Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
I could go into detail but im gonna keep it to the point. I ordered a bike and was promised assembled, month and change later i get a different model. I approved it, over the phone 2 weeks after being told the instock item i ordered is out of stock I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND THIS OUT, im told its working and New. It came unassembled, farrings and all, old green gas resedue, rusted tank through to the muffler, tank cap and all. With in 2 seconds of riding it the bike breaks down... I call the company and ask for a new plastic farring and a new gas tank. Come to find out they can't replace anything. Next thing I know, this is almost too weeks of waiting on a solid response which i never got. Jon From parts is joking around telling me to mix fuel and an additive in the tank to remove all the rust. This company does not care about you, they just want to Steal your money by selling you chinese products. I made a mistake ordering from Saferwhole sale don't do the same. I am still waiting on parts i am willing to pay for out of pocket from external sites.
BEWARE OF 50CC "VESPA" MOPED
This moped is not a 'VESPA' moped. I was led to believe by the add and the salesperson that this was a 'VESPA' mooped, when in fact it is a chineese made mooped. NO product information available, except sicily 50cc moped, no model #,
What company made it etc. The sales manager was suppose to change the add to "VESPA STYLE" MOPED. This was a week ago, but the add has not been changed. I also was led to believe by the salesperson that it was a 'VESPA' moped! I was told I would receive the moped in 10-15 business days. It has now been 14 business day and I have not even received a tracking number.
Bought a 4 wheeler for my 3yo 2 years ago hes 5 now and loves it I am looking to get him a dirt bike now. Love the products and service.
First of all, although they are based in the USA, all of their parts come from overseas in China. I had purchased the MSA 4-wheeler and plow in early February and it didn't arrive until almost April. I believe that the only reason it was even delivered was because I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card as they obviously didn't honor their 10-15 day policy of delivery time and I gave them every opportunity to tell me what was going on. I had called multiple times and only ever got the run-around: should be getting tracking soon, parts delay, in warehouse being put together, truck hasn't picked up yet, you name it, for almost two months I heard it.
I wasn't home when it was finally delivered and the driver apparently got the ok to leave the ATV and plow outside of my property, close to the road, with keys "hidden" under the seat, along with the open title and all paperwork.
I had no choice but to withdraw the dispute because the product was technically delivered, although I had not technically accepted it. I would've had to pay for the carrier to take the product back in addition to a refund of - 25% of what I originally paid.
I went to install the plow and realized that there are parts missing. I had to independently special order plates to secure U-bolts for the plow system. Finally, after a handful of rides, without the plow, under 15 mph, I can't get the ATV to stay running. Every time I put the vehicle in reverse, it stalls. I now need to pay my mechanic to make a house call.
My experience with this company has been awful. They are great., attentive, and customer-oriented until they get your form of payment. After that, they couldn't care less. Buyer beware!
Tip for consumers:
Please do not be fooled by their prices (which I have found better deals since). They have videos on the products that they themselves have made, but I have found no customer videos or real reviews on the company or their products.
In addition, I was supposed to get that tracking 10-15 days after the date of order to let me know it was on it's way and had never received it. Even when they hustled to get it to me after realizing that I was disputing the transaction, I still never got tracking.

MSA ATV. Product arrived almost two months after my purchase and missed the season to use the plow. I haven't even been able to assemble and attach the plow due to missing parts from the company.
I purchased a Tankless Water Heater from this company. It exploded two weeks ago. I had the guy who installed look at it but he didn't know what was wrong with it (another jack ***). BTW I never received an invoice, packing slip, or any other type of paperwork for this item except for a poorly written instruction book from the manufacturer (will address them later).
I called the company and they took all of my information. They said that someone from the company would call me. That never happened. I tried to call the manufacturer but all you get is a recording of their customer service hours (from 8am-2pm?).
I called these jokers again today and they said they would call me back at the end of the day with more information. Yeah. Right. Would you like me to start holding my breath now?
Also, the manufacturer of the product, USA Tankless Water Heater, Inc. of Miami, FL is also a SCAM. Their corporate status is INACTIVE according to the FL Dept of State.
CAVEAT EMPTOR... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COMPANIES!

Three years ago I purchased a trailer dolly and paid over $5000. 00 for it. The ad stated the dolly would pull 12,000 pounds. Once I received the dolly it had been poorly packaged and the plastic connector running to the battery had been assembled and connected with the cable direct to the battery. The whole unit was broken and I called to send the dolly back. I took pictures of the damage parts and instead of sending me a new dolly or refunding my money they sent parts for me to use and replace. I wasn't happy about that but went ahead and repaired the dolly myself. The next problem I had was even though the dolly was rated to pull 12,000 pounds it would not pull my 3500 pound of my drive way. I could not fine any information on what the maxim incline this trailer would be able to go up. However, my drive has less
Than a 2 percent incline. So I thought since the dolly was rated to pull 12,000 pounds and my trailer was only 3500 pounds then we should not have a problem. Wrong! When trying to pull the trailer up the driveway the chain keep coming off. The fly wheel was bent and so I had to take the whole thing apart and tried to fix the fly wheel. I even had my friend from next door come over to help me. My friend is really great at fixing things like this. We find that the fly wheel was missing the little key that keeps the fly from slipping. So we went out and purchased this key and put the fly wheel back together. Still the dolly would not work an the chain still came off. We took the unit apart again and found the fly wheel was bent so bad that we could not fix it. What a waste of $5000. 00. The dolly is now just setting outside getting rusted. I cannot even give it away.

