These guys are such a rip off, they Ruin Christmas for my 6 year old. I purchase a go cart for 1400. 00 and it had so many issues including a head gast leak on the Engine. Completely rude and disrespectful owner. We spoke two times with the sales staff and they told us we can come and pick up the bike that is advertized for 579 when we got there the owner told us that it will be 899 plus tax even though it's in stock because he had to pay shipping so now we should pay his shipping cost so that he can profit more. We were told that we can come and pay for that bike the same price. Completely false advertising!
I purchased my side car in April. Came in two weeks was told it will be 4 to 6. It's on my yamaha now. Had to pre fab a few parts. The instructions said I may Hve to. I very pleased with the side car. Craig did me right buy selling it to me. Only thing I ask is send the setup toe in and motorcycle angle. Found them on line. Did Hve to by some additional fender washers. Which made the winsheid mounting stronger. Whom ever buys one remember it is a kit.and u Hve to learn how to ride a sidecar. Outside of a few washer and nuts I had to buy. I am very pleased.
About 6 months back we bought the 6 in 1 microdermabrasion machine from saferwholesale.com for our little spa. We've been wanting one for the past year or so, but just couldn't afford it. An employee found one on this site for WAY less than anywhere else. After meeting with my partner we decided to go for it. So glad we did. It's been 23 days since I placed my order. I was told it will take 2-4 weeks for delivery but I have not heard except when I called to check on it a week ago. It was reiterated that it will take 2-4 weeks. It is almost 4 weeks and I have not heard if processing or shipping has started. I was told in email that I will get a notification when it is shipped. I haven't! I informed the sales guy, Ray that there is a week in May that I will not be available to check the shipment (I really want to be present)and he assured me that it will arrive way before the date. I am waiting very patiently.

I then sent a e mail under contact us and told you the scooter I wanted along with my bottom number and that I would purchase that day. I then start getting e mails and phone calls wanting me to speak with a salesperson... It was aggravating. I knew how much money I had and what I wanted.If you would have just said no I would have probably picked something else but now I am looking elsewhere

I ordered a Tao Tao 150cc scooter and was told shipping would be. 105.00 instead of 190.00 due to them not having scooter I ordered that was suppose to be in stock. There was also another 106.00 charge for shipping on invoice that was paid. 10-15 days for shipping is now 20 days and is 23 miles from delivery according to tracking. My advise is buy a Chinese Scooter from a store. Plenty in the City (sf) and no dmv or shipping hassles and already put together. At least that was if you don't like the deal presented you can walk away and not be stuck as I am.
I just bought my wife her first motorcycle at saferwholesale.com. I bought her the 250cc Ninja look alike. I was actually very impressed at how the bike arrived, since I was a little nervous about buying a bike online. I should have never worried. This think arrived perfectly, and was ready to ride. The whole transaction went smoothly, and when my son is ready this will be the first place I look for his bike.
You are the biggest thieves I have dealt with in my dealings on the net. I would not order or tell any body any thing from you. I spent 2 months try to talk to someone about not getting what I ordered. Your customer sevice is nonexistent all I got was qa run around and a loss of almost $200 so I think your company sux and are thieves dontsend me any offers.

Ordered a tow dolly, for a gift. Salesperson did not advise us the product was not in stock. We waited 6 weeks for the dolly. OK, we dealt with that.
My biggest issue is, that I called SaferWholesale before it was shipped out to make sure it looked just like the picture on the website, with the two larger tires on the back, instead of the small ones. The individual placed me on hold to go look and came back and told me that the larger tires were on. The small tires only work ok on asphalt.

