Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

Extremely disappointed with the handling of a error in a check transaction for an item ordered. Problem with information and cx transaction without putting more effort into contacting me with 2 phone calls to the party it was being delivered. And it is a Christmas present for my 4 grandchildren.
I found out it was cx when I called to check delivery status! I did reorder item this time using my credit card, as the "young" children were awaiting the arrival of the backyard ice skating rink.
But, in spite of an email request, I have not received an email confirmation of this recent transaction, which took place on 12/16.

We purchased a solar powered swing gate opener, were charged $69.95 for delivery that took six weeks, and paid $559.95 for a gate opener that required repair half a dozen times plus a motherboard replacement. Our customer was so disgusted with it that she demanded we remove it. We have at least 10 hours of lost labor and merchandise they refuse to take back. Avoid this wretched company at all costs!

I was looking to buy a pontoon boat and saw the site. It is extremely deceptive. The boats shown don't come with motors, which is why they are so low. They say they make the boats in their own factory, but most of the other stuff on the site comes from China. The customer service man was pushy and somewhat rude when I asked which branded pontoon boats theirs compares to. He didn't know the brands and said theirs were much better. When I asked for reviews of several satisfied customers he had none. This would have been a $20,000 purchase, they blew it!

We do sell some motorsports that are manufactured in China, but many of our products are made right here in the U.S. The pontoon Boats are in fact made in the U.S. and ship directly to you in any form of customization you like. Our Customer Service Representatives are here to help customer's who have already purchased products get resolutions from the manufacturer's warehouse that the products come from. We sell 18,000 products and therefore are not specialists in Boats. We do not retail these, but all of the information is listed right on our website regarding the set up of the boats. If you are attempting to make an informed purchase based on the information provided then your experience might be much more pleasurable then if you are looking for product expertise and the ability to "Kick the Tires". We provide a service to get a product directly from a manufacturer who does not deal to the public for a price only a dealership could purchase the product for. We are not ourselves a retail establishment nor local dealer.

I placed a order for over $6,000 worth of fence I am still without 6 months later it took me having to call over 10 times to just get the claim started with the shipping company which really has nothing to do with me that is why corporations are supposed to have insurance to cover these kinds of things. Don't trust them!

I placed my order May 5th 2020. This was on my bucket list. Very excited about one of my final things to get. Usual delivery date 6-7 was. Today's date is August 28. I've called every Two weeks because that is what they keep telling me that I will get the cart. Today they said end of next week. I asked for a picture of the cart to see how far they were in getting it ready for shipping. Well no picture like they said they(Craig-salesman) would send. They have my money and I have no recourse.

If you are smart enough to look here Beware! I saved $135 on a scooter. I should have bought it from a local dealer. The front brake caliper fell off (bolts too short stripped, need new front fork assembly. (They glued them) Had a gas leak the first time I put gas in it. Just had if fixed. Leaking again this morning. Not worth the hassle. Buy it from a local retailer. Good Luck, Fred

Please note: None of the brake calipers that we ever have sent out are glued in any way, everything is welded or molded together, however we will gladly assist on getting any new parts that you may need. If they are under warranty, we will gladly send at no cost to you. As far as a leak, this may be due to the hose. Please check all connections and also make sure that the clamps are installed tight from when you assembled the scooter. We will also send out new hose or clamps if necessary. Different peo said different things about the scooters. One said yes, another said they
Didn't have it. They also said X number of these are california approved. Not what other
Co. Said who sold same vehicles... i put off deciding on getting one, and i found this site by accident! Boy did i get lucky! I knew these are all made in china but i thought i heard things are improving as far as their products... wow... this site saved me around $ 2,500!

Jon the part manager is a complete prick. He cuts you off when you're speaking and the customer is never right, His attitude is FU customer. He has hung up on me 3 times the last 2 months. We purchased an extended warranty for the engine do not purchase extended warranties they don't wanna cover of John the parts manager as complete $#*! and should be fired immediately. He also complains that hes too busy to remember who he speaking to and turns things around. Please make it easy for this company and stop buying from them since there too busy to care for customers and treat them like crap. The customer service sucks and they don't want to honor the warranty they sell you extra and try to blow you off and just hang up on you if you press to much. No one will give you the owner's information nor is there a general manager you can complain to to help.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order a month ago and it still hasn't shipped despite numerous phone calls during which I was placed on hold for very long periods of time. Nobody there seems to know what is going on there. Do not use this company - it is not worth the extreme frustration just to save a few dollars!

