I purchase a moped in June and requested for disability plates. They were so friendly and Craig was awesome with assisting me. We both called the secretary of state to get the fees.On my receipt it has the charges for disability plates with the taxes. He charged my credit card then after that it was a nightmare with them. First, the requested for my plates and didn't send Illinois a check. The secretary of state had to notify them. After two months the resent my paperwork. As this was happening, I kept calling them making sure that my divisibility plates were ordered and Ayllsaa and Jarrod(Manager according to Allyssa) was so rude and ugly. I was told that they couldn't see what was ordered from their screen and that my receipt doesn't show disability plates and they don't order those plates with Illinois.

After talking to DMV, I was told that That was a lie, and they have to order them from their end and My Vin number was not coming up, nor was my title in the system. I was told they they would file a complaint on my behalf after 90 days and for me to call them up to reorder my plates or i would be charge extra. I called them and even offered to send them the email and my copy of the receipt that Craig sent me with the information on it stating that disability plates were to be ordered.

Alyssa and Jarrod refuse to accept the email by saying, "I don't need to see it". Jarrod told me to stop calling and go to the dmv to get the plates even if i have to pay extra for their mistake. Extremely bad customer service. I will be posting my complaint with receipts everywhere until they make right by what they did.

We purchased a go cart from this company on November 15th, 2020 before purchasing we spoke to a "manager " by the name of Brian he assured us the go cart would be delivered by Christmas, we explained to him that this was the only gift for our 13 year old daughter and we needed to make sure that it would be here in time for Christmas, he assured us it would be here by December 10th, once we paid for it which was $3545. 00 we NEVER received a email with the tracking # it was December 10th still no tracking # my husband and I called and called and we kept getting the run strong until finally December 14th we were told the go- cart would NOT be delivered until January 2021. They were very rude, not apologetic, treated us as if why are you calling and etc. We were then told by numerous people that we would be refunded and the check would be put in the mail by December 23 so everyday we're looking in the mail it NO check, we call every day only to be told there was nothing they could do the check was lost in the mail, finally on January 8th 2021 was told the check had NOT been sent out and would issue another check. We called everyday and it was always some excuse not to mention they were very rude showed no concern, finally contacted our attorney and told them we were suing them for the $3500 so that's when we just received a check in the mail today so for 2 months they would not refund our money and just kept lying to us. This was the WORSE experience for my husband I of buying a product and I Would NOT recommend buying from those people at all!

I have ordered my scooter on November 25th, I was supposed to receive it in two weeks but it took almost 4 weeks instead. On the top of that the scooter was missing parts and it was scratched. I contact the company the same day I created the ticket id with claims and they said it will take about 2 weeks. Now its been over three weeks and finally ill receive the parts in the next couple days. The same day I requested the parts that I was missing I requested the title for the scooter so I can register it and drive it legally on the street. I order it December 20th (it should take1-2 weeks) today is January 12th, over 3 and half weeks later and called to find out what is going on with my title. Someone who claimed to be a supervisor but he wouldn't give me his name was very rude and unprofessional to me telling me that they will send it out sometime next week, I asked politely if they could expedite it since it was already late. What was his reply " end of story it will be send out sometime next week" I asked to speak to a supervisor but I was told that this person was the supervisor. I asked to return my order then since they can not keep up their promises on timeline and couldn't help me but the same person said no returns allowed. Dear customer be carful of this site and do not give them any business since they are not professional and they don't care for their customers after they make their sale.

Our recent purchase of a scooter from these people we are not pleased what so ever, here is a list of problems that were found on our supposedly brand-new scooter:

This unit is not a brand-new unit but is actually somebody elses return or refurbished unit, following items are noted as being problems with this unit:

1) Indication of wreck
A. Scratches on left front fender
B. Entire base has been repainted
C. Front fender bent
D. Scratches on steering post
E. Replacement of light lens, yet speedometer lens faded unscratched
F. Dashboard is been repainted

2) Electrical problems
A. Speedometer shorted out when turning on light it pegs out past 50 Kph
B. When light is turned on unit immediately starts moving without any throttle

3) Miscellaneous items
A. No owners manual
B. Steering arm loose and not aligned (has changed while driving almost causing accident)
C. Key fob for automobile not related to Scooter adjacent to key ring
D. Brake cables frayed at back tires not completed correctly
E. No warning stickers or safety stickers on body
F. Rubber foot mat not attached to body simply slides off
G. Screw attaching dashboard to steering post too long and sticking out
H. Steering post rubber covers incorrect
I. Steering post not adjustable for height
J. Wires running from base of the unit to dashboard incorrectly run through outside of steering post
K. Wires running from base to dashboard covered with electrical tape
L. Front tires have been replaced in our new while rear tires are worn and used
M. Was shipped in a makeshift crate out of pallets and Dell Computer recycled packaging

Upon calling for customer service I was told thaty I could only contact them thru email and have yet to get a response. I rate this company as a -1, they even have a reveiw site on their invoice and all of the reviews are from inhouse personel, thats called false advertising!

