4-6 weeks. I will say this was normal per each site I checked with as the XRX was on back order. I was offered other carts by Safer which were in stock, but I wanted the XRX. I kept in touch with them thru email and it took about 3 weeks before I was contacted by Santos a manager in shipping. He stated he was looking into my order and would check with manufacturer to see how long it would take. Every day he was emailing me about this cart. I wanted blue but it was on back order for over a month and he gave me 3 other color choices. Color wasn't a problem for me and he was able to get the cart ordered the same day and shipment started. Santos was great in helping me and his communication was spot on. I will admit I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say my experience has been a good one. Thanks to Santos for his good service in getting my order placed! This item is a hot item, and it was on back order at several sites. So I had to be patient and realize it would have taken time on any site. It was nice to have someone to email and keep in touch with like Santos, to help make this a pleasant buying experience!
Possibly the worst customer service ever. Everything they said was total bull, right from the get go. I would NEVER purchase from them again.

I am 49 years old and have been an avid buyer on the internet for 20 years. This is the absolute worst buying experience I have ever had. I foolishly ordered a hot tub from whoever runs this site. I also foolishly gave them an electronic check. Then I received a phone call informing me that there was an $869 shipping charge, which was much different than the $40 charge for residential delivery that was posted on the listing. I said "no way jose". Then they lowered the amount due. Eventually they lowered the amount to zero, but I still said: "Cancel my order". This was 5 minutes after placing it, but the response I got was: "You must submit your request in writing. This is a custom hot tub, blahh, blahh, blahh". I submitted my request in writing, but low and behold, they charged the full amount against my bank account the next day. The electronic debit that they submitted did not use the check number I gave them and they changed the collection name. Therefore they got by both: (1) my effort to stop the check and (2) the fact that I had drained the account. For some reason, my bank clears electronic debits regardless of available funds- even though it does not clear checks. So now, I am investigating the legality of their actions. If you look this company up at the Better Business Bureau you will see that they get an "F" rating. They have never resolved a complaint. The company does business under many identities. So you don't know exactly what name will appear on your bank card or e-check. Assuming that I don't get my money back, I assume I will receive something that loosely resembles an 8 person hot tub. But god forbid anything is wrong with it (a condition I consider likely) because Safer Wholesale's policy is that they are not responsible for "any defect". According to their policy, if you sign for delivery, than any defect is yours. So when my hot tub comes in a box, I can either: (a) accept whatever junk is in it or (b) try to get the freight guy to wait 7 hours while I take the hot tub out of the box, inspect it thoroughly, fill it with water and see if it actually works. I doubt that he will accommodate my request. If it doesn't work, SaferWholesale.com will say: "but you signed".

We took the bike to a bike shop to have a professional assemble and test drive. WHEEL STILL FELL OFF! We have a letter from the bike shop owner that deems this bike UNSAFE TO RIDE.
