Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.

Too bad there is no zero stars or negative number. This site is a total scam. You'll be better just to give your money to a charity. They took $900 from bank account and I've never seen any product delivered, although have "in-store credit" :). Going to State Fraud Consumer Bureau and BBB. I'm out of state and still considering suing them under bait and switch law even if it will cost me more to do it.

We can Backorder your product with the Distributors Warehouse to insure you receive the product the minute it becomes available. We can offer you an upgrade to a more expensive unit similar to the unit you originally agreed to purchase. Finally, we can offer you a full in-store credit to purchase any other of our 18,000 products on our website. If you have In-Store credit I assume you did not want to work with our product manager to find a suitable unit readily available to ship to you. If you were placed on Backorder I assure you the product will ship as soon as our distributor has it available. You can inquire about status of a product via email: cs@saferwholesale.com. We can update you if the product is backordered when it is expected to arrive at our distribution facility. If you have in-store credit you can feel free to contact our sales department to make a purchase using the credit for any product of your choosing.
Absolute trash and total disregard for what they're actually doing. Please look below. The manager seriously told me to F off when I asked to cancel my order that still hadn't been sent after 41 days even though they claimed it was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks. Can't imagine why the BBB pulled their support of you.

100% Not a true review as we would NEVER state any type of comment to any customer! We allow any customer to cancel an order for any item as long as it is not a custom item, or a special order type item. In those circumstances, we would also typically allow a cancellattion with a fee. Sitejabber, please remove this asap as we cannot verify this person as a customer and we would never ever tell any to "F" off! I brought a 250cc motorcycle from them but it took a very long time almost a month to get. When ever i called to get some sort of update customer service was really rude and even hung up on me. Trust, if you decide to buy from these people know that the refund policy is so long you may as well forget about it. Its just not worth it. Your better off getting used name brand bikes. From Bob weavers where you can do business face to face. This company is Terrible for anything that has an engine.

Wow! I wish I had read this first. Same here. Product delivered, but no title. They neglect to mention that you have to wait to operate the vehicle legally until they get around to sending you the title. As stated above, they won't let you speak to anyone one the phone, "That is done by e mail." is the mantra. After making a nuisance of myself, I finally got hold of someone who told me it will take at least a couple of weeks to get the title. I offered to pick it up from Joliet, pay extra for overnight express and contact the manufacturer directly. Nope. In this day and age where information is transmitted so efficiently, I don't understand how an internet company is so sloppy.
We do not send the Title paperwork with our units for security reasons. If the unit is lost in transit or stolen during shipment there is no paperwork to register the unit. This makes sure that only the purchaser can register the unit legally. Once you receive the product all you need to do is email titles@saferwholesale.com you VIN # and your MSO paperwork will be notarized and mailed directly to you. This is a strict policy we adhere to in order to protect our customer's and their purchase. This is simply a policy created to better protect our customer's and their possessions.
Was pondering to buy an ATV or UTV from Saferwholesale for about a year. Was curious how they could sell them at those prices compared to other vendors. Had to be the quality and/or customer service, which is what I'm reading. Will look elsewhere and spend the extra money for something reliable. Not going to risk spending up to 6K for piece of junk. Will probably find a good used one that may be better.
Safer wholesale-don't let the name fool you. After reading the complaints that they never received their items, I thought maybe these people should feel lucky. I received my item it was a mini quad for my grandsons birthday. He got to ride it a handful of times and from there everything broke on it. We had to order part after part. Hey would send the wrong parts and were very snotty, not helpful at all. Know the quad sits out there broke down again. Wheels fell off, wouldn't start, carb shot already in less than 3 months. They won't even answer these complaints but took our money not only for the quad, but all the parts too. Now when you try to put gas in it just runs out. It is a piece of CRAP! Don't I repeat DON"T order from this place, nothing but trouble even if you do get the item you order.
Safer wholesale sold us a kids atv. My wife thought we were getting a adult atv. We didn't notice the receipt they sent us was a kids atv receipt. We figured it out after we received the shipment. They wont take it back and are not willing to work with us. Make sure if you order anything from this company it's what you expect to get before you receive it.

I made a huge mistake by purchased my scooter from them. They do not contact you back when they say they will, they HATE answering questions and I've been ignored instead... many times now. To date, I have about 3 pending responses to receive and rather than responding to me so I can finish up the process, they just ignore me. It's appalling and extremely unprofessional. When I call to speak to someone, they pass me around like ragdoll on the phone and then ask why I'm even calling! This was the biggest mistake I made in a long time getting involved with this company. I received my scooter last night and don't even know if it works or not. Big mistake people, avoid if you can.