Ordered a motorcycle helmet Friday 7/18/2015. They emailed me my recipt and order number within minutes Then cheked account on sunday 7/19/2015 to see if it had been shipped yet. It would not pull up my order on my account page. Started safe chat to ask why it wasn't showing up on my account page. I gave them the time and date order was placed and the order number to look it up easily. The 1st operators ended conversation before even responding. The 2nd operator responded and replied they would double check my account to find out why. After 10 minutes of no response i asked if they were still there. No response. After 10 more minutes I replied again saying it's been 20 minutes can you find my account. They ended conversation. The 3rd attempt i asked the same question and added that i have been trying for 35 minutes and the 1st 2 operators ended the conversation without answering my question
They responded one moment. And never responded again. After 15 minutes i responded can you find my order. Still no response. They ended the conversation as well.

I bought a minibike from them and first it didn't come with the attachments to connect the battery for the bike to even crank up. Then they sent the attachments and the battery is 100% dead and i took it to the auto parts store and it wasn't just dead it was a bad battery so I had to buy another battery and they wouldn't reimburse me the full price because they get batteries super cheap, but I told them I shouldn't of had to buy a battery in the first place because I just received the bike, so they should've reimbursed me the full amount, but I let that go. Then it still wouldn't crank up so I took it to a shop and it had a bad ignition switch and at first they didn't want to pay for it, but I had to go through hell to get them to finally pay for it, fast forward a year later after I've spent around $1500 on the bike so far, then the bike starts running hot and now it doesn't work and and they're definitely not going to pay for it so I truly regret ever dealing with their company, you've been warned, so buy at your own risk!

I purchased a golf cart, the sales person (Stephanie) was less than forthcoming with information. Ie I was getting an 11 year old cart that she said, "had to be converted to gas" (can not be done) and was charged 2.000 plus for that. I missed the small print that their vehicles are refurbished, which means to me like new haha joke! I got the cart the battery would not hold a charge, would not go over 12 miles an hour (aft I got it started), back fired, belts were all old and worn, lots of rust ( I have photos), John the parts manager was yelling at me not once but twice and threatened me, I better not call the attorney general or BBB and he better never see my name again. They wanted an itemized list of everything wrong and he would see if he could get it approved after I submitted it, the cart needed a complete new engine and I could not afford to pay someone to go through the engine to list every part. John called me an idiot because I sold the cart for parts, the body was very pretty., I was an idiot for sure for buying from this company. I have witness to every phone call made and pictures to back it up. John said he was trying to help me but I wasn't working with him., I would think he would know what a whole engine entails. He's been there 5 years he shouted that to me several times.

I ordered a christmas tree that was no longer available due to an error on their part - the tree had not been available since LAST YEAR! Someone from their company called me the next day and offered to upgrade me to a different tree. I accepted. A week passed, and the tree had not arrived, so I called for status. I was told AT THAT TIME that they had NO fiber optic trees available, again DUE TO AN ERROR ON THEIR PART! I requested a refund and was told it would be refunded that next week. It is now almost a month later, and I have still not been refunded. I called their number from online, and was very rudely informed by a manager, Sara, that refunds take 60 to 90 days and I informed her that that was unacceptable and she told me she didn't care if I felt that it was unacceptable, it was company policy. She literally screamed it. It did not take them 60 to 90 days to take MY money, and their policy SHOULD be to VERIFY inventory BEFORE charging the consumer! NEITHER TREE I WAS OFFERED WAS IN THEIR INVENTORY!

This scooter is not registurable in New York state DMV. I bought this scooter in November of last year and did not receive the paper work on it for about three month after the fact. After finally receiving my paper work for this unit I went to register at my local DMV. Albany NY are states DMV said that this certian modle does not even exist there for can not be registered in are state until dealer gets them there paper work about unit to them. Dealer needs to make them legal in our state! Buyer beware in NY state with this bike from this dealer. I have went back in forth with there staff for them to correct this matter and have even giving them phone numbers to them, for our states Dept in Albany and no progress seems to be being made. There staff are rude and seems like every time you talk to them they don't have the right answer to what I believe is a huge issue and horrible horrible business. To sell bikes that are unregisterable and to put customers through loop after loop and bascicly do your job is the last thing I wanted to go through when purchasing this until from them. When asking for a refund I was denied yet there false advertising these bikes saying they are what they are not.

I WAS HARASSED AND INSULTED BY "CUSTOMER SERVICE" REPS.
I was a prospective customer looking at buying a motorcycle. I googled the company while in an online chat with a representative from the website. I simply asked him why I should purchase from him despite all of the negative reviews I was reading. He got extremely defensive, insulted me, and ended the chat. He then blocked me from the website entirely, and called my cell phone (I had provided my number for business purposes only). The man (from Joliet location) left me a voicemail, he did not state his name for obvious reasons. He told me on the voicemail, and I quote, "You obviously have no life and nothing better to do, next time you visit our website I will press charges. Have a terrible day." I can't even believe this is real! This company is quite possibly the biggest scam out there people... and their extremely crazy/ unprofessional staff proves it. I have never, ever, EVER been treated so poorly by a business in my life. WHAT A JOKE. I am saving the voicemail for proof and will post online so people can hear how I was treated. I am scared that these wackos now have my personal information. YIKES.
