We bought a new electric forklift for our farm in Vermont and Saferwholesale was very professional and arranged the delivery of the forklift within the couple of days after the purchase. Highly recommend their excellent service. We will recommend them to others.

The worst experience of my life! My son will wake up on Christmas day without his wish. Your company offered me guaranteed delivery, I ordered it 2 weeks and I had to call 3 times yesterday to see why my order was not received to then receive an email that my order was canceled. Not to mention after further research overstock.com offers the same unit for $245 vs' $599 which was your sale price. Your manager Arty was extremely rude and did not offer any help or solution to the problem. I will never order from your company again and I'll make are everyone is aware of the kind of service you offer. Not even a curtosy call.

They advertise as Rightway ATV also because they are trying to soak up clients from their old crap site too. They are junk and are will lie to you to get the sale. Every couple of years they change their name and you will never be able to get any assistance, parts, nothing. If you want to buy something you have to throw away, buy one.

I am not sure where you get your information from, but you are sadly mistaken. We have never advertised as another company and we have only had one name change in our 13 year history. In 2006 we changed out name from Legion Global, which only sold Motorsports, to a more encompassing saferwholesale.com. We began to branch out into many more categories of products and needed a new website to show all the products we planned to sell. Our website is saferwholesale.com and we cannot pay taxes as a legitimate business using a website entity, so our Brick and Mortar Office establishment is Great Sports Inc. We pay taxes and have a full business license. We have nothing to do with Rightway ATV or any other website besides saferwholesale.com or saferwholesale.ca for Canadian customers. Please make sure to check your information before posting slandered reviews about a company.

No title after receiving moped 10/5/17 an today is 11/14/17 and unable to get a live person to talk to. I went to chat an while typing my question-they said it was too slow an hung up. Time to get a lawyer?

If you've read my past review, you know my unfortunate experience. If not, you really need to look it up before spending ANY money there. I've come to terms with the junk I've been sold and the fact that I was completely ignored after I explained that I was in fact a mechanic and the go kart i bought wasn't mechanically sound. Now it won't even start. They shaved the heads on the carburetor bowl so i can't even clean it. This has just gotten ridiculous. A call to The Better Business Bureau is next. It's also funny that the website directs you to a site that allows no negative reviews. Thank you Site Jabber!

I was looking for a shop to buy a new forklift. And since the shop near us that sells such was out of our budget so I had to look for another store to buy. Upon scrolling the internet, I found Saferwholesale, and from then on, everything was history. Delivery and service-wise, everything is customer centered. The forklift was a huge help.

The generator on my food truck went out a month or so ago. My backup generator was only 5000 watt and I couldn't keep the fridge, lights and slicer going at the same time. I found a great 10,000 watt generator at saferwholesale.com. This thing is awesome. I had it delivered express and it was here within two days. It also started right up after filled with gas. This thing is a beast. I can now power both the refrigerators, the lights, the slicer, and the blender without any hiccups. So relieved. Thanks so much guys. I will buy from you again.

If it seems too good to be true. It probably is... Don't spend this kind of money ONLINE. For something that requires safety ~ This is your LIFE. Don't ride something of poor quality without seeing and test driving it first...

Rude please let me know if anyone has done a layaway and actually got what they paid for. I was thinking about the wandaygo. Camper by layaway scared to to deal with these people after all the bad review. What a shame, lots of nice stuff. They were very rude and pushy on the phone all they wanted was a credit card number then would send an invoice NOT no where to sign up online and pay like a business. He said they do not have a bank? Wow. What a shame. They suck because such nice things. There. Cheap. Want to hear more please.

In response to their response: Once again, they are lying. My bank determined that they acted fraudulently and reversed the ACH transfer based on all my documentation so why would they give me a store credit when they no konger have my money?. The Illinois Attorney General also contacted me and took information so that they could try to sue them/put them out of business.

Craig took payment in the form of an Electronic Check, which works as a wire transfer using the routing number and account number from a physical check. We do this to avoid merchant terminal fees associated with running a credit card. Craig was able to save you $327.95 in discounts due to accepting electronic check. Bought the moped about a month ago, it took a week for the bike to get here, thats about the only good thing about the whole experience, took just about a month for the title to arrive, i have now had the moped titled for about 3 days, and today the exhaust fell off which is also part of the bracket for the wheel in the rear, long story short, bent to $#*! wheel and no more heat shield on the exhaust.

I do not recommend this bike or this site at all

I just received my order from your company and wanted to inform you and will be doing so by phone and email that this is the biggest piece of $#*! I have ever bought in my entire life. The fact that your company is charging $1400 for this bike and 1/2 of the parts didn't show up and the other 1/2 of the parts that did show up do not work is troublesome. I will be talking to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau about your company and its sales practices. I was willing to give your company a chance but should have listened to all of the reviews about your sales practice's. I will never spend another dime with your company and will do whatever I can to get the word out about you cheating your customers.

I purchased a Big Boy from saferwholesale and the crate arrived heavily damaged. It looked like the crate was caught in a tornado. Both seats were ripped and the frame was badly scuffed. After putting the kart together the damn think would not switch gears. The entire experience has been a nightmare. I have submitted two work orders and was told that I would have a resolution. It's been over a month now and I have yet to hear back from saferwholesale. I would not recommend to anyone.

I wanted to purchase an Elliptical Machine and it was priced at $89.95 and then I contacted customer service and the person said that that was a mistake... an old ad. I said well you need to honor it! He said yes then came back and said the owner said no... I think, in my opinion this is a shady company! They have a no return policy... no refund... no exchange. REALLY? Very questionable

We have listings on our website for old units that we do not sell any longer so that previous customer's can reference that product on our site when trying to get replacement parts. If the unit is no longer available the Salesman will let you know and will not accept your offer. We make sure that every customer's order is fulfilled properly and if the product is no longer available with our supplier of course we wouldn't be able to sell the product to you. You never made a purchase with our company, we never took your money for the sale and nothing bad was done to you. You have no right to post a negative review against our website. As you will notice a majority of the negative posts about our company are all from people who are not our customer and have nothing better to do than harass legitimate business.

They will lie to you, keep telling you that your items have shipped for weeks without ever actually shipping anything, lie about shipping dates, lie about shipping refund checks, overall they are the worst. They are pieces of $#*! and you should never buy from them.

I bought a new scooter from saferwholesale & when I bought it, I was told that I can rest easy & buy with confidence because if ANYTHING goes wrong with the bike EVERYTHING is covered for 9 months, only to find out that is a LIE! What they "meant" to say is 30 days fir "wearable parts" 9 months for engine parts, but the whole reason I spent $1,700, was the warranty, it is NON EXISTENT, this place will tell you ANYTHING to get your money, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!, My brand new bike showed up with a faulty front brake assembly. THEY SUCK!