Received an incomplete order, put credit card payment on hold and received a barrage of calls from business, very monopolizing- wanted to run another charge. If they put this much gusto into getting the order right, there would be no problem in the first place. Terrible company with products from china- slow poor service. I would never order from them again.
I order a golf cart from Safer Wholesale well over a month ago. I final got a hold of a person after being passed through a online status update that doesn't work, calling customer service and was hung up on. The customer service was short and rude didn't want to answer questions with any type of clarity and when I asked for more clarity he just answered "it ships next week and when you get the tracking number you can work arraignments with the shipping company". I would look other places then here much better options out there.
Beware of saferwholesale.com / Great Sports Inc, they are crooks. I ordered a new infrared sauna from them and was sent a used demo model, complete with dirty wood floor, gouged wood panels, broken heater guards, and large price tag hanging from the pre-assembled door handle. Sales and customer service won't even listen to you, they repeat "we sent you a new one". I'll be moving on to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Bummed.

I ordered a golf cart that was supposed to be a 2011. No paperwork with it and the serial number plate has been removed. Also the tag on the motor has been painted over. Does this mean it wasn't a 2011... or... you fill in the blank. I will call the District Attorney as I do not wish to be accused of receiving stolen merchandise.
The batteries on this were ancient and leaking. By the way, they sprayed sealant on the sides, it WON'T work on battery acid. Windshield broken in two places upon arrival. They promised a new windshield and $210 for new batteries which I replaced at $648. You guessed it the monies or windshield never showed up. You now know my experience... Caveat Emptor.

All of our refurbished golf carts come directly from reputable golf courses across the country. They range in year between 08's and 12's depending on our shipment we have most recently received. We do not advertise a specific year unless we have 100% confirmation of what is currently in stock. Your paperwork is never shipped with the product as it is an industry standard as noted on your sales receipt and restated in the parenthesis below:
"Certificate of Origin's, or titles, are handled one of two ways depending upon the manufacturer. Both are industry standard for the customer's protection. The first way this could be sent, is inside the unit, but unsigned, in which case you will mail it back to our offices to be filled out and we would mail it back you. The other way this could be sent it you is, you will not receive it with the unit, but will request it from our offices once you receive the unit. The way to request your MSO is to contact us here via email, with the VIN number off of your unit and the model/series name off the unit. You will send that email to titles@saferwholesale.com. Once you have received the completed MSO from us you will then go to your DMV to begin the registration process."
As far as the windshield goes, if you have not gotten a replacement yet we are 100% willing to send you a replacement. In our Warranty policy listed on our website it clearly indicates that Batteries are never covered under warranty, as you can see in the attached warranty policy. We get replacement batteries in bulk and our price on batteries is $35.00 per battery. Although we can purchase them at our warehouse we are not able to ship batteries in the mail Via federal shipping laws. Therefore, if the customer needs replacement batteries, eventhough they are not covered under warranty, we are offering them compensation for our cost on the batteries. This means we are 100% willing to compensate this customer $210.00 total.
I do apologize that your expectations were not met, but we are here to assist any way we can.

I bought a tanning bed from them and even received UPS information with a tracking number. This particular tanning bed was very popular and hard to find. I ended up buying my accessories for it. Then the next day, the order was cancelled by e-mail. This is what it said - 4/16 BG - Item out of stock till June/July - Order canceled and refunded - No apologizes what - so - ever! I just figure with the amount of money being spent, a phone call would have been warranted. Now I am on the hunt for that model... I am sorry but you should know what your stock is... Stay Away from them! Especially if what you are looking for is hard to find!
I bought 2 mopeds from these people. They shipped them through 3 different freight companies. The third one ended up dropping them on the side of the road to a stranger. These cost 6500. 00. Thet are mow mot willing to stand behind their delivery people or even help me with the address for the police. Very rude.

I purchased two(2) motor scooters. They were three months in coming after several excuses for the long wait. However they charged my credit card immediately so I had little recourse through the credit card company. Unit 1 was as it should be except I cannot get the promised manuals, schematics and parts list promised but never received. Unit 2 was not the unit I ordered, was damaged, had no certificate of origin so a title could be gotten (although the $19.95 fee was paid) and none of the requested manuals. The unit comes with a very small and woefully insufficient "owners manual". Repeated appeals to the Co. Over the last few months have not even gotten me an answer to e-mails or messages left. The two people I did talk to made promises but I have received nothing.

All of our units are insured through transit with our shipping company so if they arrive damaged we can get you any needed replacement parts. The certificate of origin is not shipped with all of our units for security reasons. Once you receive the unit you need to email us your VIN # so we can notarize your paperwork and send you the titling documentation. Furthermore, the units come directly from the manufacturing warehouse and the manuals that they send with are typically the only manuals associated with these units. I hope by now all of your issues have been resolved.