This company is based on deceit to it's customers! I purchased a white wedding tent from this company on 6/2/14 that was supposed to ship as soon as my e-check cleared my account. The check cleared on 6/30/14. After seven days of waiting for the arrival, I began calling to get a status of my order. I was assured it would be here within my promised/needed date of 7/13/14, even though I wasn't able to get any shipping information on the order. A few days before my promised delivery date, I called and was very assertive and I was then able to get someone on the phone that FINALLY told me that my tent was back ordered for 3 weeks. Because I had an event that started on 7/18/14 (which was my main reason for ordering the tent), I was offered an UPGRADED size tent for my troubles and I did agree to the upgrade. I received the "UPGRADED" tent and proceeded to my event. When we set the tent up, it was then that I noticed it wasn't as large as had been described. I purchased a 23 x 16.5 white party tent, was upgraded to a 26 x 16 tent. What I received was a 26 x 13.

In addition to the tent being a smaller size, it was listed for a lesser price. I have requested my refund (back in July) and still have not received the refund. The same tent I received, sold for $400 on EBAY. That is $350 less than what I had paid. The online advertised description of the tent stated that you receive a "portable carrying case"... there was no case with it and when I requested the case I was told that they couldn't provide me with one.

I have sent numerous emails trying to get my refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The company hasn't even responded to either the first or second notice that has been sent to them by the BBB. Super aggravated and angry that I decided to do business with this company. Do yourself a favor and save your money, purchase from EBAY! At least if you have a problem with their products you stand a chance of a resolution PLUS you saved yourself some money, time, and aggravation.

Tip for consumers:
SAFERWHOLESALE IS A RIPOFF AND APPEARS TO BE A BIG SCAM. Say a prayer for those that work for them.

I ordered a custom 1947 Chev GolfCart for a BirthdayGift for my husband in July. Our sales person was Creig. Wepaid $7500 for this cart.We did received the cart in August shipped via UPS -Overnite Trucking. We advised that we had shop with a fork lift to unload the cart when. We Rec'D it. For some reason the had it delivered to a wrecker service company less then 1 mile from our shop. The cart was very damaged, the fiberglass was cracked. I contacted their claims Dept I spoke withJerry. He advised to have someone local to fix it and send him the estiment I done as he requested. I called Jerry I inquire if he reviewed the claim estiment. He advised it was to high., I replied this is the only person local who can fix fiber glass. Ithen said just sent us a new body, and we will send you this one back. He advised he have to check with someone named Patric todo this and he'd call me back. This was in Sept and still No. Call.If I. All and ask for claims Man called Dan says their are lots of people waiting and. It would be over a 2 hour wait. I have. Waited as long as 3 hours to never have anyone answer. If only if only had read the reviews on this company I certainly would have never ordered anything from them. They lost allot of business because if how they have treated us. Our church was going to order some tents and tables for them,. Im on that commity and I said No to that.

Hey, my name is Lisa. I bought my 1st moped / scooter. Its a VIP BOOM. First off, I want to say that NO ONE NOT ANY OTHER store or buisness etc. Has cheaper sales or deals. Before i bought my scooter I obviously since it was my first, I spent a lot of time searching and deciding on which type and from which store or retailer to choose. I found safer Wholesale on my first search, but just because i am paranoid skeptic lol I kept looking for a few more days. But i eneded up going with these guys. YES I DEFINITELY AM PROUD OF the DECISION I made. I have had nothing but questions and they with each question and without any problems or disrespect, have been so nice and everyone I have had to speak to has been patient. Its really nice that they without any delay have helped with parts. I had to have a new carb. And they just needed the type of my scooter and info for it so they could send me the new and correct carburettor. Also it was better than the original carb. That it came with. But other than that, their price was almost $400.00 cheaper than other stores. And it was the same exact kind.
I definitely WOULD AND WILL RECOMMEND SAFER WHOLESALE. And i will be buying my son's scooter from yall. And i will be asap will be putting one on layaway for my husband... By the way. That IS AN OPTION! WHICH IS TOTALLY COOL!

Ordered a 110cc 4 wheeler for my son and was nervous after reading the reviews online but gave them a shot.
When I read free shipping I said why not try it. Was way mislead, after placing the order I see they charged more after I used my checking account for the 50 bucks off. When I emailed them they said oh it comes from California and costs 150 extra! But they used the $50 discount for using the checking account so it is $100 in shipping now. I said cancel it and they said I missed a Small box explanning this, I said normally when you read free shipping why would you look for anything else? So the guy gave another $25 off in shipping. So total for the machine now is $572 so is my sons bday gift so I said I didn't want to pay the restocking fee.
Now we are at the arrival of the machine, the carrier calls me on Friday and asked to set up delivery and I asked where they are and they were in the same town I work, so I picked up to save on time etc.
I get home excited to get this going and hoping for a quick set up.
1. Left front tire won't go on properly so I had to work at it, I finally get it on and you can only finger tighten the nut so the wheel will turn. So that is still not right. Bearing problem
2. I fill the tank with gas after charging the battery and I look on the floor and gas is leaking, due to a major crack in the fuel line.
3. The fuel line from the gas shut off to carb is not even in existence on the machine and not in the box.
4. Assembly directions, not even in the box.
5. Seat bracket that the seat hooks to is on backwards.
6. Wouldn't start after getting new fuel line hoses at local parts store and new clamps.
7. Rear tail light came on and the front light did not, so hoping once it starts maybe it will come on.

I will have to take this to a mechanic as I am not a small engine person and hope they can fit it in before my sons birthday on 9/4/15.

I sent an email very similar to this one on Friday 8/14/15 and no response. Just a bad purchase and very very disappointed.

Please do lots of research before ordering anything from this website and company.