Called told them possibly place order for fleet of carts, they put me on hold for 20 mins,,, i hung up called back, next sales person said hold on he would get my salesman back,, another 25 min passed, I hung up called back explaining what had happened,, i asking him if you cannot get me someone to assist me, or should I take my business somewhere else,, he respond was go somewhere else,,, so i did,, stay away from a business who will not let you talk to a manager or owner. I called back 4th time to complain, got service manager, he said send an email,, total bs.

I have a thing for headphones and I own many, but these two new members to the club have surely added some charm; they look beautiful. Three weeks still no ship not do they even know if it was shipped the first time I called same guy told me end of june. After a month and a week I received my scooter from ups. It didn't go the top speed stated and I was just about to try to dispute payment because the daytime guy who was answering the phone was absolutely an $#*! but the night guy made. It all better

We purchased the electric forklift a few months ago and it has been working so well in the farm and made all the heavy carry easy to move. These guys and this company is one that I truly trusted when it comes to forklifts and any other machines. Highly recommend!

I recently used Safer Wholesale to purchase a Golf Cart. The cart was delivered as agreed and is working great. Very happy with my purchase especially since it was cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

Please for the love of God or whatever higher power you believe in don't order anything from these people. If your looking for terrible customer service. To be hung up on when you call or put on hold until you hang up this is who you want to deal with. If you are looking for an overpriced piece of crap you have no chance of returning this is the place for you. How about instructions for a different piece of crap then the one you ordered. Or finally getting the instructions and being better off not. If you don't have a full blown fabrication shop and years of experience (as I do) then I'm sorry but you are screwed. If you love your children you will leave this site right now, if your trying to kill someone and make it look like an accident put them on a product from this company ( they won't stand a chance) in all seriousness please shop around and read other reviews.

I can't leave review on the cart yet as I have not received it. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I ordered and paid in full for the cart August 1. They did tell me it would be 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and they can't/won't give me an approximate ship date. I am hoping to get a tracking number or status update real soon and also, hoping the cart is as described and pictured. I am not leaving bad overall rating until I receive it and it's not what they promise.

I was starting to accumulate a lot of gardening equipment around the side of my house. After finally getting tired of looking at it we decided something needed done. We searched both of the big box hardware stores in our town, and ther sheds started at a thousand dollars for the cheapest model. We found a much larger, and much nicer, shed online at saferwholesale.com. The shed we purchased online was almost twice the size, and $500 cheaper than the cheapest option in town. I just don't know how these brick and mortar stores can stay in business. Not only was it cheaper, they delivered it to my door for the same cost the hardware store was going to charge me to drive it 4 miles across town. After this experience saferwholesale.com has earned a new customer.

I never knew St. Petersburg Iron Dual Swing Driveway Gate 16' x 6'3'" would be so easy to maintain. Since the past one year, I hardly felt the need to get this gate maintained or repaired. It still appears to be the same sleek and classy gate I bought year ago in no more than $1,479.95. Apparently, it will not demand a dime from in the following year as well.

RUN RUN RUN. They shipped a damaged golf cart. Broken handles, no power, defective brakes. They asked me to remove the previous review and they would pay for everything to be fixed. Keep in mind this is a NEW golf cart. They received the invoices and ran. I have checked the reviews and they are buying them. FRAUD. Do not work with them.

What a scam! I asked for my title more than a month ago! I emailed *******@saferwholesale.com and I filled out the title request form now 3 times! When I call about it, I get the run around, put on hold, finally get the rudest Gerardo! Your internet is going in and out my $#*!! Piss poor company. People ask me all the time where I got my scooter and now I will no longer recommend you, in fact I'll tell them what d bags you are. Get my title to me immediately or my Lawyer will call next!
