Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

I bought the household items from the website. They shipped my packet instantly without any shipping charges. The website is very easy to access and you can make a deal with in few seconds.

This company is a total scam! PLEASE don't give them your hard earned money. They may get it right once in a while, but you also may end up like I did. They sent me the wrong trike kit, and refused to take it back without me paying for the return shipment. What? It was their fault! $250.00 for shipment and restocking fee! Even IF I arrange to send it back, how can I be assured they will refund my $2700. 00. They promised it would be specifically made for my bike, but the very knowledgeable bike repairman who we hired to put it on my bike, said if he tried to rig it to fit, it would not be safe. This company is not good at all to deal with. It takes 3 weeks to get it, so they probably have it shipped from China.

I ordered a sectional 6 1/2 weeks ago and was told it would take 2-4 weeks. When i call their customer service line, they are extremely rude and lie about where my couch is. I just got the couch today. It was put in my garage by the delivery company. The boxes were torn up and in terrible condition. The I opened the boxes I found that my couches were all broken, thrown off a roof broken... I called the customer service line and was yelled at because I was quite upset, and told the don't give refunds or compensate for negligence. I now have to send pics to them and send it back. Luckily they said they agree to send me another one, but who knows how long or if they actually will. The worst company I have ever dealt with! To bad this site doesn't go into negative star ratings.

Fortunately, we do insure all of our packages with our shipping carriers for total value of the product. Meaning that as long as you make notation of the Damage on your delivery receipt you will get whatever replacements you need. If you need an entire order replaced due to damage in shipping that is no problem. I hope that your issues have all been amicably resolved and you have received your replacement unit already. I ordered something over a month ago still not shipping date tracking number nothing then I call to ask what's going on and they tell me is being shipped today well. They been telling me that for 2 weeks now and they crazy part is I ordered something from this place a few years back and service every thing was great got my atv on time
And everything but now this place has gone to crap

I am very disappointed with the service.my order was called in on dec. 12 2014 it took four calls just to get a order number. Money was taken out of my checking account before I even got my number. I have made many calls and still have heard nothing back from anyone.

As I read these glowing reviews I find the highly suspicious. Many have the same spelling and grammatical errors as if the same person wrote them. They are the kind of errors that someone who did not past 6th grade or is not a native English speaker would make. One or two might be,,, but so many? I report you decide

I called this company to order a carrier for my quad. They did not care nor did they want to sell me anything. Absolutely the rudest group of people. Nobody cares where it's made when your employees hate the world and everyone in it. I dodged a bullet after reading the reviews. Trust the reviews!

This place has the rudest customer service in the world, they sell crappy products that breaks apart in a day and then they will not fix it, but lie and give you the run around, please dont buy from safer wholesale.

Well let's see, my golf cart 1 year late delivered to a wrecker company who signed off not knowing the cart was busted all to pieces, so now we have a busted cart same as the last 2 times it was delivered, but the wrecker company signed for it. Repairs to the cart were around 1200 dollars, saferwholesale offered only 600 saying it was signed for by someone other than us! Message me as I am looking into legal action, multiple people will make it a class action and get all of us some of our money back! From the bottom feeding people who run this place!

This customer has received a Custom Golf Cart from us and unfortunately there were damages in shipping. The product was returned to our warehouse for repairs. Currently we are working on replacing the damaged fiber glass body. There is a shipping claim with our carrier and once repaired the customer will be reshipped the product.

Be careful what you buy! Paid for custom upgraded seats on golf cart. Cart arrived with different seats and they are offering an insultingly low refund that doesn't cover even 10% of what was paid for seats. Also beware that once you deal with the sales side there is nothing they can do to help you. They step out with NO control. Own 4 golf carts and will never buy another from them!

I have been looking for a site that offers a great deal on golf carts as I needed them to be able to ride around my property, which is about 20 acres. I found a great deal on this site and I contacted customer service beforehand to make sure they would be able to ship them in a timely manner. Customer service was very friendly, answered all my questions, and reassured me that the items would get to my home quickly. I ended up purchasing two golf carts from them.

Let me start out by saying that the deals on this site are incredible. At first you think they are too good to be true, but once I placed my order, I actually did receive the golf carts sooner than I expected! They were exactly as advertised and work great. It's been a few months and I have had no problems. I have recommended this site to others and will continue to do so. So thankful to have found them!

I spent a lot of time doing price comparisons on the Cherry Finish II Master Bedroom set before I ordered. Not only did they have the best price, delivery was within the time stated and everything arrived in perfect shape. That's something I can't say I've experienced with other online furniture stores. Many of them dump your furniture at the curb and you have to open the boxes then and there to check everything or you end up stuck with whatever is damaged.

I had problems assembling the $1300 trike we purchased for my elderly father in law but the service dept did what was needed to help. When I did talk to them they said they would post pictures of how to assemble. That helped tremendously.

Jeremy was very helpful and I had gotten quotes from Alibaba for about the same price.

Wow I finally have my tab in hand and I am extremely pleased with it. I did not think it would arrive so soon, it was almost like an unexpected surprise. Does anyone know the dealer number for saferwholesale / greater sports inc.? I have a scooter from them and cannot register it because no dealer number on certificate of origin. The company wants me to mail it back to them. I have seen nothing but bad reviews from them and DO NOT want to mail them my certificate of origin and chance never getting it back. With no certificate of origin the bike is useless. But cannot do anything with certificate without dealer number! This had been a real eye opener! Thanks for any help you can provide!

Certificate of Origin's are handled one of two ways depending upon the manufacturer. Both are industry standard for the customer's protection. The first way this could be sent, is inside the unit, but unsigned, in which case you will mail it back in to our offices to be processed, along with a copy of this sales receipt. The other way this could be sent to you is, you will not receive it with the unit, but will request it from our offices, once you have received the unit. The way to request your Certificate is to email us at titles@saferwholesale.com with the VIN number off of your unit. Once you have received the completed Certificate from us, you will then go to your DMV to begin your registration process.

I purchased an electric Tricycle bike from Safer Wholesale. This was on line. I received purchase via UPS. I took the bike to an electric bike store in Fort Lauderdale. It has an electric controller, and I wanted to make certain that everything was connected properly. The bike is smooth. It can cruise between 18 to 21 mph, and has about a 20 mile range. There is a basket in rear with fenders over the tires. I paid a lot less on line wholesale for an electric bike of this quality. The advertisements by Safer Wholesale were very accurate. Customer service was very prompt.

Gerardo who is a sales "manager" is useless! II was told that I would receive my child's 4 wheeler by a certain date. It was to be a gift for going back to school. He told me it would be another week along with no apology. He was so rude he hung up on me 2 times and then just put me on hold like a teenage girl. I can't blame it for being that time of month because he is just a pain prick. Don't order from these people... they will give you a run around. I guess you get what you pay for.

Our new sauna arrived this past couple of days, and I love it. We have used traditional saunas for many years, but this was our first and the most exciting experience using this infrared one. It warms up quickly and feels so relaxing. Most of my body aches were gone.