Ordered a Bighorn side by side. Paid $250.00 extra for a windshield and an extra $350.00 to have everything installed. They promised me 2 week delivery and salesman said it came standard with a top. Received it 5 weeks later, nothing installed, no windshield, no top. Filled out all paperwork and almost 2 months later, no parts and no refund. Claims guy (Jon) argued with me saying that UPS shipped it and he would contact them. I was there and took delivery in person and it was shipped direct from Georgia via common carrier. UPS doesn't ship anything this large. Then the genius told me to send him pictures of the items that I didn't receive. Really... if I didn't receive them how can I take pictures of them? They stole $600.00 from me, and didn't send my cover. This seems to be common for them. Vehicle was supposed to be a 2018 but was a 2017. Cheap and made in China. Nothing but a bunch of crooks!

I ordered a three wheel scooter and received a two wheeler. The rep. Said it was my fault because I didn't complain before shipment. The order sheet that they sent was so different from what I ordered I thought they sent me the wrong sheet. They insisted on direct withdrawl so now I'm paying %30 restock fee, return shipping. I'm out $470 and no scooter. When i told them about the BAD reviews he said it was because of people like me and hung up on me.
This customer agreed to purchase a 500Watt Electric Scooter Moped on 5/9/14 and received his sales receipt within one business day of the transaction indicating exactly what he purchased. The customer can review their sales receipt and contact our company if there are any discrepancies on the sales receipt within a few business days and each concern will be resolved accordingly. This customer did not once contact our sales department after receiving their sales receipt. We shipped them exactly the product that was listed on their sales receipt. The term Moped as indicated on their receipt would immediately indicate to the customer that they would be receiving a 2 Wheeled moped with seat not a "Seg Scooter". This situation could have been resolved had the customer simply reviewed their sales receipt and indicated they wanted a different product.
These bikes are a piece of crap! We received bike@ 2 weeks before x-mas. The throttle{plastic] was broke. I called them and they said they would send replacement before x-mas. 2 days before x-mas i called them and they said they had no record of my call and told me I had to send them a picture of broken part. I did this and they promised part by 1/5/2011. Now its February and i am still waiting.
I have not yet purchased anything, trying to so I am doing an opinion. So far, they seem willing to help you buy what exactly you need, not push anything on you that you don't need. The chat and email options are great for people that don't want to talk on the phone.
BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM SAFERWAREHOUSE.COM (Great Sports Inc)! We placed an order for a golf cart & paid $3,600 check (our error... always pay by credit card!). They substituted & shipped a different cart than we ordered (not approved by us) & would not accept a return. Also, cart was received with tear in roof, black & red decals all over cart with orange roll bar and bumper, decals pealing off, etc. After 2 months of threats, and us unwillingly agreeing to pay a $300 return freight charge, were we able to get $3,300 back. Saferwholesale in emails verified they shipped the wrong cart, so should never had to pay for return shipping to get our refund back. With no intentions of using the cart, we bit the bullet, paid their demand to at least obtain a partial refund. A bad experience, but a lesson learned!

My background is clean very clean. I hold a FFL I have a class 3 security clearance. I suggest you find another finance company to do business with.

This was the worst experience I had with customer service. I bought a $2000 go cart and it didn't work from day one. I called many times to order parts and the parts were never shipped to me as well as the manager that I talked to in the customer service area was so rude and wouldn't do anything about it to help me. I am also very mad as he yelled over the phone and was not nice at all. I am so disappointed and can't believe a company would have that kind of customer service. I was able to call the company that manufactured it and they took good care of me. I think your manager should take some customer service lessons from him, I really feel that I got ripped off.

We are well aware of the issues you experienced and our records show that we have spoken with both you and your mechanic numerous times to resolve this issue. We also were the ones to facilitate the Manufacturer to take action and help you directly. The main issue you experienced was actually the mechanics shop you took the unit to not informing you of a backorder on parts. The manufacturer was able to recommend a local shop near you that they dealt with directly and they communicated with the mechanic directly the entire time. They informed the mechanic of the backorder and he never informed you. We work directly with this distributor on a daily basis and everything they did for you in this case was directly correlated with our communication to them. I apologize that you feel you did not receive the best over the phone customer service, but I assure you we are always here to help and in the end we did get your issues resolved. I hope you can move forward from this experience and enjoy the product we delivered to you.
