Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

Our new sauna arrived this past couple of days, and I love it. We have used traditional saunas for many years, but this was our first and the most exciting experience using this infrared one. It warms up quickly and feels so relaxing. Most of my body aches were gone.

I have ordered multiple times and every time I got great deal from this company. I am very happy to say that I will do again in the future as I loved this company policy, customer management and methods of sales. The prices listed on the website are extremely competitive with quality of range of products. Top job guys! Very much impressed with their way of doing business. I bought an infrared heater from saferwholesale.com at the beginning of this winter. We have a really hard time keeping our bedroom warm in the winter, and have tried just about everything. I've waited a couple of months to review it because I wanted to see if it would keep the room warm (it does), and see if having this would affect our fuel bill (it has). I just got our bill for the second full month we've owned the heater and our bill is down almost 20%. The heater works great, shipping was fast, and customer support hooked me up with exactly what I needed.

This company did an amazingly great job. They delivered the forklift within 12 days. The customer service was friendly and made contact with us until the delivery. It was an easy and smooth process, I cannot thank them enough.

We purchased a 4 wheeler brand new and it has never ran. We replaced the battery, starter and relay and it still won't start. They have not been very helpful in fixing the problem. Just saying I need to contact tao tao directly.

I received my golf cart today from Saferwholesale, it was delivered a week earlier than expected that was a pleasant surprise. The cart was clean everything worked and i am totally happy with the purchase. The transport company was excellent also they were very helpful and careful unloading from the truck and the driver was very polite, i was skeptical with buying on line at first but Saferwholesale did a great job. I will recommend the company and be back to purchase other items as needed

I bought a 2 piece suitcase set from SaferWholesale, shipping awesome, product awesome, my trip, well already feels awesome! The suitcase looks just amazing and I cannot wait to take it out and flaunt it. The smaller one fits just right for my sister, ah! She is all smiles! Don't waste your time dealing with this company. I placed an order that they promptly cancelled the same night, still 24 days later they have not returned the thousand dollars they fraudulently collected. And they are rude to boot. So not worth the headache. Most people don't have a thousand dollars to just be playing around with these days. Give me my?*"# money.

Hello, for any orders that are cancelled, we do not capture the funds. If you are the Carol W. That we did find in our system, the order was a finance order and not paid via credit card or any other method which was cancelled. Please note, we have been in business for over 17 years and we strive on excellent customer service. The only order that we did find in the system was $749.95 - so the order was NOT for Thousands of dollars as the review states above. Also, any finance customers are not billed their monthly payment until 30 days after the loan is finalized. I have a Mechanical background and I am not exaggerating that I have been working on this utv for 2 weeks, 2 hours my $#*!. No instructional manual. No assembly instructions. No help when calling for support. I don't know how this company stays in business. I have moved the vehicle no more than 5 feet and now it won't even start. I ordered a 4 wheel drive with a snow plow, they sent a 2 wheel drive and said that's what I ordered. Why would anyone order a 2 wheel drive when they want to plow snow? Also ordered a wench I got no wiring harness for it.

I ordered by gift set yesterday and got today. It was one of the fastest deals I faced ever. The packing was good. I am very happy with the quick and fast delivery of my packet. I booked it through normal procedure but they treated the delivery as an express method. Now I am planning to buy some more fashion accessories for an upcoming event.

Never able to enjoy my side by side because the motor has been pouring oil since day 1. They do not want to honor the warranty. I was sold something that does not work and the parts guys are very shady and rude. I have personally as a salesman never seen anything like this. Very shameful to do me and so many others like this.

We've been using the sauna for more than a month now and has been very satisfied with its functions and how it really helped us detoxify at a very inexpensive way. We always have a great time whenever we use the sauna, especially on stressful days, or you just had a blast on a weekend with lots of alcohol. Thanks!

Really did not have much experience with them. Tried to ask questions on: Online Chat. It answered one question and never came back on. Tried again and had no response. Then submitted an "Offer", just got on the computer again, time 10:32 PM. will try and call them tomorrow. Tried to submit this and received text to leave page and review will be lost. Not sure what to do. Tried to submit several times with same response and no other feedback.

We needed a replacement bolt and a bracket for a recently purchased bike by one of my employees. The bolt and bracket threads became stripped when we were assembling the steering assembly. I contacted Jerry in the parts department. Jerry was extremely helpful went above and beyond my expectation in expediting the shipping of these replacement parts. He asked that we take a picture of the defective parts and send it to him to make sure he shipped the correct items, he then had them sent out next day air.
I can not thank Jerry enough for helping us out with this problem.
The bike is the only means of transportation for one of my employees, without it, getting to and from work has been very difficult. Getting these parts in a timely manner was a big help and I want to THANK Jerry VERY MUCH for all his help getting this issue resolved. His caring and concern is very much appreciated.

When I purchase ATV, rep were very friendly and helpful. My atv arrived yesterday prior to placing the order I chose the one stated "fully assembled", it was not at all. When I received my order I noticed that it was missing auto start and kill switch I contact office was told to call back the following day. I called back and was placed on hold for 8 minutes someone picked up phone and hung up. Called back again informed me to call later or send a email. Will NEVER do business with this company again

I bought a scooter from Saferwholesale and the overall experience was really great. I had numerous doubts and apprehensions in my mind while ordering online for the scooter as it was a big purchase I was making. But Saferwholesale are really great. The complete process, right from ordering for the scooter to its final delivery was very smooth. They have a huge selection. The prices here are also quite affordable and economic. I purchased this quad and this is how it came all the paint chipped off all over the clutch Handle broken and grounded down. It won't run cyber clutch won't pull in and my hid hasn't rode it since we purchased it in July or aug I called immediately and it was a run around sill nothing I'll called 5 times now I'm stuck with a broken quad. There was a lot more too much to post

Everything during my purchase seemed too fast, I freaked out and felt like I forgot something yet I got everything I wanted when my club car arrived. I wrote Ray my salesman several times over the last 4 weeks and all emails were answered. I called several times and all my questions got answered on the phone right then. I used online chat no problems. Everything about this company worked perfectly for me. I will buy more stuff from them again.

I just dealt with saferwholesale.com for the first time recently. I coordinate parties, events, and conferences for a large hotel chain. One of the conferences recently requested we have some of those inflatable wind dancers at their outdoor luncheon. I have never in my life bought such a thing, and had no idea what it entailed. I called saferwholesale.com and explained the situation. They we very helpful, and explained to me exactly what I needed to buy, and how to set everything up. They even checked back with me to see if everything arrived ok. I do well over 100 events a year, and I know I will be buying from them again in the future. I love knowing I have a partner I can rely on.

Do not do business with this company! No support or assistance to open issues. In fact, when the reply to this from a "customer service" person is posted they have no intention of resolving the issues!

They push you to pay in advance, deliver late and if a problem will not address.

The "administration" person only push you off with a "we're working on it" I have called every week since 6-29-15 and now they are insulting me with a $100 settlement offer.

The repairs I had to do where over $400 and now they are just ignoring me!

Legal action seems to be the only direction left for me to take.

Do not be mislead by a reply to me that "just give us a call and we will take care of you"

Scam people.

I called about a mini Jeep. The lady I was on the phone with didn't know any of the specs about the mini jeep. I could constantly hear her asking her associates for help. About 2 min into the call I get cut off by elevator music, a new lady is ok the phone and informs me that made the customer care specialist very uncomfortable. This was very out of the blue and actually made me very uncomfortable. If you want to be put in a awkward situation bc a sells rep doesn't know about anything they offer than go ahead!
